  • 국내에서 다양한 규모와 종류의 화학사고가 지속 발생 중이며 이 중 초동대응 실패로 피해가 확산되는 경우도 발생하면서 이에 따른 화학사고 대응능력 향상에 대한 요구가 생기게 되었다. 그러나 이는 코로나 이전의 상황이며 2020년 이후에는 코로나 19로 인한 사회 여러 분야의 변화로 새로운 개념과 방법으로서 화학사고 대비와 안전에 있어 중요하게 고려할 사항이 생기게 되었다. 화학사고와 같은 특수 상황에 대비하여, 국가적으로 코로나 19 상황 하에서의 재난의료대응 인력에 대한 해당 재난 유형에 대한 교육훈련 프로그램 및 정책이 제공되어야 하며, 재난의료대응기관에서는 현장구조자 및 응급의료진 등 재난의료대응 전문 인력의 양성을 위한 코로나 19와 같은 신종 감염병을 대비한 상황 하에서의 지침 마련, 시스템 보완, 사전 교육이 시행되어야 한다.

Re-validation of the Revised Systems Thinking Measuring Instrument for Vietnamese High School Students and Comparison of Latent Means between Korean and Vietnamese High School Students (베트남 고등학생을 대상으로 한 개정 시스템 사고 검사 도구 재타당화 및 한국과 베트남 고등학생의 잠재 평균 비교)

  • The purposes of this study were: (1) to revalidate the revised Systems Thinking Measuring Instrument (Re_STMI) reported by Lee et al. (2024) among Vietnamese high school students and (2) to investigate the differences in systems thinking abilities between Korean and Vietnamese high school students. To achieve this, data from 234 Vietnamese high school students who responded to translated Re_STMI consisting of 20 items and an Scale consisting of 20 items were used. Validity analysis was conducted through item response analysis (Item Reliability, Item Map, Infit and Outfit MNSQ, DIF between male and female) and exploratory factor analysis (principal axis factor analysis using Promax). Furthermore, structural equation modeling was employed with data from 475 Korean high school students to verify the latent mean analysis. The results were as follows: First, in the item response analysis of the 20 translated Re_STMI items in Vietnamese, the Item Reliability was .97, and the Infit MNSQ ranged from .67 to 1.38. The results from the Item Map and DIF analysis align with previous findings. In the exploratory factor analysis, all items were loaded onto intended sub-factors, with sub-factor reliabilities ranging from .662 to .833 and total reliability at .876. Confirmatory factor analysis for latent mean analysis between Korean and Vietnamese students yielded acceptable model fit indices (χ2/df: 2.830, CFI: .931, TLI: .918, SRMR: .043, RMSEA: .051). Lastly, the latent mean analysis between Korean and Vietnamese students revealed a small effect size in systems analysis, mental models, team learning, and shared vision factors, whereas a medium effect size was observed in personal mastery factors, with Vietnamese high school students showing significantly higher results in systems thinking. This study confirmed the reliability and validity of the Re_STMI items. Furthermore, international comparative studies on systems thinking using Re_STMI translated into Vietnamese, English, and other languages are warranted in the context of students' systems thinking analysis.

  • 본 논문에서는 비전공자 대상의 학습자 눈높이에서 흥미와 재미를 유발하고, 실제 비전공자의 컴퓨팅사고력(Computational Thinking)을 향상시키는데 콘텐츠에 따라 학생의 관심도가 달라질 수 있다는 분석결과를 보여준다. 기존의 SW교육 시스템(EPL: Education Programming Language)의 단점인 실행 중심의 SW교육 시스템에서 벗어나 실제 생활에서의 기초적인 컴퓨팅 사고 관련 예제로서 모델별 단계적 접근을 시도하면서, 실제 생활 속 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반의 문제해결력을 높일 수 있도록 피드백 방식이 비전공자 SW교육에 끼치는 영향력을 확인하였다.

  • This research assumes that expanding the depth and range of thinking can be achieved through systems thinking education to the youth. To verify this assumption, degree of expansion of thinking was evaluated after the systems thinking education was done to middle school students in Kyeongi province. As a result, significant statistical difference was found. More variables were presented after systems thinking education. This means education program enhances student's thinking ability. Possibility of systems thinking application can be verified through systems thinking education to the various ranges of students in the future.

Analysing Astronomical Thinking of Elementary, Middle, and High School Students Using Ordered Multiple Choice Items (순위 선다형 문항을 이용한 초·중·고등학생의 천문학적 사고 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the astronomical thinking level of elementary, middle, and high school students using ordered multiple choice items. For this purpose, we constructed a questionnaire comprising three items about spatial thinking and system thinking. This survey was conducted and applied to 1,066 students in the 5th grade, 8th grade, and 11th grade in 12 schools located in Gangwon Province. The collected student response data were analyzed by applying inferential statistics of classical test theory and Rasch model. The results of the analysis were as follows; First, in the level of spatial thinking, students were able to grasp the spatial location and orientation of the celestial body, but were not able to convert the celestial motion of two-dimensional plane into three-dimensional plane, and it was revealed that there is no statistically significant difference in the spatial thinking of students among grade levels. Second, in the level of system thinking, students were able to identify the components and relationship between components of the celestial motion system, but could not identify the patterns of the system, and it was revealed that there was statistically significant difference among the system thinking of students in different grade levels, unlike in spatial thinking. Third, the astronomical thinking expressed in certain context (content) was very similar regardless of grade level, Through this, we could confirm the context-dependency or content-dependency of the astronomical thinking of students. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic data for exploring ways to enhance astronomical thinking level in school science classes.

