웹기반의 어플레케이션 설계 및 구축 과정에서의 핵심은 WACID 시스템의 서비스 목적을 이해하는 것이다. WACID 시스템의 서비스 목적은 국내 방사성폐기물 관리 요소 및 보고체계를 통합한다. 웹을 통한 대국민 방사성 폐기물 정보 공개에 대한 투명성을 제공하기 위함이다. 일반인 및 관련 종사자들에게 최상의 서비스 제공을 위한 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 제공한다. 친숙한 사용자인터페이스(User Interface)로 설계되었다. 단순한 방사성 폐기물 관리 요소 검색을 위한 웹기반 시스템이 아닌 방사성 폐기물과 관련된 이해를 돕기 위한 다양한 도구들을 제공한다.(중략)

IT (Intrusion Tolerant) technology is for guaranteeing the availability of service for certain amount time against the attacks which couldn't be prevented by the currently deployed information security countermeasures. IT (Intrusion Tolerant) technology mainly makes use of the replication of service and system fur enhancing availability, and voting scheme and GMP (Croup Management Protocol) are used for the correctness of service. This paper presents a scheme to analyze dependability of IT (Intrusion Tolerant) technology through probabilistic and simulation method. Using suggested analysis scheme, we can analyze the robustness and make a sensible trade-offs in of IT (Intrusion Tolerant) technology.

To provide network reliability in indoor wireless communication systems, we should resolve the problem of unexpected network failure rapidly. In this paper, we propose an adaptive resource management (ARM) scheme to support seamless connectivity to users. In consideration of system throughput and user fairness simultaneously, the ARM scheme adaptively determines the set of healing channels, and performs scheduling and power allocation iteratively based on a constrained non-convex optimization technique. Through intensive simulations, we demonstrate the superior performance results of the proposed ARM scheme in terms of the average cell capacity and user fairness.

본 논문에서는 임의의 충격이 있는 시스템 모형에서, 두 가지 시스템 관리정책인 임의점검정책과 주기점검 정책을 채택 한다. 시스템의 상태와 수리에 관련된 비용들을 고려한 후, 각 관리정책 하에서 장시간에 걸친 단위시간당 평균비용을 최소화하는 최적 점검주기를 구하고, 두 관리정책의 비교연구를 수행한다.

Sampling In this study, we examined the problems and their improvement plans associated with the reliability management sector in quality management engineer test conducted in Korea. First of all, there seems to be a problem in that the terminology is not unified and some techniques essential for reliability analysis are not included. We also looked at quality and reliability tests performed in foreign countries (especially USA) that Koreans often acquire. In particular, it can be seen that the CRE test almost overlaps with the contents of the reliability management engineer test in Korea. However, while the USA is an open book test, Korea is not, so the problem is that there are too many formulas to memorize on the part of the test takers. In addition, the analysis of the data is done manually without using computer software. If the test were an open book test like the CRE test in USA, it will be a test that can go beyond fragmentary knowledge and check whether test takers have the essential elements in reliability management. Lastly, if we adopt re-certification system through education and work within a certain period of time, as in USA, it will be a qualification test suitable for modern people living in a flood of information.

The purpose of this study is to provide the service marketing data for skincare shops through analyzing the impact of the quality of service of skincare shops on perceived values and revisit intents. For this study, 397 middle-aged women who visited and experienced the services of the skincare shops in Seoul and the Gyeonggi region were surveyed. The data from the said survey were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The findings of this study were as follows; first, the formality, reliability, certainty, and empathy among the service factors of skincare shops had a significant impact on economic values, while trust, certainty, and empathy had an impact on emotional values. Second, the formality, reliability, and empathy had a significant impact on revisit intent for skincare shops. Third, among the perceived values on skincare shops, both economic and emotional values had a significant impact on the intent to revisit. Fourth, the perceived values were confirmed to have partial mediating effects in the relationship between the quality of service of skincare shops and revisit intent for each service quality type.

오늘날 페이스북을 통해 접하는 여행정보는 블로그 유형의 SNS 여행정보와는 달리 정보의 출처, 정보 제공자의 정보가 불분명하여 이용자는 해당 정보를 수용하기 위해 보다 심층적인 판단이 요구되고 있으나 이에 대한 연구는 충분치 않은 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이용자의 페이스북 여행정보 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 파악하고자 하였다. 먼저 선행연구 분석을 통해, 제공되는 정보의 내용적 특성(최신성, 풍부성, 정확성)과 정보제공자 특성(인기, 전문성), 정보수용(신뢰성, 유용성)을 중요한 요인으로 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 분석한 결과, 정보의 내용적 특성과 정보 제공자 특성 모두 페이스북 여행정보 수용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 세부적으로는 정보 내용적 특성 중 정확성이 신뢰성과 유용성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그리고 정보 제공자 특성 중에서는 전문성이 신뢰성에, 인기가 유용성에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 블로그 유형의 SNS 여행정보 수용에 대한 연구 결과와 전반적으로 유사한 결과를 보였다.

기술지도제도는 전문기술인력을 활용하여 재해율이 높은 중ㆍ소규모 현장의 건설재해를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 정부가 간접적인 안전관리 전문제도로 도입하였다. 하지만 IMF 이후 급격히 변화된 건설현장 안전관리 체계와 재해율 증가, 지도기관 업체의 난립과 부실한 지도업무수행 등으로 기술지도제도의 실효성에 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술지도제도의 운영 실태와 관계 법령, 설문조사 자료를 분석하여 문제점을 도출한 후 제도 운영상의 개선 방안, 지도기관의 전문성 강화 방안, 자율적인 안전관리 유도 방안으로 구분한 내실화 방안을 제시함으로써 효율적인 재해예방대책으로서 기술지도제도의 신뢰성을 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다.

우리나라의 수자원정책이 과거 개발위주의 정책에서 수요관리 중심의 정책으로 전환됨에 따라 제한된 수자원의 효율적인 활용 차원에서 수자원 개발 및 관리계획 수립의 기초정보인 용수이용량 자료의 신뢰성 확보가 중요하게 되었다. 용수 이용량은 생활, 공업, 농업용수로 대별하여 산정하며 이들 중에서 특히 농업용수의 이용량을 상대적으로 산정하기 어렵다. 농업용수 이용량 산정시 고려되는 인자는 자료의 신뢰성이 우선되어야 수자원계획과 관리에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본고에서는 이러한 농업용수 이용량 산정을 위한 조사인자의 획득 방법과 체계를 다룬 "용수이용조사 합리화 방안 연구(3차)" 보고서(2003. 11, 건설교통부)의 내용을 중심으로 정리하였다. 용수이용량 산정을 위한 조사인자는 수자원계획 및 관리차원에서의 활용측면과 대국민 신뢰도 확보 등 홍보효과 측면 등을 감안하여 종합적으로 고려하였으며 용수수요량을 추정할 경우 필요한 인자에 대해서는 "수자원장기종합계획(2001. 7, 건설교통부/한국수자원공사)"에서 제시된 산정방법을 기준으로 하여 결정하였다.
