Dynamic Analysis of a Flow Passage Opening Device in Flight Profile of a High-speed Vehicle (고속 비행체의 비행궤적별 유로개방장치 동역학 해석)

  • A flow passage opening device utilizing an acceleration follow-up technique allows fuel to flow continuously through a pressurized fuel tank system. It is very difficult to test the device in a real flight situation because of severe test condition and a cost problem. In this paper, therefore, the results of a basic negative g test conducted by low-speed airplane are compared with RecurDyn simulation. Dynamic behavior of the device in total flight profile of a high-speed vehicle is also analyzed by using RecurDyn to predict its performance.

  • There are typically two categories of Flight Test Programs- commercial and military. Commercial flight testing is conducted to certify that aircraft meets all applicable safety and performance requirements of government certifying agency. Military programs differs from commercial in that the government contract with the aircraft manufacturer to design and build an aircraft to meet specific mission capabilities. The final phase of military aircraft flight test is the Operational Test(OT). OT is conducted by a government-only test team with the dictate to certify that the aircraft is suitable and effective to carry out the intended mission. This paper presents the current trends of military aircraft airworthiness certification using civil aircraft certification practices.

  • In this paper, the assessment technique for track accuracy in the phased array radar is proposed. It is assumed that ${\alpha}-{\beta}$ tracking filter to track the target is established in the phased array radar. In order to assess the track accuracy strictly, we should use the real target position data acquired from the special instrument, ACMI(Air Combat Maneuvering Instrument) pod or DGPS(Differential Global Positioning System). However, this method leads to increase the experiment cost and test time. We derive the relationship between the residuals of tracking filter and the standard deviations of range and angle tracking errors which are assigned as track assessment index. The theory of sample variance is introduced in this assessment because track accuracy has to be calculated with many residual samples.

  • This study analyzed the correlation between the engineering characteristics of soils, and the CBR values in order to figure out the eligibility of quality criteria as construction materials, by attempting to reduce time and costs for the CBR testing and predicting the results of the CBR testing. The study also analyzed the correlation between the percent passing of No.200 sieve, liquid limit and compaction characteristics, on the basis of the soil testing data conducted at the Yeongdong construction area. This study will provide necessary data for road pavement plans and designs by analyzing the correlation between the percent passing of No.200 sieve, the degree of activity and the swelling rate, and suggest the correlation formula with each soil.

Accordingly, high reliability Mobile Commerce request of high quality are enlarged. And The greater amount of data is going to be more mobile commerce market situation is also gradually increased. In this paper, I surveyed and analysed the general trend and test/certification trend of mobile commerce software, and developed the mobile commerce software quality evaluation metrics base on ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 12119, the standard about the quality evaluation.

  • The acquisition of weapons systems test and evaluation in the early stages of the acquisition process as a source of data used for modeling and simulation are being actively encouraged. Thus, in the reliability of weapon systems acquisition can be called the most important part, and M&S to apply for this test reliability and accuracy of the assessment can provide, test time and cost savings, the pre-and post-test predictions and available data can provide. In this study, theoretical study of M&S to acquire weapon systems used for the importance of M&S, acquired the characteristics of the model, utilization for weapon systems acquisition, and weapon systems acquisition review for an effective utilization of M&S tries to find out.

  • As computer industry has been rapidly developed since 1980's, it has been highly increasing to use M&S. The use of M&S can reduce development cost, time to market, and so on, and using it we can get the results of experiments which are impossible to test in real environments. But there is an important precondition on the dependability of M&S which is being developed or used. In this paper, We introduce the Key concepts of VV&A, and so forth, and We finally present the DM&S VV&A application and promotion method.

  • The freezing of the water meter due to the cold wave in winter causes safety accidents caused by freezing and suspending the supply of tap water and various inconveniences. In this study, the water meter develops a test device similar to the environment in which the actual freezing occurs and tests repeatedly by changing the temperature, humidity, flow rate, pressure, valve improvement, pump operation status, etc. Based on the data obtained through this, it is planning to predict the timing of freezing by applying AI technology to correlation between freeze influencing factors.

  • 국방에서 사용되는 소프트웨어는 미션 크리티컬(Mission Critical)한 고 품질의 소프트웨어가 요구된다. 이를 위해 많은 조직에서는 전체 개발 프로세스를 개선하기 위한 목적으로 CMMI를 적용하고 있으나 테스트 프로세스를 개선하는 데는 부족함이 있어 고 품질의 소프트웨어를 생산하는데 어려움이 따르고 있다. 더욱이 국방이라는 특수한 도메인에서는 그러한 현상이 빈번히 발생함에 따라 국방 도메인에 적합한 테스트 성숙도 모델의 필요성이 제기되었으며 이를 위해 국방 시험 성숙도 모델(MND-TMM)이 개발되었고 현재 시험 적용 중이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 무기체계 소프트웨어를 개발하는 조직에서 전체 개발 프로세스를 개선하기 위해 CMMI를 적용하고 있기에 테스트 프로세스를 개선하기 위한 모델인 MND-TMM과 CMMI를 비교 분석하여 두 모델의 강점과 약점을 제시하고 상호연계방안을 모색한다. 상호연계를 통해 국방 소프트웨어 개발 조직에서는 두 모델을 적용하는데 있어 비용 및 시간을 줄이고 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시킬 것으로 기대한다.

Economic Analysis of Two-Layer Quiet Asphalt Pavement Considering Noise Cost Benefits (소음 편익 비용을 고려한 복층 저소음 아스팔트 포장의 경제성 분석)

  • Two-lalyered quiet asphalt pavements are well known for their noise reduction capabilities compared to the conventional ones. This study was conducted to analyze the economic effects on two-layered quiet asphalt pavement rather than on one-layered. Noise prediction was performed on the data surveyed from the two-layered quiet asphalt pavement. In addition, the economic analysis was executed considering cost benefits using the noise prediction result. The permeability test was also investigated to evaluate the clogging recovery of two-layered quiet asphalt pavement. Analysis results revealed that the construction cost of two-layered quiet asphalt pavements was cheaper than that of the conventional soundproof walls. The two-layered quiet asphalt pavement with simulated clogging conditions was satisfied the permeability requirements of the permeable asphalt pavements. The permeability test results showed that the permeable time was recorded as 6.77 seconds for one cycle of cleaning job with 400 mL of water.
