우리나라의 수자원정책이 과거 개발위주의 정책에서 수요관리 중심의 정책으로 전환됨에 따라 제한된 수자원의 효율적인 활용 차원에서 수자원 개발 및 관리계획 수립의 기초정보인 용수이용량 자료의 신뢰성 확보가 중요하게 되었다. 용수 이용량은 생활, 공업, 농업용수로 대별하여 산정하며 이들 중에서 특히 농업용수의 이용량을 상대적으로 산정하기 어렵다. 농업용수 이용량 산정시 고려되는 인자는 자료의 신뢰성이 우선되어야 수자원계획과 관리에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본고에서는 이러한 농업용수 이용량 산정을 위한 조사인자의 획득 방법과 체계를 다룬 "용수이용조사 합리화 방안 연구(3차)" 보고서(2003. 11, 건설교통부)의 내용을 중심으로 정리하였다. 용수이용량 산정을 위한 조사인자는 수자원계획 및 관리차원에서의 활용측면과 대국민 신뢰도 확보 등 홍보효과 측면 등을 감안하여 종합적으로 고려하였으며 용수수요량을 추정할 경우 필요한 인자에 대해서는 "수자원장기종합계획(2001. 7, 건설교통부/한국수자원공사)"에서 제시된 산정방법을 기준으로 하여 결정하였다.

본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 주요 기술로 관심을 받고 있는 분산데이터 동기화 표준인 SyncML을 이용한 개인정보관리 시스템의(PIMS) 설계 및 구현에 대한 소개하고자 한다. 객체 지향 설계 기법을 사용하여 분석, 설계하여 최적화 된 시스템을 도출하고 그것을 통해 우선인터넷상에서 경량화 된 동기화 최적의 시스템을 설계와 구현하는데도 목적이 있다. 특히 무선인터넷의 여러 제약 사항 특히 데이터의 관리에 있어서의 문제점을 동기화 기술을 통해 많은 데이터를 효과적으로 관리함으로써 대용량의 데이터 베이스와 디바이스에 상관없이 데이터 일관성을 유지하여 지연성 및 복수성에 신뢰성을 유지 할 수 있도록 시스템을 개발하였다.

고리원자력본부 제2발전소는 최근 국내 최초로 방사선 작업 기록을 전산으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 방사선 작업 관리의 수행 절차는 반복적이며 일정한 흐름을 가진 행위로서, 이를 전산 관리할 경우 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 방사선 관리가 수행 가능하다. 이러한 점에 착안하여, 고리 2발전소 태스크포스팀은 사외 전산 프로그램 개발사(TDS)와 공동으로 1년 6개월 간에 걸쳐 이 시스템을 개발하였다. 이번에 개발한 시스템은 외국의 원전에서도 실용화가 되지 않은 선진 수준의 방사선 관리 기법이다.

The popularity of question answering communities such as Yahoo! Answers and Naver Knowledge-iN and increasing doubts about the competence of lay information providers prompted this study to explore answerers' strategies to provide a credible answer in a question answering community. Forty-four active answerers in Yahoo! Answers were included in this study, and interviews were conducted through email, chat, and over the telephone. This study identified a set of information sources the answerers used, an array of important strategies to provide a credible answer, and their perception of self-claimed expertise. Implications of results were discussed in the context of user instruction.

국내의 많은 기업들은 품질경영시스템인 ISO 9000 시리즈와 식스시그마 등 기업의 품질 및 제품에 대한 품질을 높이기 위해 품질관리, 품질경영에 많은 시간과 비용을 들여왔다. 하지만 품질인증제도와는 달리 제품의 신뢰성에 관한 경영시스템인증을 받으려고 하는 기업은 거의 없는 실정이다. 부품 소재나 제품의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 방안으로써 신뢰성경영시스템에 대한 인증은 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 신뢰성 관련 기법들을 표준화하고, 효율적인 경영시스템을 도입하여 운영하고, 여기에 세계적으로 통용되는 기술체계를 도입하여 기업의 신뢰성경영시스템을 발전시킨다면 우리산업이 당면한 수출 경쟁력 확보 등의 현안문제 해결에도 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰성 경영시스템 인증제도 수립에 있어 국제 표준인 신뢰성경영시스템 IEC 60300에 대해 소개하고, 신뢰성 경영시스템 평가방법을 활용한 MIR기법과 AHP기법을 분석 비교하고, 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

U-Health transmits in individual's living body sign and measuring of health information and health information system that is consisted of process of analysis and feedback transmiting and measure individual's living body signal and health information and health proprietary company or medical institution operates. If analyze pattern to information that health information system is transmited, health care officer or chief physician means that offer healthcare and medical treatment service to remote about target customer. Wish to present authoritativeness model for u-Health's inside and outside of the country same native place and u-Health's BMT in this research.

Underestimation of the capacity can have serious economic consequences, as deficient bridges must be posted, repaired or replaced. Accurate prediction of bridge behavior may allow for more bridges to remain in service with or without minor repairs. The presented research is focused on the reliability evaluation of the actual load carrying capacity of existing bridges based on the field testing. Reliability analysis is performed on 17 previously tested bridges. Bridges are first evaluated based on the code specified values and design resistance. However, after the field testing program, it is possible to apply the experimental results into the bridge reliability evaluation procedures. The girder distribution factors obtained from the tests are also applied in the reliability calculation. The results indicate that the reliability indices of selected bridges can be significantly increased due to the reduction of uncertainties without sacrificing the safety of structures, by including the result of field measurement data into calculation.

To reform and improve the productivity of construction industry, 1) it should be encouraged to improve the construction production process and 2) it is required to enhance reliability of construction information based on the systematic thinking process. To promote the information reliability created during construction production process, Lean Construction Research Center(LRC2) is developing a supporting system to improve processes of design/supply/construction phase, functioning to efficiently manage the information created at each phase and developing a web based construction information system that provides result management/decision making support/knowledge based information services.

인터넷을 발전에 따라 데이터의 전송량이 음성 전송량을 능가하고 있으나 현재의 네트워크로는 빠르고 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 전송을 보장할 수 없다. 데이터와 음성 모두의 빠르고 신뢰성 있는 전송과 관리를 위하여 개발된 패킷 중심 네트워크를 NGN이라 한다. NGN에서는 효율적인 전송과 관리를 위하여 기존(PSTN)의 교환기의 콜 에이전트를 소프트웨어로 구성하여 범용컴퓨터에서 운용될 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 콜 에이전트를 소프트웨어로 설계하기 위하여 H/W 개발을 위하여 설계된 기본호처리모델인 BCSM을 객체지향방법론의 표준인 UML을 이용하여 설계를 하였다. 그리고 설계된 모델의 검증을 위하여 LSL(LarchShared Language)를 이용하여 정형명세를 하였다.
