김해시는 유구한 역사와 문화를 가진 농경지 중심의 전통적인 농경고장이었으나 근대화의 진전으로 인하여 부산이라는 대도시권에 인접하여 급속한 발전을 하게 되어 인구유입에 따르는 제반의 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 지방자치제도의 실행은 어느 지역에서보다도 김해시 지역에서 경영행정을 추구하는 김해경영을 모토로 행정서비스의 품질향상올 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 김해시의 노력은 조직의 구성에서도 이미 타시도에서는 볼 수 없는 경영혁신과를 신설하여 행정경영의 의지를 시현하고 있다. 본 고에서는 향후 발전적인 도시인 김해시가 가지게 되는 당면한 문제를 10가지의 영역에서 거시적으로 제시하며 이에 대한 유연하고도 적절한 조직적 대처를 통하여 김해시의 행정서비스의 효율성을 증대의 필요성을 제시하고 있다. 이를 위하여 김해시의 명확한 비전의 설정과 이를 추진하기 위한 전략적인 계획에 의한 마케팅 마인드를 형성한 시스템적인 접근방식에 따라 운영한다면 김해시의 조직의 효율성과 활성화에 따른 보다 명확한 목표를 달성할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 그러므로 관리지향적이며 통제지향적인 조직의 측면을 보다 효율적인 운영제고를 위하여 정책지향적이고 서비스 지향적인 전략으로 조직개편이 이루어진다면 김해시의 선진 복지행정 구현을 위한 김해경영의 목표 수준은 향상 될 수 있을 것이다.

통과궐증적고찰(通過厥證的考察), 득도료여하적결론(得到了如下的結論) 기일시(其一是), 한궐시인어양기부족이불능온통혈맥이발생적(寒厥是因於陽氣不足而不能溫通血脈而發生的), 기기혈불능온양사지이발생적궐냉증(其氣血不能溫養四肢而發生的厥冷症), 저취시한궐적주증상(這就是寒厥的主症狀). 기이시(其二是), ${\ulcorner}$소문(素問) 궐논(厥論)${\lrcorner}$지음허내열적열궐시인어주포입방이발생적(之陰虛內熱的熱厥是因於酒飽入房而發生的), 기특징취시수족열증(其特徵就是手足熱症). 기삼시(其三是), 양성격음적열궐시인어양기울체이발생적(陽盛格陰的熱厥是因於陽氣鬱滯而發生的), 기특징시유고열겸수족궐냉증(其特徵是有高熱兼手足厥冷症). 기사시(其四是), 사지궐냉적원인유삼(四肢厥冷的原因有三). 기일시인어양기부족(其一是因於陽氣不足), 한궐속어차(寒厥屬於此). 기이시곤어양기울체(其二是困於陽氣鬱滯), 양성격음적열궐화포궐속어차(陽盛格陰的熱厥和暴厥屬於此). 기삼시시궐(其三是尸厥), 기병기시인감어부정지기이기폐새야(其病機是因感於不正之氣而氣閉塞也). 기오시(其五是), 혼도발생적원인유이(昏倒發生的原因有二). 기일시인어기폐새(其一是因於氣閉塞), 시궐박궐화한궐속어차(尸厥薄厥和寒厥屬於此). 기이시인어화열치성(其二是因於火熱熾盛), 열궐전궐화포궐속어차(熱厥煎厥和暴厥屬於此).

본 논문에서는 대용량 시퀸스 데이터베이스에서 타임 워핑을 지원하는 인텍스 기반 서브시퀸스 매칭에 관하여 논의한다. 타임 워핑은 시퀸스의 길이가 서로 다른 경우에도 유사한 패턴을 갖는 시퀸스들을 찾을 수 있도록 해 준다. 최근의 연구에서 타임 워핑을 지원하는 효과적인 전체 매칭 기법이 제안된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 이 기존의 연구에 슬라이딩 윈도우 개념을 결합하는 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 인덱싱을 위하여, 각 슬라이딩 윈도우와 대응되는 서브시퀸스로부터 특징 벡터를 추출하고, 이 특징 벡터를 인덱싱 애트리뷰트로 사용하는 다차원 인덱스를 구성한다. 질의 처리를 위하여, 조건을 만족하는 질의 접두어들에 대한 특징 벡터들을 이용하여 인덱스 검색을 수행한다. 제안된 기법은 대용량의 데이터베이스에서도 효과적인 서브시퀸스 매칭을 지원한다. 본 연구에서는 제안된 기법이 착오 기각을 유발시키지 않음을 증명하고, 실험을 통하여 제안된 기법의 우수성을 규명한다.

