As online shopping malls continue to grow in popularity, various chances of consumption are provided to customers. Customers decide the purchase by exploiting information provided by shopping malls such as the reviews of actual purchasing users, the detailed information of items, and so on. It is required to provide objective and reliable information because customers have to decide on their own whether the massive information is credible. In this paper, we propose a personalized recommendation method considering an item confidence to recommend reliable items. The proposed method determines user preferences based on various behaviors for personalized recommendation. We also propose an user preference measurement that considers time weights to apply the latest propensity to consume. Finally, we predict the preference score of items that have not been used or purchased before, and we recommend items that have highest scores in terms of both the predicted preference score and the item confidence score.

This study investigated the relationship between privacy policy awareness and willingness to provide personal information. Online privacy policies published on the Internet aim to build the trust of consumers and reduce their concerns about the provision of providing personal information. This study uses FIP(FIP; Fair Information Practices) principles to measure awareness of privacy policy. The result of the survey indicates significant relationships among awareness of privacy policy of e-commerce websites, privacy trust, and privacy risk. Privacy policy aims to improve transparency of collection and use of personal information. A high level of privacy trust is related to a high level of willingness to provide personal information on an e-commerce website. A low level of privacy risk is related to a high level of willingness to provide personal information on an e-commerce website. This study found that disposition to trust moderates the relationship between privacy policy awareness and privacy trust. This study contributes to further research on the relationships among privacy policy awareness, privacy trust, and privacy risk. The result of this study can be used by companies that aim to build privacy trust and reduce privacy risk.

This paper aims at identifying trust factors to be managed in UCC environment, and how those trust factors impact on trust in UCC site. Also this paper examines the moderating effect of level of UCC participation(UCC retrieve, UCC production) on the relation between trust in UCC site and intention to use. For this purpose, we identified information, system, service, and site trust through intensive review of prior researches and some expert interviews. A total 338 surveys were used to analyze research hypothesis. The findings show that information, system, and service trust is positively and significantly related to site trust, and then site trust has impact on UCC usage. But, It is proven that there is no difference in effect of site trust on UCC usage according to level of UCC participation.

The purpose of this study is to present the improvement of connection system between traffic information centers for reliable traffic information service. We recognized traffic information error caused by too much time in conjunction between traffic information centers, lack of reliability of traffic information caused by absence of generation time and generation institution of traffic information. We presented minimization methods of connection time, improvement methods of reliability of traffic information and development methods of connection state management system.

최근의 많은 연구들은 센서네트워크에서 무선링크들이 신뢰적이지 않고, 비대칭적인 것을 보여준다. 하지만 센서네트워크에서 신뢰성있는 통신은 매우 중요하기 때문에 ACK 메시지를 이용해 데이터 전송의 신뢰성을 높이는 기법들이 제안된다. 이 기법들은 전송노드가 수신노드로부터 데이터전송에 대한 ACK 메시지를 수신하여 데이터 전송의 신뢰성을 보장한다. 이 기법들 중 하나인 PDF 기법은 순방향 링크퀄리티를 이용하여 데이터 재전송 임계치를 설정한다. 이를 통해 데이터전송은 성공했지만, ACK 메시지 수신 실패로 발생하는 데이터 재전송을 최소화하여 불필요한 에너지 사용을 방지할 수 있다. 하지만 이 기법은 순방향 링크퀄리티에 따라 매우 다른 전송 성공률을 갖는다. 따라서 데이터의 신뢰성있는 전송을 보장할 수 없다. 본 논문은 순방향 링크퀄리티에 관계없이 일정한 전송 성공률을 갖는 TSR 기법을 제안한다. 본 기법은 에너지 효율적이며 신뢰성있는 데이터 전송을 보장한다.

