The Impact of Structural and Relational Social Capital on SNS User Satisfaction and Continuous Information Sharing Intention (구조적 및 관계적 사회 자본이 SNS 이용자 만족도와 지속적 정보공유 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to identify how social capital is accumulated and used in SNS space, furthermore, is to examine the impact of structural and relational social capital on SNS user satisfaction, and continuous intention of information sharing. The empirical test showed that social interaction ties have a significant and positive impact on relational social capital(trust in SNS site, trust in SNS user, reciprocity). In addition, it was proven that trust in SNS site played a critical role in satisfying SNS user whereas trust in user and reciprocity was not related to SNS user satisfaction. Finally, trust in SNS site and reciprocity were proven to be key determinants of continuous information sharing intention, whereas trust in user was not related to continuous information sharing intention.

  • To develop and test validity and reliability of Korean version of the Student Perception of Patient Safety Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes to assess applicability for nursing students. Survey data were collected from convenience sample of 425 fourth year nursing students who enrolled in four universities. Data were evaluated using item analysis, content validity, exploratory factor analysis, and Cronbach's alpha. The attitudes scale was eliminated since item-total correlations were less than .3, on the final Korean Version Scales. The attitudes subscale needs further refinement before implementation. The finding out this study demonstrate that the knowledge and skills scales showed satisfactory validity and reliability. It is useful to evaluate nursing students during educational preparation and in practice.

Radioactivity Analysis for Reliability Assessment in the Environmental Samples (환경 시료 중 신뢰도 검증을 위한 방사능 분석)

  • The objective of this research was to assess the reliability of data and to improve nuclear analytical techniques concerning the Domestic Radioactivity Intercomparison program for environmental radioactivity monitoring of Jeju from 1998 to 2006. Gross beta for filter papers and water samples was determined, and gamma nuclides for natural and artificial nuclides in soil and water samples were analyzed. The gross beta activity of all samples except for the water samples of 1998 and 1999 showed a good agreement within the confidence intervals. In gamma nuclides, $^{40}K$ and $^{137}Cs$ of soil samples and most nuclides in the water samples, with the exception of several nuclides, were evaluated to be reliable. Based on these results, it is considered that a reliable method for the analysis and monitoring of environmental radioactivity were established, which may play an important role in case of emergency radiation accident.

A Study on Structural Relationships among Port Service Quality, Satisfaction, Trust and Loyalty of the Busan New Port -Based on the Moderating Effect of Switching Barrier (부산항 신항의 항만서비스품질.만족.신뢰 및 충성도 간의 구조적 관계: 전환장벽의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • Based on the review of the existing studies, this study built the conceptual framework describing the structural relationships among port service quality dimensions(port internal service quality, external service quality, interaction quality), customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. In specific, switching barrier was included as moderator in customer satisfaction and customer loyalty relationships. The subjects are the customers who use the Busan New Port. A survey using 317 customers was conducted, Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to test the validity of the measurement model, and AMOS analysis approach was used to gain important insights into how customer retention in the port business can be ensured. Results in this paper indicate that customer trust and satisfaction are identified as antecedents of the port service quality dimensions. Customer satisfaction positively influences trust. Customer trust and satisfaction positively influence loyalty. Switching barrier positively moderates the relationship of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Finally, this study suggests that the implications of these findings and offers directions for future research.

Validity and Reliability of the Korean Version of Student Evidence-Based Practice Questionnairs(S-EBPQ) (한국어판 간호대학생의 근거기반실무 측정도구(S-EBPQ)의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증)

  • This study aimed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Korean version of Student Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire (S-EBPQ) which developed by Upton, Scurlock-Evans, and Upton. Data were collected from 209 nursing students with previous experience of education in evidence-based practice and clinical placement. Using SPSS 25.0, construct validity, concurrent validity and reliability were evaluated. The Korean version of S-EBPQ consisted of 21 items in four domains. The measurement explained 67.0% and the reliability using Cronbach's alpha was .927. The Korean version of S-EBPQ can be used to evaluate the ability of evidence-based practice among nursing students. The tool could be also used to examine the effectiveness of educational programs for evidence-based practice which would contribute to improving the quality of nursing education in Korea.

