Nowadays, the high technology weapons system has been developed and the importance of ATE which measures the test specification is growing bigger and bigger. So the ATE software reliability becomes critical but the regulation of ATE development/management is less inadequate than that of DoD. In this paper, the improvement way of the ATE software reliability verification and ATE development/management processes were proposed.

Construction of highway bridges is almost complete in many countries. Thus, the government and highway agencies are shifting their remaining life span from the viewpoint of system reliability. As such, it is necessary to develop maintenance models based on system reliability concept. In this paper, preventive and essential maintenance models were developed using system reliability and lifetime distribution.

멀티캐스트 서비스는 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 멤버간 그룹 통신을 위해 다양한 암호학적 기법들을 적용한다. 이러한 암호 기법들은 기본적으로 안전한 키 관리를 그 전재조건으로 한다. 그러나 악의적 사용자의 공격 또는 예상치 못한 재해 등으로 인해 키 관리 기능이 일부 상실될 경우, 멀티캐스트 서비스에 대한 신뢰성 및 가용성은 떨어지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 멤버 가입 및 탈퇴가 자유로운 동적 멀티캐스트 서비스 상에서 효율적으로 적용 가능한 키 관리 구조와 키 관리 기능 상실시 이를 극복학 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 이를 통하여 키 관리상의 신뢰성과 효율성을 제공함은 물론, 멀티캐스트 서비스에 대한 가용성을 한층 강화할 수 있으리라 판단된다.

Electronic records created by Korean Government Agencies in the course of their business activities have been increased rapidly since e-Government had been implemented. With more government business being, conducted electronically, the importance of managing electronic records effectively, appropriately, and trustily has never been greater. For managing electronic records accountably and trustily, it to necessary to develop relevant and detail electronic records management regulation. For that reason, this study is to analyze Korean Acts and Foreign(USA, UK, Canada Australia) Acts, Regulations, or Policies related to electronic records management and to suggest legislative requirements which could guide to develop regulation or Act of electronic records management.

인터넷의 대중화로 컴퓨터 네트워크의 사용이 보편화 되었고, 그룹통신 기법이 화상회의 등 많은 응용분야에서 활용되고 있다. 분산 실시간 시스템에서 피를 통신의 신뢰성을 보장하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 또, 그룹 통신에서 효과적으로 그룹을 관리할 필요가 있고, 현재 실시간 환경에서의 그룹통신은 네트워크의 부하 때문에 생기는 패킷의 손실과 노드의 고장 같은 여러 가지 문제점들을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 개선시켜 보고자 고장이 발생했을 때에도 그를 변경을 가능하게 하는 분산 실시간 환경을 위한 신뢰성 있는 그룹관리기법을 제안하고, 실시간 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 기법을 평가한다.

This paper proposed the architecture of the authentication and the transmission for high reliable emergency data management based on U-healthcare wireless mesh networks. In U-healthcare monitoring service, the high reliable bio data management as well as the data transmission are required because the monitoring emergency bio data is related linked to life. More specifically, the technologies of the identity authentication of the measuring bio data, the personalized emergency status diagnosis who is authenticated the bio data and the emergency data transmission are important first of all. To do this, this paper presents the structure and protocol of the identity authentication management with using the extended IEEE 11073 PHD, the structure of policy-based management of the emergency bio data for the highly reliable management and the resilient routing protocol based on wireless mesh network for the reliable data transmission.

신뢰성성장시험관리는 제품개발프로그램의 초기단계에서 고장모드를 확인하고, 이를 개선 또는 제거하기 위해 설계를 변경하고, 그 결과 진행되는 신뢰성이 향상되는 변화를 추적할 수 있는 실용적인 방법이다. 본 연구의 목적은 AMSAA(Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity)모델을 이용하여 신뢰성 성장을 계획하고 평가할 수 있는 실용적인 방법을 제시하는데 있다. 시험-개선 과정을 통하여 성장하는 신뢰성 수준의 변화에 대한 추적과 예측 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 방법을 보여준다.

물리적으로 분산된 환경에서 진행하는 대규모 과제에서는 참여자 간 의사소통에 많은 비용이 들고, 의사결정을 위한 공유 자료의 신뢰성도 확보하기 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해 K-Hub와 Redmine을 적용한 협업 시스템을 구축하여 과제를 진행하고 있다. 기존의 오피스 툴을 활용한 과제관리방식에서 K-Hub와 Redmine를 도입함으로써 과제 내 의사소통 및 과제 정보 공유 환경을 구축하여, 과제관리에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 절약하고 참여자들에게 제공되는 정보의 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 문서의 관리비용을 줄이고, 과제 참여자에게 제공되는 정보에 대한 신뢰성 확보하여, 빠른 의사결정과 효과적인 의사소통의 기반을 실현하였다. 결국 불필요한 관리 업무를 최소화 하였고, 관리의 편리성을 향상 시켰다.

Recently, Web has arisen large amount of data that to the development of the network and the Internet. In order to process it appeared that Big Data technology. Big Data technologies have been studied aiming a multifaceted and accurate analysis using existing regular data and a variety of data social data. But social data does not have the expertise and objectivity. And such manipulation and concealment and distortion of information have been raised troubling. Thus, this paper proposes for trust big data platform and will be described in detail. The big data platform proposed in this paper consists of data refiner, Data Analyzer, co-truster, visualizer, searcher, etc.
