Recently, even if a lot of visual feature representations have been studied and systems have been built, there is a limit to existing content-based image retrieval mechanism in its availability. One of the limits is the gap between a user's high-level concepts and a system's low-level features. And human beings' subjectivity in perceiving similarity is excluded. Therefore, correct visual information delivery and a method that can retrieve the data efficiently are required. Relevance feedback can increase the efficiency of image retrieval because it responds of a user's information needs in multimedia retrieval. This paper proposes an efficient CBIR introducing positive and negative relevance feedback with threshold value and pre-fetching to improve the performance of conventional relevance feedback mechanisms. With this Proposed feedback strategy, we implement an image retrieval system that improves the conventional retrieval system.

서비스 기업들은 경쟁우위를 달성하기위해 서비스 인카운터를 제고하는 것이 바람직하다. 서비스인카운터는 서비스파업, 서비스생산시스템, 서비스표준으로 구성되므로 이들간의 전략적 일관성에 노력을 기울여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 인카운터를 제고하기 위한 방안으로 서비스 기업의 경쟁전략과 하위전략인 MIS전략의 적합성을 경쟁전략, 서비스 생산구조, MIS과업, MIS전략구조로 파악하여 금융산업과 유통산업을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행했다. 실증분석결과 특히 경쟁전략과 MIS 과업, 그리고 경쟁전략과 서비스 생산구조간의 전략적 적합성이 가설을 높게 지지하는 것으로 나타났다.

문서요약이란 문서의 기본적인 내용을 유지하면서 문서의 복잡도를 줄이는 작업이다. 인터넷과 같은 정보기술의 발달로 정보의 양이 급증함에 따라, 정보 과적재(information over load) 문제의 해결을 위해 자동 문서요약시스템의 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 의사 적합성 피드백(pseudo relevance feedback)에 의한 질의확장(query expansion) 기법을 적용한 자동 문서요약 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델의 특징은 질의를 분해함으로써, 적합성 피드백 과정에서 질의가 편향(bias)되어 요약이 잘못되는 문제를 방지할 수 있다는 것이다. 신문기사를 대상으로 평가한 결과 제안한 모델이 질의확장을 적용하지 않은 방법이나 하나의 질의만을 유지하는 일반적인 적합성 피드백 모델보다 더 좋은 성능을 보였다.

변전소를 구성하는 모든 설비를 가상의 데이터 모델로 구현하고 모든 제품에 동일한 데이터 정보객체를 가지고 구현하는 것을 의미하는 IEC 61850 기반의 변전자동화 IEC 61850 기반의 변전자동화 시스템을 구성하는 제품의 상호운용성이 보장되어야 하며, UCA의 국제전문가모임에서는 제정한 IEC 61850 통신서비스 시험항목으로 구성된 적합성 인증 항목을 IED와 상위운영시스템이 만족하는 것이 최소한의 기본 조건이다. 본 논문에서는 IEC 61850에서 명시하는 4가지 제어모델 중 가장 복잡하고 클라이언트 입장에서 고려해야 할 사항이 많은 SBOes 클라이언트 적합성 시험모델링과 시험사례를 다루고자 한다.

초.중등학교에서는 교육행정업무의 효율성을 위하여 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고있다. 본 논문에서는 NEIS가 학사업무 및 교육행정업무 뿐만 아니라, 전반적인 교육활동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 미흡한 기능에 대한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 먼저, 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)과 기존의 종합정보관리시스템(SIMS, CS)의 변화된 기능을 파악해보고, NEIS의 효율성과 현장 적합성을 가늠해보았다. 그 결과, 학적관리, 성적관리, 각종 교육통계 및 보고업무, 대민 서비스 등, 기능이 개선된 반면, 보건관리, 교수학습 지원, 그룹웨어 기능의 지원이 미흡하였다. 특히, NEIS가 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용되기 위해서는 미흡한 교수학습과 그룹웨어 기능의 개선이 시급함을 알았다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the fit between innovation strategy and firm characteristics on innovation performance. We conducted surveys for venture companies in the Southeast region, The results of multiple regression analysis based on 135 questionnaires are as follows : First, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and social network level, the higher the innovation performance. Second, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and management control system level, the more positive effect on innovation performance. Finally, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and innovation culture, the higher the innovation performance. This result implies that the enterprise characteristics should be designed and operated in accordance with the innovation strategy implementation.

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) explicitly stipulates the required performance of satellite based radio-navigation systems available for navigational purposes. Until 2019, the IMO had only recognized systems that could be serviced globally for satellite based radio-navigation. However, India's regional navigation satellite system has been approved recently, and other regional navigation satellite systems have also been made available for maritime navigation. Thus far, the IMO has approved the use of a total of five satellite navigation systems, such as the GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and NavIC. In Korea, in addition to the four satellite based radio-navigation systems that are used excluding NavIC, Japan's regional navigation satellite system that has not yet been approved can be received. Japan has requested the IMO to recognize the QZSS as a WWRNS to formalize its use for ocean navigations. Given that the service coverage of the QZSS is not limited to Japanese territorial waters and also includes Korean waters, the suitability analysis of the QZSS for domestic navigation is important for maritime safety. This study aims to analyze the suitability of using the QZSS for domestic navigation. Accordingly, this work explores the status and plans of the QZSS as well as the performance required by the IMO for recognition as a WWRNS. The methods and environmental conditions examined in this work are described, and the analyzed results are presented in terms of positioning accuracy and availability.

최근 소프트웨어 품질에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 그에 따른 기반 기술들이 요구되고 있다. 산업분야에 있어서도 작업을 수행하는 기계장치의 성능향상을 위해서 소프트웨어가 차지하는 중요성이 점점 증가함에 파라 해당 장치에 대한 성능은 물론 품질에 있어서도 소프트웨어의 중요도가 크게 향상됐다 이러한 시대적 흐름에 따라 산업분야에 있어서 내장형 소프트웨어의 일종인 산업용 소프트웨어에 대한 품질인증.평가체계를 구축하고 이를 활용하여 산업용 소프트웨어 국제표준 적합성 인증 시스템을 설계 구현하고자 한다.

철강제품의 품질설계란 제품의 주문요구조건을 만족시키기 위해 제품의 성분 및 생산공정을 결정하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 품질설계업무를 지원하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 설계업무의 특성을 고려하여 과거사례를 설계에 이용하기 위해, 사례기반추론(Case-based Reasoning)접근방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 유사사례의 효율적 검색을 위해 품질설계 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 지식관리 방법 및 설계조정 방법을 개발하였다.