The Reliability and Validity Testing of Korean Version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (한국어판 피츠버그 수면의 질 지수(PSQI-K) 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증)

  • The purpose of the study was to test the reliability and validity of the Korean version of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI-K) and to examine the cutoff point of the PSQI-K for screening insomnia among young adults. The subjective quality and patterns of sleep in 64 participants were measured using PSQI-K and Fitbit Charge 3TM. The properties of the instrument were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the internal consistency reliability, factor analysis for the construct validity, and Spearman's rho correlation coefficient for the correlation between the PSQI-K total scores and Fitbit tracker scores. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the PSQI-K was 0.69. The Spearman's rho correlation coefficient between the PSQI-K and Fitbit tracker was higher than 0.67. A cutoff point of ≥6.0 had a sensitivity of 0.93 and a specificity of 0.84. In conclusion, the PSQI-K is a reliable and valid instrument to evaluate sleep disturbance in Korean young adults.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of brand identity of coffee specialty stores on customer 's brand trust of customers, brand attachment, revisit intention, and word of mouth intention. A survey was conducted and 342 copies were used in the analysis of the structural equation model. As a result of the study, the brand identity was proved to have a positive effect on brand trust. In addition, brand trust has a positive effect on brand attachment, indicating that it affects affection on the brand depending on the degree of trust on the brand. Brand attachment had a positive influence on revisit intention and positive influence on word of mouth intention. Therefore, the proper construction of brand identity is linked to the acquisition of fixed customers by linking with the intention of repurchase, and it affects the profit generation of brand, so the brand manager can confirm that proper establishment of brand identity and marketing strategy should be set up.

Develop and Evaluate the Short Form Biomedical Ethics Tool for Medical Workers In Convergence Era (융합 시대의 의료종사자를 위한 단축형 생명의료윤리 도구 개발 및 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a short biomedical ethics tool for healthcare workers, compare it with pre-existing tool, and increase reliability. Data were collected from 211 healthcare workers working in G-do. Exploratory factor analysis was carried out using Varimax rotation extraction method in IBM SPSS WIN/21.0. Convergent validity of the tool was verified by regression and correlation analysis with original tool score. Reliability was verified by calculating intraclass correlation coefficient and internal consistency coefficient. The short, reduced 21 questions tool reflected 84% of pre-existing tool's biomedical ethics. Its reliability was higher than the 29 question tool for nursing students, but there were differences in the components of subdomains and reliability coefficient. Additional development of questions through qualitative research and interviews are needed to increase reliability of the subdomains. Measurement of biomedical ethics dilemma with the tool that has validity and reliability is needed, followed by replication studies.

  • We sought to develop a multi-dimensional tool for measuring and understanding nurse fatigue. The participants were 301 nurses working in four hospitals in Seoul, South Korea. Basic items were developed after a preliminary literature review, and content validity was verified by a group of experts. The first 52 items from which the fatigue measurement tool was to be developed were tested for construct validity and were reduced via factor analysis to 31 items. Following a confirmatory factor analysis, the items were further reduced to 23 items in three categories: physical, mental, and emotional. A confirmatory factor analysis found the items to be adequate. The fatigue scale was found to have high construct validity and reliability. This scale is expected to serve as a preliminary data-gathering tool to assess the level of nurse fatigue and to develop interventions to alleviate it.

  • This study examines the influence relationship between ESG management and organizational justice, which has become a major issue in Korean society and corporate management, and the effect of organizational justice on organizational trust, and organizational identification. In addition, the mediating effect of organizational justice in the relationship between ESG activity perception, organizational trust, and organizational identification was verified. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that the employee's perception of the company's ESG activities had a significant effect on the organizational justice. Second, it was confirmed that the employee's perception of organizational justice had a significant effect on the employee's organizational trust and organizational identification. Third, the mediating effect of organizational justice was confirmed in the relationship between employees' perception of ESG activities, organizational trust, and organizational identification. Accordingly, it is necessary to elicit positive attitudes and behaviors from employees to enhance organizational competitiveness by strengthening ESG activities, and enhancing organizational justice through Improvement of the company's institutional practices.
