초등학교시설 복합화 유형 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning of Functional Mixed-use between School Buildings and Community Facilities)

  • This study, as one of the specific suggestions to satisfy the social needs of life long education and to overcome the limitations of the supply of regional facilities, presents plans for the possibility of the mixed-use of educational facilities and regional facilities as the ultimate objective. By focusing on the space composition of the mixed-use facility to execute the roles of the educational establishment actively and efficiently, the purpose is to present the mixed-use methodology in architectural plan on which functions to combine and by how much, when the mixed-use plan of educational facilities. The investigation objects was the 27 elementary schools in Seoul which have undergone mixed-use of educational facilities work as at August, 2007. And each educational facility was classified mixed-use functions and analyzed for the composition form of functions and the characteristics by functions. And for mixed-use facility, form types were derived from the relationship with the school buildings through the analysis on characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of each types were presented by factor-by-factor plan directions of mixed-use facility.

  • As a result of rapid aging speed in our society, many problems related to elderly people have happened in many parts of our society. Among them, supply for elderly housing is one of the biggest problems. In downtown areas, despite of the high demand for elderly housing, there is not enough supplement of them due to the lack of real estates. Considering the situations above, this study proposes multi generation complex which combining the school and elderly welfare facility. This combination not only brings financial benefits but also has positive effects on cultural exchanges between generations. This study concentrates on finding out effective ways to combine elderly welfare facilities with community schools.

  • Nowadays, the change of the social structure such as the elderly society and the broken traditional family conception is progressing rapidly. The social change produced a lot of problems, and the welfare from among these is the urgent problem. The welfare for the aged is very important problem in an aging society. The changes of industrial and economic structures also caused the increase of double-income families. The numbers of schoolchildren decreased rapidly because of the low birth and elderly society. So, many idle spaces of existing school facilities have emerged, and these left spaces is being blamed for the fiscal waste. If these idle spaces were used for the welfare-facilities, it will be of assistant to solve the problem about welfare and use the school facilities effectively. And then, the big profit from these enterprises can be used for the better welfare for education.

  • The old couple household is also growing up with the growth of the aged so this is problem that needs to consider the home welfare service aspect. Otherwise, by the decrease of the number of the child and facilities' space availability, the government searching for proper usage of that kind of space in terms of financial and administration. So this study have combining of elementary school and home care for the aged facility especially for the increase of home care for the aged service facilities and improvement of using elementary school's space. That will increase the elderly cares and have need the homewelfare-service in the future, we select study elderly welfare facilities. We use analysis that analyze the trend of an elderly and social changes and conclude for the complexation of elderly welfare facilities, compound form of an elementary school, traffic line, space organization and interaction space organization.

우리 나라 가축분뇨의 처리기술 현황

  • 현재의 가축분뇨처리 형태와 축종별 적용대상은 표 3과 같이 분류되며, 축분 퇴비화 뇨오수 정화방식의 고액분리 형태에서 분뇨혼합물의 동시처리 즉, 깔감축사(소, 돼지), 슬러리 발효 퇴비화를 통한 무방류 시스템으로 변화되는 추세이다. 이러한 현상은 최근의 방류수질 규제강화에 따른 무방류화 저비용 단순화를 지향하고 있으며, 무방류화의 가장 큰 걸림돌은 톱밥과 같은 수분조절재 부족이라 할 수 있다. 현재 이용되고 있는 주요 시스템별 개선안은 다음과 같다. $\square$ 주요 처리 시스템 적용의 문제제기 $\circ$ 축분발효시설 - 톱밥 등 부자재 무이용을 위한 축분의 예비 건조시설 이용 - 교반식 발효기의 악취확산방지를 위하여 밀폐형 하우스 및 강제환기 장치 설치에 의한 악취 포집 및 탈취 - 중소규모 발효시설 개발 $\circ$ 화력건조 - 예비건조를 통한 톱밥, 연료비용 절감 - 악취방치 장치부착 의무화 $\circ$ 활성오니 정화시설 - 시설 운전관리 단순화 - 1차 고액분리를 통한 유입수 오염부하량 감소 및 균일화 $\circ$ 깔감축사 - 경제적으로 흡수를 극대화할 수 있는 수분조절재의 조합비 결정 및 혼합물을 깔감으로 재이용 기술개발 $\circ$ 슬러리 발효퇴비화 시설 - 톱밥 등 수분조절재 사용량 절감기술 - 증발량 극대화 기술개발 및 소요에너지 최소화기술개발 우리나라는 사계절이 뚜렷하여 외기상에 따라 편차가 심하며, 고밀도 사육 및 지역적 편중성, 경지면적 협소, 고비용 시장구조 등의 축산환경을 고려한다면 근원적으로 가축분뇨문제 해결한다는 것은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이는 저공해 사료개발에서부터 분뇨가 발생단계에서 분리, 수거할 수 있는 수거시설, 고효율 분뇨처리시스템의 정립, 액비 및 퇴비의 가공, 토양환원되었을 때 작물생장장애, 액비, 퇴비의 유통, 가축분뇨처리 정책 및 규제법 등의 각 분야에서 복합적 노력이 필요하다.

