The MOLIT is also establishing the flight safety standards for UAV within the current Aviation Law. Accordingly the required flight criteria includes operator location, mission operation limit, equipment, etc. which are the principle and standard applied based on the airspace use for UAV. Also, general flight rules, visual flight rules, instrument flight rules are required to be applied to the actual flight. Besides, an appliance regulation needs to be arranged regarding two-way communication, ATC and communication issue, airspace and area in-flight between UAS(Unmanned Aircraft System) users. An operation of the UAV in the air significantly requires the guarantee of the aircraft's capacity, and also the standardized flight criteria. A safe and smooth use is ensured only if this criteria is applied and understood by the entire airspace users. For the purpose, a standardized military UAV flight operations criteria and a law complementary scheme.

In this study, changes depending on the Airparks for LSA(Light Sport Aircraft) and Ultralight vehicle flight restricted areas, the flight route for LSA in Korea was redesigned. Considerations for LSA operating limits of VFR and complex airspace conditions in Korea, and that links the Airparks for LSA is to redesign the proposed.

Since IMO(International Maritime Organization, hereafter IMO) has decided the Wing-In-Ground craft as one of the ships, A few regulations and recommendations have been revised and approved internationally and domestically. However, the navigation rules considering types and navigation characteristics to secure the safe navigation of Wing-In-Ground craft are not sufficient and especially, there are no navigation rule between Wing-In-Ground crafts. In this situation, it is judged that the navigation rules related to the Wing-In-Ground crafts in any condition of visibility should be moved to the section of the ones in sight of one another to define the responsibilities between WIG and other vessels, and the new regulation, which Type 'B' and 'C' WIGs should avoid Type 'A' WIG, has to be established to ensure the safe navigation between WIGs on the current laws.

In this study, we surveyed the operating status of the Light Sport Aircraft(LSA) in Korea, and reconstructed the flight route for Light Sport Aircraft in Yecheon TMA. Amended flight routes are LS095(Danyang Airpark $\Leftrightarrow$ Yeongju Airpark), LS096(Andong Airpark $\Leftrightarrow$ Yeongju Airpark), LS098(Yeongdeok Airpark $\Leftrightarrow$ Yeongju Airpark) and LS099(Yeongdeok Airpark $\Leftrightarrow$ Andong Airpark).
