신뢰와 원자력 수용성

  • 본 연구는 일반인들이 원자력 관련 기관에 대해서 가지는 다양한 신뢰유형이 원자력 수용성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구의 검토를 통하여 신뢰를 대상별, 유발요인별로 기관에 대한 신뢰, 사람에 대한 신뢰, 인지적 신뢰, 정서적 신뢰 등으로 구분하였다. 최종적으로 이들을 결합하여 기관에 대한 인지적 신뢰, 기관에 대한 정서적 신뢰, 사람에 대한 인지적 신뢰, 사람에 대한 정서적 신뢰 등 신뢰유형을 나누어서 원자력 수용성에 대한 이들 신뢰유형의 상대적 영향력을 분석하였다. 또한 원자력에 대한 수용성은 강도에 따라 가장 약한 '현재의 원자력 발전소 유지'에 대한 수용성, '원자력 발전소 추가 건설'에 대한 수용성, 가장 강도가 강한 정책인 '핵폐기장 건설'에 대한 수용성 등으로 구분하였다. 분석결과를 통해 신뢰는 원자력의 수용성에 매우 중요한 요소임을 다시 한 번 강조할 수 있다. 또한 일반인들은 각각의 신뢰유형에 대해서 차별적으로 인지하고 있음을 보여주었으며 이에 따라 신뢰에 대한 다(多)유형, 다(多)차원적 고려가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 한편 정책의 강도에 따라 가장 약한 정책에 대한 수용성에서는 기관에 대한 인지적 신뢰가 가장 강한 영향력을 가진 반면 정책에 대한 강도가 강해질수록 사람에 대한 정서적 신뢰의 영향력이 강해지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 원자력 정책의 주요 내용과 파급효과, 시민들에게 미치는 영향의 강도 등에 따라서 신뢰제고를 위한 차별적 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

Confidence Indicators and Evaluation Factors of Credibility According to the Types of Online Information (온라인 정보원의 유형별 신뢰지수 및 신뢰성 평가요인)

  • This study tried to develop the confidence indicators and evaluation factors of credibility according to the types of online information by nationwide large scale online survey. The main results are summarized as follows: i) confidence indicators by types of online information: information on news sites(72.553), financial companies(68.894), government sites(67.938), cafe(66.464), portal sites(65.001), collective intelligence sites(63.489), nonprofit organization (63.392), company/corporation sites(59.789), blog(59.066), online community sites(55.609), e-commerce sites(55.118), mini-homepage(50.695). ii) 'Widely known site' or 'famous site' is the most important factor for all types of online information. User opinions like as posting or comment are major factors for sites of cafe, blog, mini-homepage, online community, collective intelligence etc. and 'name recognition' and 'reputation' are main factors for site of financial company, corporation, government, nonprofit organization.

사이버 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 신뢰 형성요인에 관한 실증연구

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 다양한 형태로 이루어져 온 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰와 관련된 연구에 대한 문헌고찰을 통해 신뢰 형성의 선행요인들을 도출해 낸 후, 이러한 선행요인들이 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 규명하고, 그 영향요인이 종합쇼핑몰과 전문쇼핑몰로 구분되는 쇼핑몰 유형에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 분석해 보고자 하였다. 신뢰 형성에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로는 거래 안전성, 지각된 평판, 지각된 규모, 상호작용성, 신뢰성향을 설정하고, 이들 요인들이 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰에 미치는 인과관계를 검증 한 결과, 거래 안전성, 지각된 평판, 상호작용성, 신뢰성향이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 인과관계자 종합쇼핑몰 및 전문쇼핑몰에 따라 어떻게 차이를 보이는지 분석해 본 결과, 거래 안전성과 지각된 평판 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이자 발생하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 점차 중요성이 더해지고 있는 신뢰 형성의 영향요인을 파악하고, 이를 쇼핑몰 유형별로 비교분석을 해 봄으로써 쇼핑몰에 대한 신뢰 형성의 원천과 그 영향력에 대한 체계적인 접근 방법을 제공함으로써 사이버 쇼핑몰 운영자에게 효과적인 관리전략 수립을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