다항지수 신뢰도 함수(multinomial-exponential reliability function ; MERF) 는 소프트웨어의 고장/수정 공정을 세밀하게 수행하는 중에 개발되는 관계에 있다. 후에 MERF는 좀더 매우 단순화한 지수 신뢰도 함수(exponential reliability function ; EARF)로 근사화되는 공정을 거치게 된다. 이는 MERF의 특성을 대부분 가지고 있어서 두 개의 함수가 하나의 신뢰도 함수로 단일화되도록 한다. 신뢰도 모델 MERF/EARF는 소프트웨어 고장 공정을 NHPP로, 수정공정을 다항분포로 고려한다. 이 모텔은 두 개의 공정 모두가 통계적 독립인 것으로 간주한다. 본 논문에서는 모델의 이론적인 기준, 수학적 특성, 소프트웨어 신뢰도에의 응용을 검토한다. 이는 물리적 인 시스템을 검사하고 유지보수하는 선도적인 모델응용이다. 본 논문에는 소프트웨어 신뢰도 분석에 응용하는 하나의 수치 예를 포함한다.

컴퓨터시스템은 여러 가지 복잡하고 민감한 시스템을 제어하는데 광범위하게 쓰이고 있다. 최근에 와서는 운영시스템, 제어프로그램, 적용프로그램과 같은 여러 가지 소프트웨어 시스템이 더욱더 복잡화 및 대형화되고 있기 때문에 신뢰성이 높은 소프트웨어 시스템을 개발하는 일이 매우 중요하며, 소프트웨어 제품개발에 있어서 소프트웨어의 신뢰도가 핵심사항이다. 1970년대 이후 소프트웨어의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위한 여러 가지 소프트웨어의 신뢰도 모델이 제시되고 검토되었으며, 특히, 소프트웨어 개발 후 테스트단계에 적용하는 신뢰도를 추정하고 예측하는 모델이 많이 개발되었다. 소프트웨어가 주어진 시간간격동안 고장이 발생하지 않을 확률 즉, 신뢰도는 소프트웨어의 테스트과정을 계속해서 반복 및 수정하면 더욱 더 증가된다. 그러한 결함검출현상을 설명해주는 소프트웨어 신뢰도 모델을 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델(SRGM)이라 한다.

This study examined the relationship among perception on information, purpose of information use, and trust in government. It also identified different patterns of groups by their ideological inclination via a national survey on sample population over the age of twenty. The result showed the statistical significance of the relationship among information perception, purpose of information use, ideological inclination, and trust in government. The analysis result implies that the role of government should be readjusted in terms of publicness toward meta-data provider which is transparent and fair without any discrimination by individual difference and economic condition. This will increase the level of trust in government data and its utilization will be tied into the individual connectedness for social integration. The role of government as an information provider needs to establish the role of mediator which always keeps social rules and tracks down violators in a timely manner in the process of information production. With transparent information flow and fair game, the richness of information and a positive production environment will be created.

Two remarkable problems of recent online social network are information overflow and information overload. Since the mid-1990s, many researches to overcome these issues have been conducted with information recommender systems and context awareness based personalization techniques, the importance of trust or relationship between users to discover influential information has been increasing as recent online social networks become huge. But almost researches have not regarded trust or relationship in real world while reflecting them in online world. In this paper, we present a novel method how to discover influential and spreadable information that is highly personalized to a user. This valuable information is extracted from an information set that consists of lots of information user missed in the past, and we assumes important information is likely to exist in this set.

조석간만의 차가 크고 강한 조류가 흐르는 진도해역 명량수도 및 장죽수도 항로에 조류관측시스템과 대형 LED등기구 전광판을 설치하여 이용자에게 조류의 방향, 속도, 경향을 실시간으로 제공하는 조류신호시스템을 구축하였다. 통항선박의 안전을 확보하고, 항로표지시설 인프라를 활용한 이용자 중심의 안전정보를 다양한 매체를 통해 제공하는 방법과 지속적으로 안정적인 조류정보를 제공하기 위한 신뢰도 향상에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.
