협회탐방 - 가스시공업 회원사의 권익보호와 경영환경 개선 업무 담당하는 대한설비건설협회 가스시공지원실

  • 대한설비건설협회 본회는 건설진흥사업 외에 기술 가스진흥사업, 회원봉사 및 조사사업, 정보화 사업, 기획 관리사업, 홍보사업 등 다양한 사업활동을 함으로써 설비건설업계 발전에 견인차 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본지는 지난해 12월호부터 전국 13개 시 도회를 대표하여 설비건설업계의 발전 및 위상강화, 회원사의 권익보호 등을 추진하고 있는 본회에 대하여 소개하고 있다. 이번 호에는 가스시공업 회원사의 권익보호와 경영환경 개선을 위한 업무를 담당하고 있는 가스시공지원실을 소개한다.

고층주거건물의 계획에 미치는 표준요구조건의 영향

  • 1971년 10월 국제건축연구회의(CIB)의 제41 연구조정단(Steering Group on Tall Buildings)에 의하여 ‘고층건물’에 대한 제1차 심포지움이 개최된 바 있으며, 이 심포지움에서는 고층 주거건물, 호텔 및 사무실건물의 설계, 시공, 앞으로의 방향 및 이에 관련된 정보의 교환에 대하여 논의되었다. 아래의 내용은 상기 심포지움 중에서 고층건물에 대한 층수의 선택, 방화 및 위생조건에 대한 발표논문의 소개로서 이에 따른 설계요구조건을 제시하고 있다. 고층건물에 대한 제2차 심포지움은 1973년 가을에 개최될 예정으로서, 그 주제는 ‘고층건물의 설계, 시공 및 사용에 대한 경제적 및 사회적인 종합평가’ 이다.

  • This paper attempted to examine the characteristics of heat of hydration and calorific value of concrete according to the formwork material in Hot weather environment. As a result of the experiment, it was found that there were no problems such as temperature cracking and delay in hydration reaction when a synthetic resin form was used.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the characteristics of heat and hydration of concrete according to formwork materials. As a result of the experiment, it was found that there were no problems such as concrete heat loss and delay in hydration reaction due to the use of synthetic resin formwork.

  • Normally there is a one-time relationship between stakeholders in the construction projects. Thus, project participants are easily exposed to opportunistic behavior. According to the theory of transaction costs, a contract effectively influence the behavior of counter-party. The important role of contracts in limiting opponent opportunistic behavior has been academically acknowledged and studied in inter-firm relationships. The purpose of this study is to reveal the mediating effect of the contract on the power of the contractor in the contractor's behavior. Power is divided into mediated and non-mediated power. We surveyed construction companies' employees who have conducted construction projects. Based on the questionnaire response, we examined the influence of the Employer's power on the behavior of the contractor. Both non-mediated power and mediated power were significant for in-role and out-role behaviors. Both non-mediated power and mediated power were found to have a significant effect on the control and coordination function of contracts. The results show that the control function of the contract is significant for the in-role behavior and the extra-role behavior. Finally, the mediating effect of the contract function was significant only in the control function.

  • The purpose of this study is to efficiency scheme to design VE through the case studies of construction VE forapartments. The adapted research method includes five case studies of construction VE and analysis of constructionVE practice. The results of this study are as follows 1) For efficiency of design VE, data management system whichis necessary for construction VE database establishment and its application were proposed. 2) Through workingsystem improvement of construction VE, an improvement to design VE performance process was proposed. 3)Consideration factors and main VE items for efficient design VE item selection of apartment buildings wereproposed.
