ISO/IEC 9126에 의하면 스프트웨어 품질 특성은 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용성, 효율성, 유지보수성, 이식성의 6가지 품질 특성으로 나누어 평가를 실시하고 있다. 각 특성은 부특성으로 나누어지고 이러한 부특성에 따른 평가 항목을 메트릭으로 정의하고 있다. 그러나 품질 특성 중 신뢰성의 경우는 ISO/IEC 9126에서 제시한 부특성인 성숙성, 오류허용성, 복구성, 준수성에 따라 품질 평가 항목이 메트릭으로 제시되어져있다. 그러나 제시되어져 있는 신뢰성 평가 항목은 소프트웨어 신뢰성 성장 모델을 이용하여 신뢰도를 평가하고 메트릭 값을 얻도록 구성되어져 있으나 수리적인 어려움과 데이터 수집에 따르는 문제점으로 인하여 적용하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 고려하여 고장 데이터를 이용하여 소프트웨어 신뢰성을 평가할 수 있는 방안을 검토하고 현재 연구가 진행되어지고 있는 국제 표준 문건 ISO/IEC 25000 시리즈를 국내 표준으로 적용할 수 있는 방안에 대해서 연구한다.

본 논문에서는 선진 제품의 신뢰성 수준과 국산 제품의 신뢰성 수준 비교 결과를 정량적으로 표시하기 위한 신뢰성지수를 개발하여 제안하였다 본 연구에서 제안한 신뢰성지수는 가장 우수한 제품의 신뢰성수준과 비교하고자 하는 제품의 신뢰성 수준을 점수화한 신뢰성점수의 비로서 나타낸다. 이 때 신뢰성점수는 제품 초기 특성값 산포, 환경시험 후의 특성변화율, 제품 설계 여유도, 제품 수명 또는 고장률의 4가지 항목을 고려하여 미리 정한 점수 산출 기준을 통하여 산출한다. 제안한 신뢰성지수의 적용방법에 대한 이해를 돕기 위하여 구체적인 적용례도 함께 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to explain and identify how services offer-related characteristics of services providers such as service competence, reliability, and responsiveness have an effect on cognitive trust and customization characteristics of services providers has influences on affective trust. And it is to explain and identify how cognitive trust has an effects on affective trust and loyalty, and how affective trust has influence on loyalty in services setting such as apparel services of search attribute, hair services of experience attribute, and dental services of credence attribute. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with consumers who have experience purchase or search on services in apparel services, hair services, and dental services. Analysis of structural equation modeling with AMOS 18 and SPSS win 19.0 was performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: First, responsiveness characteristics of service providers has an effect on cognitive trust, which in turn influences on affective trust. But there was on effect on customer loyalty by cognitive trust and affective trust in apparel service setting. Second, service competence characteristics and reliability characteristics of service providers have effect on cognitive trust, and customization characteristics of service providers has influences on affective trust, and then both of them, in turn, was effect on customer loyalty in hair service setting. Third, reliability characteristics of service providers has effects on cognitive trust and customization characteristics of service providers has influences on affective trust, and then cognitive trust has effects on customer loyalty, but there was no effects on affective trust by customer loyalty.

This study aims at finding what factors influence trust in e-government and how trust in e-government and satisfaction with e-government services affect trust in government. Despite of the importance of trust in e-government, there has not been sufficient research. Giving light on the factors of affecting trust in e-government is of academic significance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the nature, driving forces and consequences of citizens'trust in e-government and in government. The empirical results indicated that temporal embeddedness, network embeddedness, information provision quality, information security quality and e-participation quality affect satisfaction with e-government services and trust in e-government. Also, satisfaction with e-government services and trust in e-government influence trust in government, and satisfaction with e-government services affect trust in e-government.

폴리머 애자는 여러 가지의 외부환경에 의하여 시간의 경과에 따라서 재료의 열화가 진행된다. 폴리머 애자를 평가하는 방법으로 기계적 특성, 전기적 특성, 환경적 특성 등의 평가방법이 있으나 각각의 특성평가에 있어서 국제, 국가 및 단체에 따라서 서로 다르다. 신뢰성 평가기준도 서로 달라 국내 실정에 맞는 폴리머 애자의 신뢰성 향상에 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 폴리머 애자의 신뢰성 평가기준을 표준화할 필요성이 있다. 본 원고에서는 특고압 가공배전선로에 사용하는 폴리머 현수애자의 신뢰성 평가기준에 대하여 설명하였다. 장기신뢰성 평가를 위하여 다양한 외부환경을 모의하여 복합적인 스트레스를 가할 수 있는 복합가속열화설비에 대하여 설명하고 복합가속열화시험법을 결정하였다.

Trust is becoming one of the critical forces that drive consumers into purchases in e-marketplaces, as consumers face uncertainty associated with buying online from unknown sellers. In this paper we propose a consumer trust model specifically designed for an online marketplace. It aims at examining how intermediary and site characteristics of an e-marketplace affect factors of trustworthiness, and understanding the relationship between trustworthiness factors and trust in intermediary. Findings from an empirical analysis indicate that both intermediary and site characteristics are positively associated with factors of trustworthiness - namely, competence, integrity, and benevolence. In addition, all the three factors of trustworthiness were found to have positive relationship with overall trust in intermediary; in particular, integrity had higher association with trust than the other two factors. The paper concludes with suggestions for building consumer trust for the owners of online marketplaces.

