The social network service is the bidirectional media that all of the users are be able to directly produce, process, and distribute the information without distinction of the producer and consumer. Over increasing the users rapidly, the users are be able to obtain and share the various information, but the problems occur due to the spread of unreliable information on the service. Moreover, it is spreading the problems violating the privacy and decreasing the reliability of the users by exploiting the open environment. Therefore, sensitive information can be delivered only to users which information producer can trust, and the users should get the information from the trustworthy users. Due to this necessity, it needs the efficient method can evaluates the reliability of the users. In this paper, we define the reliability in the service, make the trust parameter by using the function of the service, and propose the dynamic user reliability evaluation scheme evaluating the reliability of users. We draw the trust range on the reliability of users by analyzing the proposed reliability evaluation scheme.

This study aims at finding what factors influence trust in e-government and how trust in e-government and satisfaction with e-government services affect trust in government. Despite of the importance of trust in e-government, there has not been sufficient research. Giving light on the factors of affecting trust in e-government is of academic significance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the nature, driving forces and consequences of citizens'trust in e-government and in government. The empirical results indicated that temporal embeddedness, network embeddedness, information provision quality, information security quality and e-participation quality affect satisfaction with e-government services and trust in e-government. Also, satisfaction with e-government services and trust in e-government influence trust in government, and satisfaction with e-government services affect trust in e-government.

소프트웨어 개발 중 분석과 설계 단계에서 만들어진 산출물을 이용하여 개발될 소프트웨어의 신뢰도를 예측하는 초기 소프트웨어 신뢰도 모델은 소프트웨어의 품질을 보증하는 유용한 도구로써 사용될 수 있다. 기존의 소프트웨어 신뢰도 모델은 개발될 소프트웨어의 품질에 한정하여 신뢰도를 예측함으로써 기존 시스템과 연계된 신뢰도를 예측하는데 한계가 있다는 단점과 개발자의 개발 능력이 개발될 소프트웨어 신뢰도에 미칠 영향을 고려하는데 한계가 있다는 단점이 있었다. 그러므로, 본 논문은 기존 시스템과의 연관성을 고려한 초기 소프트웨어 신뢰도 모델을 기준으로 개발자의 개발 능력을 고려한 종합적인 초기 신뢰도 모델을 제시하였다.

S/W 신뢰도는 보통 NHPP와 같은 신뢰도모델에 의해서 평가한다. S/W 시스템은 테스트 단계에서 품질이 향상되고 운영단계에서는 거의 변화가 없다. 신뢰도를 테스트 단계에서 추정할 것인가 아니면 운영단계에서 추정할 것인가의 여부에 따라서 그 추정방법이 달라져야한다. 본 논문에서는 두 가지의 상이한 신뢰도개념 즉 운영신뢰도와 테스트 신뢰도를 명확히 구분하여 자세히 고찰한다.

본 논문에서는 품사 태깅 시스템에서 신뢰도 측정 방법에 대해서 기술한다. 품사 태깅 시스템의 신뢰도는 품사 태깅 결과에 오류가 포함되지 않을 확률이다. 일반적으로 신뢰도 측정은 오류확률에 기반한다. 정확한 오류확률을 추정하기 위해서는 일반적으로 품사 태깅 시스템에서 사용되는 말뭉치보다 훨씬 더 많은 양의 말뭉치가 필요하다. 이 문제를 다소 완화시키기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 좀더 정확한 오류확률 추정하기 위해 교차확인 방법을 이용한다. 본 논문에서 사용된 품사 태깅 시스템은 시험말뭉치에 대해서 61%의 신뢰도를 보였다. 이는 한국어 문장의 형태소 수가 평균 20개이고, 품사 태깅 시스템의 정확률이 97.5%일 때의 신뢰도에 해당한다. 본 논문에서 사용된 품사 태깅 시스템이 미등록어가 없을 경우에 97.68%의 정확률을 보이므로 제안된 신뢰도 측정 방법이 어느 정도 타당함을 알 수 있었다. 제안된 신뢰도 측정 방법은 구문분석, 정보검색 등 여러 분야에 응용이 가능할 것이며, 본 논문에서는 품사태깅의 오류검출에 적용해보았다.

