Recently SAMWOO EMC received order and built interior walls which was used the day process in several high-rise compound buildings. On the way to build, this process was brought about several matter according to the progress and qualify control. When the fire door is recently installed in the field, there are frequent cases where the fire door is manufactured with fire door having low quality or different structure compared to the performance that the fire door producer has confirmed in the performance test or the construction specification. In order to improve the on-site quality management of the fire door, we comprehensively classify the quality management items of the fire door according to the management subject and the step by stage and set the field quality management procedure, the field quality management inspection item, regulations and standardized checklists were presented.

In domestic, the Quality Management system of construction work has been compounded of the association of regulation which is ground for relevant law and operation of Quality Management system by ISO/KS A 9001(QMS) established by the contractor. Two quality guaranteed systems must be operated with complementary and integrated system, but we can not make full use of QMS of contractor and only run routinized quality management system in all construction project by the standard, methods, process provided in the law. These problems were demanded better condition in the past ten years, since the ISO standards have been introduced. Establishing preventive consideration of quality management by setting a goal of drastic quality guarantee is an urgent problem of construction industry. This study is quick to fellow, which should do three things. 1. The attitude survey related quality management of staff in charge in construction site has run. 2. Base on these results, we adjust satisfaction measurement about operation of construction quality management system. 3. Subsequently, we want to offer our thesis about advanced opinion for the next.

서울특별시회는 지난 4월 13일 서울시 도시기반시설본부와 합동으로 (주)동보엔지니어링이 시공 중인 '마포석유비축기지 재생 및 공원조성 기계설비공사' 현장을 방문하여 안전 및 품질점검을 실시했다. 이날 품질점검에는 발주처인 서울시 도시기반시설본부 관계자를 비롯하여 감리단장, 기계감리 등이 참석하여 시공현황을 체크했다. 서울시회 김수철 상임부회장은 (주)동보엔지니어링 정광일 대표와 김원근 현장소장에게 "다른 현장보다도 더욱 우수한 공사품질과 체계적인 현장관리, 타 공중간의 소통에 의한 긴밀한 업무협조로 준공까지 공사 진행에 차질이 없도록 솔선수범하여 우수 시공사례 현장이 될 수 있도록 심혈을 기울여 달라"고 부탁했다.

In recent years, numerous mega-sized and complex civil infrastructures are being constructed all over the world. Therefore, more precise construction and maintenance technologies are required for these complicated construction projects. Especially, exact strength measurement and curing process monitoring of the concrete structures are very crucial to confirm the safety and effectiveness of these complicated structures. In this paper, a new Quick Response (QR) code-based concrete strength labeling technique using embedded self-sensing monitoring system is introduced. It is important to note that the QR code-based concrete labeling technique enables easy access of the databases related to the concrete strength at anytime, anywhere, and any smart PC devices. Finally, by integrating the proposed QR code-based concrete labeling with the concrete strength databases already prepared at a designated web-server, a feasibility of the current system is investigated for a next generation concrete life-cycle quality maintenance.

Turnkey project, also called Design-Build project, has been expanding and diversifying its business into the Korean market. However, it has been experiencing numerous difficulties due to a large number of change orders on the public turnkey project. Change order during the construction phase impact on time deliveries, budget and quality on a turnkey project. In preparation for this, the government has to improve the awarding procedure and general conditions for turnkey projects. Contractors should also cooperate with their co-working partners and establish a standardized procedure, which provides change order control for efficient implementation on the construction site.