본 논문은 불교에서 많은 영향을 받은 태국 근대시에 표현된 자연, 사랑 그리고 계몽사상의 조화를 연구하였다. 연구주제로 태국 근대시를 선택한 이유는 태국문학의 유산에 끼친 불교의 지속적인 영향을 조명하기 위함이다. 본 연구를 위하여 선택한 시들은 현대에도 많이 읽혀지고 있는 안칸 칼라야나퐁, 나오와랏 퐁파이봄, 파이와린 카옹감, 그리고 삭시리 메솜수엡 등과 같은 작가의 작품들이다. 이 작가들의 시에 표현된 공통적인 특성은 자연, 사람, 그리고 계몽사상이라는 주제들 간의 조화이다. 모든 주제들이 절묘하게 엮여져서 본래 불교 시였던 것이 인간의 보편적인 시로 변화되는 결과를 낳는다. 아라칸 칼라야나퐁은 종종 자연을 지혜와 연민을 표상하는 것으로 묘사하고, 자연에 대한 사랑을 계몽사상에 대한 도구로 주창한다. 삭시리 메솜수엡은 자연의 단순함과 고요함을 계몽사상의 지혜를 쌓을 수 있도록 유도하는 명상적 각성을 제공하는 자아발전의 수단으로 바라본다. 이들 근대 작가들의 교훈적인 시에 나타나는 자연, 사랑 그리고 계몽사상의 조화는 다양성 속의 지속적인 통합으로 상징되는 동남아 문화의 불교적 유산에 대한 명백한 증거이다.

This study investigates the time-space characteristics of the road traffic flows in Seoul and the relationship with land use patterns. For the purpose, we analyze the road traffic data collected at 118 observation sites over Seoul City area since 1993. We examine the time-trend of the annual average traffic flows per day during the last fourteen years. Three different trends are revealed: rapid increase during the time period between 1993 and 1997, maintenance same level after sharp decrease between year 1997 and 1998, and gradual decrease after sharp decrease between year 2003 and 2004. The spatial distribution patterns of road traffic flows have also been changed significantly during the period. The traffic flows in the urban center have been declined gradually, while the traffic flows in the boundary area and southern CBDs have increased dramatically. In order to examine the relationship with the changes in the land-use patterns and road traffic flows, we analyze the changes in the spatial distribution patterns of population and industries. We developed three multiple linear regression models to test the relationships between the changes in the land-use variables and road traffic flows.

The purpose of this study was to investigated into the kinematics and ground reaction force for gait on induced stereoacuity in normal subjects with normal sight. Eighteen subjects who passed the stereoacuity testing were participated in the experiment(age: 22.1±2.7 years, height: 176.8±4.4 cm, weight: 67.6±5.8 kg). The study method adopted 3D analysis with six cameras and ground reaction force with two force-plates. The results were as follows; In gait velocity, obstacle crossing gait was slower than flat gait. In angular displacement of hip joint, mostly obstacle crossing gait was more flexed than flat gait. In angular displacement of knee joint, obstacle crossing gait was more flexed than flat gait, and stereoacuity reduction gait in TO and FC2 were more flexed than normal vision gait. In angular displacement of ankle joint, obstacle crossing gait in FC2 was more flexed than flat gait. In trunk tilt, obstacle crossing gait in MSt, TO and MSw were more extended than flat gait. In GRF, there was no significant in Fx, obstacle crossing gait in right and left foot were bigger propulsion force than flat gait, obstacle crossing gait in right and left foot were bigger braking force than normal vision gait in Fy, and obstacle crossing gait in right and left foot were bigger than flat gait in peak F1 and peak F2 of Fz, and stereoacuity reduction gait in right foot was lower than normal vision gait in valley force of Fz.

This nutritional survey was conducted from July to August 1993, in order to investigate the nutrition knowledge, food habits, nutrient intake, and their correlation of high school girl students living in large city, middle and small city, and rural area. The subjects of this survey were 164 students living in large city, Seoul and Pusan, 289 students living in noddle and small city, Chonju and Iksan-City, and 252 students living in rural area, Samnye-Up and Kimje-Kun, Chonbuk-Province. The results obtained are summarized as follows: The perceived nutrition knowledge of large city, middle and small city, and rural area was 80.1%, 83.9%, and 76.0%, respectively, and their accuracy was 62.0%, 64.2%, 56.3% respectively The nutritional knowledge score of large city, middle and small city, and rural area was 14.90, 16.16, 12.84, respectively. The nutrition knowledge score was significant among large city, middle and small city, and rural area. The correlation coefficient between nutrition knowledge and food habits was significant among large city, and middle and small city students. The food habits score of rural area subjects were lowest. The correlation between food habit and calcium, vitamin 4 and vitamin C were significant among large city girls. In rural students the correlation between food habits and protein, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and vitamin C was significant.