전력시스템은 설비계획 및 운영상의 신뢰도 확보를 위해 신뢰도 기준을 수립 적용하고 있다. 최근에 전력산업 및 스마트그리드에서의 사이버 보안이슈가 부각되면서, 신뢰도 기준에도 사이버 보안 관련 규정을 수립하기 위한 노력이 진행 중에 있다. 미국 전력산업의 경우, NERC라는 규제기관을 통해 사이버 보안과 관련한 신뢰도 기준들을 CIP(Critical Infrastructure Protection) 차원에서 수립하였으며, 이를 지속적으로 업데이트하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우는 아직까지 사이버 보안 관련 신뢰도 기준이 구체적으로 수립되지 않고 있으며, 이를 보강하기 위한 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 전력시스템에서의 사이버보안 이슈는 이를 모니터링하고 제어하기 위한 SCADA 시스템 및 기타 정보망 차원에서의 잠재적 위협과 더불어, 해당 정보인프라가 전력시스템과 상호작용함으로써 발생하는 복합적인 효과를 고려할 필요가 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문에서는 NERC 규정과 선행 연구사례들을 참고하여 국내적용을 위한 사이버 보안 신뢰도 기준수립에 대한 방향성을 제안하고자 한다.

S/W 시스템은 테스트 단계예서 품질이 향상되고 운영단계에서는 거의 변화가 없다. 신뢰도를 테스트 단계에서 추정할 것인가 아니면 운영단계에서 추징할 것인가의 여부에 따라서 그 추정방법이 달라져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 두 가지의 상이한 신뢰도개념 즉 운영신뢰도와 테스트 신뢰도를 명확히 구분하여 자세히 고찰한다. 이러한 개념은 기존의 여러 문헌에서 혼용해 사용하거나 잘못사용되어 왔다. 상이한 신뢰도개념을 사용하면 상이한 신뢰도를 얻게 되며, 추후 상이한 신뢰도기준 결정기법에 이르게 된다.

In this paper, for a cooperative communication system with multiple relays, we consider a relay selection method by exploiting the trust degree information of relay nodes. In the cooperative communication system, we interpret the trust degree of relays as the probability that relay helps the communication between the transmitter and receiver. We first provide an expected achievable rate at the receiver by taking into account the both cases that the relay helps the transmission of transmitter and the relay does not help the transmission of transmitter according to its trust degree. For given trust degree information, we propose an efficient relay selection method to maximize the expected achievable rate at the receiver. For the various configurations, the simulation results confirm that the proposed relay selection method outperforms the conventional relay selection method, which does not consider the trust degree of relay nodes.

본 논문에서는 '그룹화된 패리티를 갖는 소수 라운드 로빈({{{{ { PRP}_{gp } }}}}:Prime Round Robiin with Grouped Parties)' 방식에 대한 기존의 조합 모델을 이용한 신뢰도 분석 시에 문제가 됐던 결함복구율을 고려하지 못한 모델링에 대해서 미르코프 모델을 이용한 신뢰도 모델링을 바탕으로 결함복구율을 고려한 신뢰도를 계산한다. 또한 산출된 신뢰도를 근거로 반최적화된(semi-optimal) 패리트 그룹 나누기 알고리즘을 도출하고 동시에 두 개의 결함에 대한 분석을 수행한다. 마르코프 모델을 이용한 신뢰도 모델링을 통해서 결함발생율만을 고려한 경우에 신뢰도가 기존의 조합 모델의 신뢰도와 거의 일치하고 결함발생율과 결함복구율을 동시에 고려한 경우에 신뢰도가 결함발생율만을 고려했을 경우보다 더높다는 것을 보인다. 반최적화된 패리티 그룹 나누기 알고리즘을 사용할 경우에, 동시에 두 개의 결함에 대한 분석을 통해서 약 30% 이상의 경우에 대해서 저장된 패리티 정보를 이용한 복구가 가능하다.

Peer-to-Peer 네트워크 상에서 구성원과 구성원 사이에 필요한 정보를 이용하기 위해서 각 구성원 및 구성원이 보유한 데이터에 대한 신뢰도(Trust)를 측정하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 네트워크 상에서 구성원 사이에 신뢰도에 대한 관계성을 정의하는 기존의 신뢰도 관계성 모델의 한계점을 개선한 혼합형 신뢰도 관계성 모델을 제시하고, 신뢰도 추천 프로토콜과 신뢰도 측정에 대한 확장 및 개선점을 제안한다.
