국내외 고장진단분야 연구 동향 및 분석

System Implementation for Automatic Inspection of Wind Pressure Sensor Based on Reliability Improvement (신뢰성 향상 기반의 풍압센서 자동검사 시스템구현)

  • This research describes system implementation for automatic inspection on wind pressure sensor production based on reliability improvement. The reliability is minimized by the automatic inspection system on the wind pressure sensor against the manual system. The system consists of the control system and monitoring system to be scanning the inspection processing. The inspection system for reliability is evaluated in Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility. The experimental results are improved about 2 times speed, measured error ${\pm}0.02V$, effectiveness 15%, missing probability 17% and false alarm 12% respectively. The system will be also improved by database and the product barcodes for the total quality control system based on the effective reliability in the future.

  • Problems encountered during software development or pteration nay result from defects in the software,ghrdware,or their oterations.Because of their diversity,the determination of the sources of a problem and its corrective adtion requires a centrally controlled system for monitoring provlems and detemining systematiccauses. In the paper,the SPR/SCR management system was developed and applied for the collection and analysis of the error data,process data and product data delected by each phasd in SDLC.There are four objectibes in the SPR/SCR management system.The first is to assure that software errors are documented,corrected,and vot forgottem. The second is to assure that SPR.are assessed for their validity.The third is to provide feedback on SPR status to the developer and the user.The fourth is ot prvide data for measuring and prediciting sofware quality and reliability.These goals could be satisfied by the application of the SPR/SCR mangement system.Also,the accomplishment rate of software reliability,criterion of test completion,estimation of release time, efficient development and management can be reflected by applying the SPR/SCR management system.

A Fault Management Design of Dual-Redundant Flight Control Computer for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (무인기용 이중화 비행조종컴퓨터의 고장관리 설계)

  • Since the flight control computer of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is a flight critical equipment, it is necessary to ensure reliability and safety from the development step, and a redundancy-based fault management design is required in order to operate normally even a failure occurs. To reduce cost, weight and power consumption, the dual-redundant flight control system design is considered in UAV. However, there are various restrictions on the fault management design. In this paper, we propose the fault detection and isolation designs for the dual-redundant flight control computer to satisfy the safety requirements of an UAV. In addition, the flight control computer developed by applying the fault management design performed functional tests in the integrated test environment, and after performing FMET in the HILS, its reliability was verified through flight tests.

A Study on the Effect of Swift Trust on the Cohesiveness and Organizational Effectiveness of Ship Organization (선박조직 구성원의 속성신뢰가 집단응집성 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study set up research models and hypothesis in order to analyze those factors assuming that swift trust affects group cohesiveness, group cohesiveness affects organizational civil activities and organizational effectiveness (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) and at the same time plays as a medium for the swift trust, organizational civil activities and organizational effectiveness. Based upon these finding, variables in the ship unit are analyzed through surveys. This shows that the swift trust has statistically a meaningful and beneficial impact on group cohesiveness which has statistically a meaningful and beneficial impact on organizational civil activities and organization effectiveness. In terms of effects of crew members' the swift trust on organizational civil activities, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction, group cohesiveness has a partial medicated effect.. This paper has its significance in practically proving that the established swift trust of crew members increase group cohesiveness, the heightened group cohesiveness results in the changes of behaviors and attitudes of crew members in the seagoing vessel.

The Effect of Customer Value on Online Shopping Mall: The Moderating Role of Trust (온라인 쇼핑몰환경에서 고객가치가 로열티에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개영향을 중심으로)

  • Companies consider customers as an equity, which is expected to increase customer loyalty. However, customer loyalty does not linearly increase in real world by the customer equity always. This research investigates a mediating variable which influence the relationship between customer equity drivers and customer loyalty. We focus on customer value as a customer equity driver which is the most basic factor among customer equity drivers. We examine that online trust as a mediator between the customer value and customer loyalty in on online shopping mall context. Customer value consists of perceived convenience, quality, and price. Findings indicate that online trust mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. Especially, online trust perfectly mediates the perceived convenience and the perceived quality. The perceived convenience influences online trust most significantly and perceived quality and perceived price are following in the order of strength. Our results implicate that online trust is an important mediator of the relationship between customer equity and customer loyalty in online shopping mall context and need to be managed as a customer relationship management index to increase customer loyalty. In addition, perceived convenience is the most important factor to increase online trust in matured online market.

  • In this paper, we consider the limit of the previous works for ad-hoc network, then propose a dynamic routing scheme which employs a 2-tier hierarchical structure. We adopt the advantages of proactive and reactive routing scheme for efficient network management. We define this method as NSDR(New Secure Dynamic Routing) scheme. We also propose a trustworthy authentication and key management for the proposed ad-hoc network. We currently study the possibility that ad-hoc networks can provide a service such as key management and authentication for the next generation mobile network.