  • The main purpose of this study is to empirically examine and to develop the optimal model about an influential relationship between the types of source-based trust and knowledge sharing of local government officials. Procedural and distributive justice-based calculative trust in organization, cognition-based trust in organization, cognition-based trust in supervisor, cognition-based trust in coworkers, and emotion-based trust in coworkers were set up as independent variables of this research model, and sharing of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge based on the knowledge content as dependent variables. The research results shows that the suitability of each model has approximate value to the required level, and that emotion-based trust in coworkers significantly affects knowledge sharing for both the individual and integrated factors in hypothetical influential relationship. This study is expected to help to enable knowledge sharing in various situations by dividing the concepts of trust that affect knowledge sharing into a few types, and deriving the influential model of knowledge sharing by types.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate leisure types of casino dealers, and how these leisure types effect the organization trust, customer orientation, organization commitment. This study was performed survey questionnaire on casino dealers at Kangwondo and Seoul. To achieve the research objectives, analysis methods were used: regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, leisure types had a effect on organization trust. Second, leisure types had a effect on customer orientation and organization commitment. Third, organization trust had a effect on organization commitment. Finally, customer orientation had a effect on organization commitment. The results of this study suggested implications for effective human resource management practices on casino dealers in leisure activities and support measures for the organization in connection with the leisure types.

  • The purposes of this research is to propose trust recovery model of smartphone applications and to examine the moderating effect of service type on the use of smartphone applications. To achieve research purposes, we suggested service failure type using the scenario technique and empirically verified by conducting survey. The results showed that the procedural justice and interpersonal justice have influence on trust and trust had an effect on the all quality factors (system, information, service quality). Also, information quality and service quality had an effect on the customer loyalty. Finally, service type had significant moderating effects on the relationship between perceived justice and quality.

  • This study sought to identify the interactive relationship between the individual cognitive characteristics of perceived consumer effectiveness and the impact of the message framing type of a fashion brand's sustainable marketing on consumers' brand trust. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the fashion brand's message framing type increased consumers' perceived consumer effectiveness, and that the recipient's perceived consumer effectiveness each influenced the formation of consumers' trust in the brand. It was confirmed that the fashion brand's message frame directly had a positive effect in forming consumers' brand trust.

  • This study explored the influence of conflict management styles (i.e., Integrating, Considering, Compromising, Dominating, Avoiding) adopted by early childhood teachers to deal with conflict that may arise with parents on parents' behavioral intentions (i.e., re-registration intentions, oral transmission intentions) with the mediating role of parents' trust in teacher on the relationship between conflict management styles and parents' behavioral intentions. The data were collected from 356 parents in southern Gyung-gi-do and data analysis was done through structural equation modeling using AMOS 26.0. The study results show that the Integrating style of teachers was positively related to the parents' intention of re-registration. Trust in teacher was found to have an mediation effect on the Integrating, the Avoiding and the Compromising styles and re-registration intentions and oral transmission intentions of parents respectively. The results imply the importance of conflict management styles and building trust for enhancing the parents' behavioral intentions.

The Effects of the Corporate Association on Corporate Trust and Attitude: Focusing on Comparison of Corporate Type (기업 연상이 기업신뢰와 기업태도에 미치는 영향: 기업유형 비교를 중심으로)

  • The theory of customer-based brand equity emphasizes the importance of brand awareness and brand image or associations in building a strong brand. Marketing scholars have recently begun to identify the two types of corporate associations, that is, corporate ability(CA) and corporate social responsibility(CSR) associations, which had long been conceptualized as a unidimensional construct of corporate image in the literature. In line with the new research stream, I'm developed a research model concerning how CA and CSR associations are related to credibility-based and benevolence-based trust, which in turn will affect emotional trust and consumer attitudes toward company. As for the hypothesized paths, the results confirm that all of the them are supported(H1-H6). First, CA associations have a significant positive relationship with credibility-based trust, and CSR associations are positively related to benevolence-based trust. Second, both dimensions of trust show strong and positive influences on emotional trust. In addition, credibility-based trust directly affect attitude toward firm in the foreign company. But credibility-based trust not affect attitude toward firm in the domestic company.

The Effects of Trust on Happiness among Korean Older Adults: The Role of Place of Residence (거주지역별 노인의 신뢰 유형이 행복에 미치는 영향)

  • The present study examined whether the relation between different types of trust and happiness varied by place of residence (i.e., major cities vs. provinces) among Korean older adults. We used a total of 1,599 Korean adults aged 60 or older who had lived in the same residence at least for 5 years before. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to test an interaction between types of trust and place of residence. Results show that generalized trust and social trust have positive association with happiness. A significant interaction effect between generalized trust, particularized trust, and place of residence were found. In particular, particularized trust was found to have positive effects on happiness within residences who had lived in provinces and generalized trust was found to have positive effects on happiness within residences who had lived in major cities. Findings suggest that different types of trust on happiness, especially interpersonal trust should be interpreted in an environmental context. Future practical implications for increasing older adult's trust are discussed in a cultural context as a way to promote happiness and research directions are discussed.
