시스템에 영향을 미치는 총체적인 열악한 환경의 영향을 포함시키는 환경효과를 고려한 수명검사의 모형을 개발하였다. 환경효과를 나타내는 분포를 감마분포로 가정하고, 검사에 투입되는 시스템의 수명이 지수분포를 따르는 수명검사모형의 특성을 조사하고, 최적표본할당비율을 결정하는 방법을 제안하는 동시에 자료분석과정을 통하여 최적 검사계획문제를 토의하였다.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 경매기반 CPC 광고에서 광고비 효율을 극대화시킬 수 있는 최적 포지셔닝을 결정하는 전략을 수립하고자 특정 인터넷 쇼핑몰과 그 쇼핑몰에서 사용한 키위드를 대상으로 실험적 데이터 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 이 분석 결과를 기초로 다이나믹하게 변화하는 키위드 광고의 최적 노출 포지션을 제안하고자 한다.

Although conventional computer programs use efficient and precise optimization algorithms, they can not emulate the problem solving capabilities of human experts. A design optimization process involves a number of tasks which require human expertise and experience. Traditional optimization systems have concentrated on numerical aspects of a design process and have not been successful in integrating the numerical parts with human expertise. On the other hand, most knowledge-based systems focus on symbolic reasoning and have been little concerned with the numerical processes. The objective of this paper is to develop a knowledge-based multiobjective optimum design system which has the capabilities of knowledge processing and numerical computation by integrating the multiobjective optimization method and the knowledge-based system. The knowledge-based system for symbolic processing is developed. Rules for knowledge representation and the inference mechanism of the system are written in LISP. The knowledge-based multiobjective optimum design system is finally developed by integrating the multiobjective optimization method and the knowledge-based system by applying shell programming technique. The system is applied to an optimum design model of a LNG carrier in the preliminary design stage. It is found that the system well simulate design variables and objective functions of the design model.

본 논문에서는 임의의 충격이 있는 시스템 모형에서, 두 가지 시스템 관리정책인 임의점검정책과 주기점검 정책을 채택 한다. 시스템의 상태와 수리에 관련된 비용들을 고려한 후, 각 관리정책 하에서 장시간에 걸친 단위시간당 평균비용을 최소화하는 최적 점검주기를 구하고, 두 관리정책의 비교연구를 수행한다.

In this paper, we propose the new algorithm which can design on the optimal structure of modular system. This system is composed to the wavelet neural network in order to simplify the structure of modular system and use the time-frequency analysis. We will determine the number of module and node of each sub-system using the proposed algorithm. This algorithm provides the methodology, which we will design optimal structure of modular wavelet neural network through analyzing the character of system. We apply the proposed new structure and algorithm to approximation problem and evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed system and algorithm.

The optimum weight vector is studied to remove interference and jamming signals in adaptive array antenna system. The optimum weight vector is calculated to apply a minimum variance algorithm and cost function in linearly constrained conditions, and accurately estimates target's signal. Adaptive array antenna system is the system which improves signal to noise ratio(SNR) and decreases interference and jammer power. Adaptive array antenna system delays at tap output of antenna array element. Each tap finally makes the complex signal of one in multiplier complex weight. In order to obtain optimum's weight calculation, optimum weight vector is used in this paper. After simulation, resolution is increased below $3^{\circ}$, and sidelobe is decreased about 10 dB.

This study suggests an integrated method based on concept hierarchies, information gain, and rough set theory for efficient discovery rules from a large amount of data, and implements an optimal rules discovery system. Our approach applies attribute-oriented concept ascension technique to extract generalized knowledge from a database, knowledge reduction technique to remove superfluous attributes and attribute values, and significance of attributes to induce optimal rules. The system first reduces the size of database by removing the duplicate tuples through the condition attributes which have no influences on the decision attributes, and finally induces simplified optimal rules by removing the superfluous attribute values by analyzing the dependency relationships among the attributes. And we induce some decision rules from actual data by using the system and test rules to new data, and evaluate that the rules are well suited to them.

In this paper, the optimal position offset of optical phase conjugator (OPC) and the optimal dispersion offsets of fiber sections, which are alternating with the method for the symmetry of optical power and chromatic dispersion with respect to OPC, are numerically investigated as afunction of the WDM channel numbers. The WDM channel numbers are assumed to be 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24. The bit-rate of each channel is assumed to be 40 Gbps for all cases. It is confirmed that the optimal position offset of OPC and optimal dispersion offset of fiber section are gradually increased as the WDM channel numbers are gradually increased. But, the optimal dispersion values of fiber sections per OPC position offset of 1 km are independent on WDM channel numbers, because the optimal position offset of OPC and optimal dispersion offset of fiber section are simultaneously increased as the WDM channel numbers are increased. It is also confirmed that the applying of these optimal parameter values is efficient to WDM system with many channels rather than WDM with small channels.

본 논문은 N개의 최적문장을 찾을 수 있는 한국어 연속 음성인식시스템 개발과 성능실험에 관한 것이다. 개발된 연속 음성인식시스템은 462개의 단어로 이루어지며 언어 복잡도가 30인 연속문장을 인식할 수 있으며 언어처리, 기계번역 등과 같이 쉽게 정합되어 문장 인식률을 향상시킬 수 있도록 N개의 최적문장도 찾을 수 있다. 또한 인식의 기본단위로 triphone을 사용하였으며 단어간, 단어내의 조음현상도 모델링하였다. 남성화자 3인에 대한 화자독립 실험 결과 단어 인식율은 95.7%을 얻었으며 문장 인식율은 하개의 최적문장인 경우 88.5%, 5개의 최적문장을 고려하면 98.6% 문장 인식률을 얻었다.