VTR 제품에 대해 소비자가 만족하는 신뢰성을 보증하기 위해, 내구수명시험을 10,000시간 실시하여 제품의 특성치 변화와 고장률이 만족하는지 검토하였다. 아울러 시간의 경과에 따른 제품의 특성치 변화를 관측하여 고장분포를 추정하였고 실험실에서의 고장유형과 시장에서의 불량유형과 일치여부를 분석하였다. 내구수명시험 결과에서 제품의 특성치 변화와 Field의 시장불량 관계등은 제품에 중요한 요인이기 때문에 이를 바탕으로 신뢰성 방향을 재검토하는 계기가 되었다. 제품의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위해 시험을 많이 실시하지만, 시험으로 모든 것을 검출하기에는 한계가 있으며 또한 많은 시험 시간이 소요되기 때문에 현업에 적용하기에는 한계가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 제품의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위해 내구수명시험과 더불어 제품의 설계 마진 분석, 그리고 고장분석을 같이 추진해야만 단시간 신뢰성을 향상시키는데 좋은 지름길임을 제시하였다.

지식경제부의 청정제조기반 산업원천개발사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "초고진공펌프 개발" 과제 중 제 3세부 과제인 "고진공펌프종합특성평가시스템 설계, 진단기술 개발" 과제에서 5년 동안 진행되고 있는 전반적인 연구수행결과 및 구축 완료된 종합특성평가시스템을 활용한 고진공펌프의 상용화를 위한 신뢰성 평가에 관하여 소개한다. 고진공펌프개발 총괄 과제의 대명제는 "국제적 신뢰성을 가지는 상용화 제품의 완성"이며, 10(3) mbar~10(-10) mbar 영역의 국내 진공펌프 개발 수준의 선진화를 위한 모든 특성평가장치의 국제적 신뢰성이 있는 완벽한 성능평가의 구현을 포함한다고 볼 수 있으며, 전체 사업 추진기간 동안 제품 개발 주체인 산업체에 상용화를 위한 신뢰성 기반기술의 완벽한 구현의 제공에 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 고진공펌프의 신뢰성 평가는 저진공펌프의 신뢰성 평가기술에 기반을 두고 있으며, 기 개발 완료된 특성평가뿐만 아니라 실질적으로 나노종합팹센터의 공정현장에서 판단할 수 있는 내구성진단 및 최종 제품의 기계적 신뢰성 진단기술의 복합적인 요인들의 집합적인 분석에 기인하고 있다고 판단할 수 있다. 상용화 단계의 내구성 및 신뢰성 확보를 위한 전제 조건은 대외적으로 공표할 수 있는 시험평가 데이터와 개발 주체에서 기밀 수준으로 유지해야만 하는 민감한 자료의 상시 생산 infra의 구축으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 진공펌프개발이라는 과제의 대명제를 완성하기 위한 연구개발 등 최종 상용화에 필요한 국제 신뢰성, 공정대응성 확보 기술개발 등 핵심사업 추진내용을 소개하고자 한다.

모바일 기기의 폭발적 증가세로 인해 플래시 메모리의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 낸드 플래시 메모리는 적은 전력 소모량과 높은 전기적 효율 때문에 많은 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 반면에 stress-induced leakage current, positive-charge-assisted tunneling, thermally-assisted tunneling 등의 문제로 신뢰성이 저하되는 문제가 발생한다. 프로그램/이레이즈 동작이 반복되면 소자에서 발생하는 에러의 발생비율이 늘어나 신뢰성이 저하되게 된다. 비록 신뢰성 저하 메커니즘에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어졌으나, 워드라인 스트레스에 의한 프로그램 특성 저하에 대한 구체적인 연구가 진행되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 플래시 메모리의 워드라인 스트레스로 인한 전기적 특성 감소 현상을 보기 위해, 플로팅 게이트의 두께를 변화시키면서, electron density와 depletion region 의 변화를 관찰하였다. 낸드 플래시 메모리의 전기적 특성을 멀티 오리엔테이션 모델을 포함한 3차원 TCAD 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 계산하였다. 프로그램/이레이즈 동작이 증가함에 따라, 플로팅 게이트에 공핍영역이 생기고, 블로킹 옥사이드와 게이트 사이에 의도하지 않은 트랩이 생기게 된다. 이로 인해 프로그램/이레이즈 동작이 증가함에 따라, 플로팅 게이트의 electron density가 감소하는 경향을 보았다. 이 연구 결과는 낸드 플래시 메모리 소자에서 신뢰성을 향상시키고 프로그램 특성을 증진시키는데 도움이 된다.

엔지니어링 플라스틱은 제품의 경량화 및 기계적 특성을 향상시키기 위해 다양한 분야에서 사용이 증가하고 있다. 엔지니어링 플라스틱이 접촉부재의 부품으로 교체될 때는 접촉부재와의 마멸 및 마찰 특성이 시스템 전체의 신뢰성에 큰 영향을 끼치게 된다. 또한 접촉부재의 일반적인 역할이 마찰력에 따른 동력의 전달 및 진동 감쇠와 같으므로 엔지니어링 플라스틱의 교체에 따른 시스템의 효율을 고려해야만 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 접촉부재를 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로 교체함에 따른 마멸 및 마찰 특성을 분석하여 접촉부재에서의 신뢰성을 분석해 보고, 접촉부재에서의 진동 감쇠 특성을 분석하여 엔지니어링 플라스틱의 교체에 관한 최적의 재료를 선정해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해, 여러 종류의 시스템에서 엔지니어링 플라스틱의 접촉부재 교체에 따른 신뢰성 향상 방안 및 최적화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.