  • School is a basic and the most fundamental facility of city planning just like other basic public facilities including the village office. Every plan is established on the basis of school. However, the problems such as the population reduction resulting from the nuclear family-zation and low birth rate, employment and welfare of the aged people resulting from "the old aged society", and the infant nursing and education resulting from a rapid increase of the working couples become notable and accordingly more requirements are being made. Reflecting this trend, the concept and operation system should be changed. Up to now, the BTL projects of the educational facilities are gaining a reputation of being efficient in terms of national budget running, but at the same time receiving negative reputation in terms of budget saving under the civil creativity and efficiency. Through upgrading the private sector investment projects into the BTO+BTL system and further into the BTO(Build Transfer Operate), we can accomplish the original goals of the private sector investment projects, and can make the education budget operation more efficient, and can greatly improve the education environments. However, we should not underestimate in this process that these facilities should not negatively affect the education environments. In any situation, the owners of schools are students.

학교시설 복합화 대상시설별 적정규모에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Appropriate Measurement of Space in Mixed-Use of School Facilities)

  • In order to cope with the demands of the rapidly changing society, advanced countries enrolled in OECD have been establishing corresponding directions as integrating their fields in economy, society, and education as one system. To be a part of the international changes, Korea has presented "Mixed-Use of schools and community facilities." "Mixed-Use of schools and community facilities" enables schools to expand necessary facilities, which were not secured due to insufficient budget, through community funding. Communities could not secure enough convenient facilities because they did not have enough sites for the facilities; however, school sites have made the communities possible to have facilities. As a result, the demand for "Mixed-Use of schools and community facilities" has increased. Therefore, this study redefines the concept of the Mixed-Use of School Facilities in the perspective of the main users, researches the current state of the Mixed-Use of School Facilities through case studies in Korea, and intends to research preferences of the synthesis through surveys. In addition, the study proposes the proper size and the standard of the facilities that are possible to synthesize them with schools. In the future, in running this Mixed-Use of School Facilities business, the data from this study can be utilized.

교육망(敎育網) 구성(構成)을 통한 지방(地方) 도시(都市)의 학교시설(學校施設) 복합화(複合化) 방안(方案) 연구(硏究) -천안시(天安市)와 아산시(牙山市)를 중심(中心)으로 (A Study on the School Network Plan for Joint Venture and Use of School Facilities in Provincial Cities -Focused on Cheonan and Asan city)

  • The idea of the school networks for joint venture and use of school facilities is forming and using an organic network of schools that will communally share a group of facilities that are uniquely appropriate for each schools. Focused on two prominent cities of Northern Choongnam province, Cheonan and Asan city, the objective of this study is to present and exhibit the plans for joint venture and use of school facilities, and to use them as an example for other provincial cities within the nation where such renovation may be possible. The school networks is proposed based on units of 1 km radius around each site, that is named as small school network, in order to ease the communal use of the sidewalks by the residents and the facilities by the nearby schools. In Cheonan city, six small school networks were proposed, which will supply three to four elementary schools for an average of 50,000 people. On the other hand, Asan city, which showed shortages of elementary schools, three small school networks including the middle and high schools in addition to the elementary schools were proposed, that will provide three to six schools for an average of 30,000 people.

  • As the core of community, schools should play not only for the educational facilities but also for the public facilities. With the mixture of those facilities, the people in the community are able to use these facilities conveniently. The students could also make the best use of the school with the well-established facilities for sport and cultural functions. With those consideration in mind, this study aims to identify the planning feature of mixed-use school. Firstly, the concept of mixed-use and the typology of the development are reviewed. The pre-condition for the design of the mixed-use school are also studied with consideration of the planning tendencies of mixed-use schools in four countries(UK, USA, Japan and Korea). Secondly, eight case schools are selected in Japan and Korea. We analyzed them in terms of following three aspects; 1) The major functions to combine with school design, 2) The spatial arrangement how different functions could be connected in horizontal and vertical order, 3) The circulation system with which students and different user are able to access separately to those function.