An Instrument Development and Validation for Measuring High School Students' Systems Thinking (고등학생들의 시스템 사고 측정을 위한 측정 도구 개발과 타당화)

  • The purposes of this study were to develop an instrument to measure high school students' systems thinking and to validate the scale. The scale of systems thinking was made up for 5 factors - systems thinking, mental model, shared vision, personal mastery, and team learning through analyses of related literature. Six items per factor were constructed and the scale consisted of a total of 30 items for the pretest. After exploratory factor analysis, the number of total items was reduced to 20 items. For the main test, 280 students were sampled from high school and analyzed valid cases were 260 students. The finding of the exploratory factor analysis indicated 5 factors in the model, and 4 items per single factor. The result of confirmatory factor analysis was generally appropriate and acceptable (5 factor model: $x^2/df$=1.275, TLI=.946, CFI=.959, RMSEA=.033). The reliability for 20 items turned out to be reliable because the Cronbach's alphas were .840 and .604~.723 per each factor. This study should be expanded to various school levels and should be standardized for further research. The subsequent studies regarding diverse learning program development and implementation and the verification on the students' impact within the developed program can be recommended.

  • 본 논문에서는 시스템 사고를 이용한 이러닝 운영 관리를 제안하였다. 효과적이고 체계적인 이러닝 운영관리는 사용자 만족과 밀접한 관계를 가진다. 사용자 만족을 통한 학습 성과의 극대화, 유지보수 노력의 절감, 생산성 향상 및 품질수준의 향상을 위해서는 시스템 사고의 도입이 필요하다. 일반적인 학습 전 단계, 학습 중 단계, 학습 후 단계로 관리되는 운영 프로세스 관리를 확장하여 자산관리, 보안관리, 백업관리, 장애관리, 업무 연속성 관리, 변경관리, 교직원 및 학습자를 포함한 이해관계자 관리 등을 포함하여 동태적인 운영관리가 필요하다. 특히 이러닝 운영관리가 교육성과에 미치는 영향이 크므로 운영관리에 대한 다각적인 접근이 필요하며 운영상의 활발한 정보 공유로 지속적인 서비스 품질 향상이 이루어져야 한다.

Actual Conditions and Perception of Safety Accidents by School Foodservice Employees in Chungbuk (충북지역 학교급식 조리종사원의 안전사고 실태 및 인식)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine safety accidents related to school foodservice, working and operating environments of school foodservice, status and awareness of safety education, educational needs, and information on qualitative improvement of school foodservice. The subjects in this study were 234 cooks in charge of cooking at elementary and secondary schools in Chungbuk. A survey was conducted from July 30 to August 8, 2012, and among 202 questionnaires gathered, 194 completed questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analyses were performed on data utilizing the SPSS version 19.0. The main results of this study were as follows: 44.3% of workers experienced safety accidents. The most frequent safety accident was 'once' (60.5%), and most safety accidents took place between June and August (31.4%). The time at which most safety accidents happened was between 8 and 11 am. Most safety accidents happened during cooking (52.3%) and while using a soup pot or frying pot (52.4%). The most common accidents were 'burns', 'wrist and arm pain', and 'slips and falls'. Respondents who experienced safety accidents replied that 57.6% of employees dealt with injuries at their own expense, and only 35.3% utilized industrial accident insurance. In terms of the operating environment, the score for 'offering information and application' was highest (3.76 points), whereas that for 'security of budget' was lowest (1.77 points). As for accident education, employees received safety education approximately 3.45 times and 5.10 hours per year. Improving the working environment of school foodservice cooks requires administrative and financial support. Furthermore, educational materials and guidelines based on the working environment and safety accident status of school foodservice cooks are required in order to minimize potential risk factors and control safety accidents in school foodservice.

해양사고 감소를 위한 선원의 행동유형 분석

  • 본 논문은 해양사고의 93%가 1~3명의 사람과 관련됨에 따라 해양사고 감소를 위하여 선원의 행동유형을 분석하고자 한다. 이에 현재 승선 중 혹은 승선을 예정하고 교육을 받고 있는 이들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 그들의 행동유형을 분석, 승선 이후 해양사고의 감소를 위한 방안을 도출했다. 이들은 연령과 총 승선경력에 따라 "가"유형과 "라"유형이 특징적으로 나타났으며, 30대 이하 및 5년 이하의 총 승선경력 집단에서는 환경에 대한 적응에 필요한 요소와 지시사항의 반복이 필요하며, 31세 이상 및 6년 이상의 총 승선경력 집단에서는 정확한 정보에 기인한 올바른 커뮤니케이션이 가능하도록 시스템 및 교육의 보완이 필요하다.

Effects of Physical Computing Education Using App Inventor and Arduino on Industrial High School Students' Creative and Integrative Thinking (앱 인벤터와 아두이노를 이용한 피지컬 컴퓨팅 교육이 공업계 고등학생의 창의·융합적 사고에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Android application programming education to control Arduino using App Inventor on industrial high school students' creative and integrative thinking ability. We developed an instructional content based on integrative learning and creative problem-solving model and taught a class on it. The result of this study showed that there was a significant improvement in divergent thinking and motivation items among the sub elements of creative problem solving. In addition, students' survey on the integrated thinking has shown that many students think that they could design an IoT system applied to everyday life based on the knowledge they have learned in this class. Therefore, it can be confirmed that physical computing education using App Inventor and Arduino has a positive effect on students' creative and integrative thinking ability.
