The purpose of this study is to analyze the facilitating and conflicting factors on the emerging technologies and trends predicted to impact future education in Korea. To do this, open online questionnaires on 20 emerging technologies and trends derived from a comprehensive literature review were completed by 24 experts in research, policy, schools, and corporate fields, and a content analysis of the collected qualitative data was conducted. As a result of the study, the effectiveness of the content and the maturity of technology were found to be the most important facilitating factors and obstacles. In addition, the potential for innovative teaching and learning methods and motivation, and the maturity and popularity of technology were found to be the main facilitating factors. On the other hand, health problems and negative effects on students in ethical aspects, the lack of research and development, and poor networks and infrastructures in terms of education environment were found to be the main impeding factors of emerging technologies and trends.

Recently, the technology and services make progress in IT sector to facilitate the rehabilitation, as well as the exercise that aims to promote the health. To provide the opportunity for new services, various challenges have to be fulfilled, including the blurring boundaries among industries, spread of new technologies, and various demands. Seizing on this opportunity, the fusion and convergence have been accelerated. The trends towards the fusion and convergence are inherent in content industry and spreading to other sectors, which makes the cultural desire of customers fulfilled in a more diverse manner. In particular, the research has been conducted, using the game, in the new technology cultural contents which have shown noticeable fusion and convergence between IT and exercise rehabilitation areas. Such games can be classified into the motion-based game, serious game, and virtual reality game. Those game contents are forming the market fast based on the contents for education, sports, exercise rehabilitation, healthcare, etc., and have very great potential for growth. This study is intended to analyze the fusion and convergence system of exercise rehabilitation through those games and present a direction for future development.

In this paper, we surveyed the opinion of MOTIE(Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) R&D PDs about what are the future promising industries and their mainly associated Ppuri-technologies. According to the survey result, the future technology trends are to shift the technologies beyond their own critical performance and dominate human-centered technologies through converging technologies. In particular, the 4 industries, personalized medical technology, intelligent and emotional-based system, solar power technology and flexible technology, are expected to be good perspective industries in the near future. In order to grow these industries, we need to develop the core Ppuri-technologies that are very closely related to the future main industries. More than all, Ppuri-technology acts as a leverage for the future promising industry and is expected to be the strong supporter in manufacturing infra.

This paper aims at finding the policy implications of mobile government services based on the comparison of domestic and foreign cases. We developed a framework for the classification of mobile government services and examined the domestic and foreign mobile government services to identify policy implications and dynamic trends of the mobile government. In the policy perspective, we suggest customer-centric service redesign, extensive adoption of mobile service solutions, and new service development reflecting new mobile trends.

최근 고령화의 가속화로 인해 의료비의 부담이 증가하고 있는 가운데 의학기술의 발전과 소득 수준이 증가함에 따라 복지수요가 확대되면서 건강관리와 예방 중심의 헬스케어 서비스를 추구하고 있다. 그리고 이러한 헬스케어 트렌드와 스마트기기 보급의 확산이 맞물리면서 스마트기기와 개인건강 기기를 활용하여 의료서비스와 IT간의 융복합을 통한 스마트 헬스케어 서비스가 널리 주목받고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 건강기기 표준에 따른 스마트TV를 기반으로 하는 여러 스마트 헬스케어 서비스를 제시하고자 한다.

With the introduction of smart devices as a new channel of information distribution, the mass tourism that has been dominating the travel scene is being transformed into individual tourism. Therefore, it is more than important to establish an advanced smart tourism environment using cutting-edge ICT technologies in order to go into one of tourism developed countries. In line with that, this study draws both local and international cases to show where smart tourism stands now by mapping out problems and solutions by category. Firstly, in terms of infrastructure, establishing distribution platform and big data analyzing systems were suggested. Secondly, to fit the needs of consumers, converged tourism content and user experience based content development are in need. Lastly, in terms of governance forming public-private consultative body and incubating creative tourism companies are suggested. The study results will serve as a fruitful reference to those who want to establish business strategy related to smart tourism.

Over time, the beauty industry has entered a mature industry and cannot survive unless it changes. In reality, the AR market for virtual experimental marketing is growing in the beauty industry, and global companies like FACEBOOK in the US are investing heavily in AR. Therefore, this study utilizes augmented reality technique to find out how the experience of using AR application affects female consumers' satisfaction and how they feel. This study will focus on how the relationship with purchase intention is mediated. In addition, we will help to suggest the development direction of augmented reality with makeup by analyzing the overall factors at the time when new technology, augmented reality marketing is becoming active.

Recently the value and importance of contents industry is rapidly increasing. In particular, consumption on contents convergence integrating contents and new technologies is being increased as smart devices become popular. Next generation contents convergence industry is being recognized as a new engine for national economic development. However there is no concrete framework defining next generation contents convergence industry. This fact brings about serious problems in defining the scope of the industry. To develop effectively new industry, there is a strong need to define types of contents convergence based on dominant factors leading content convergence trend while shedding light on contents, technologies and industry. To define classification of next generation contents convergence indudstry, this study analyzes attributes of contents convergence and carries out conjoint analysis. Based on the attributes found from conjoint analysis, the study suggests new classification scheme of contents convergence industry.

This study analyzed keywords for agricultural R&D using the textmining method to examine the trend of agricultural R&D. Data used for the analysis included R&D project information provided by NTIS, and the research and development step by year from 2003 to 2018 were classified and applied. The TF-IDF approach was used as the analysis method, and ranking was derived based on score. Furthermore, we analyzed by grouping for similar keywords. The main analysis results are as follows. First, agricultural R&D trends are changing according to the introduction of new technologies and changes in the external environment. Second, keyword changes appeared with a time lag in the R&D step. The main keywords are changing in the order of basic research - applied research - development research. Third, the main keyword of agricultural R&D was 'rice.' However, the direction and purpose of the research were changing according to changes in the domestic and foreign agricultural environments.
