In Android smartphones, many apps are developed as service apps to run in the background. If the memory is insufficient, Android forcibly terminates not only user apps that have not used the CPU for a long time, but also service apps. However, a service app is automatically re-launched after a short period of time, so that it continuously consumes memory space. This paper analyzes the number of running service apps and their memory usage in users' smartphones. The number of service apps accounts for up to 65% of the total number of running apps, and their memory usage accounts for up to 55% of the total memory. Moreover, we investigate the effect of the number of running service apps on the response time of smartphones and apps. As the number of service apps increases, the launching time of user apps increases to 22 times. The booting time and app installation time significantly increase with the number of service apps.

본 연구는 예식장 운영에 관한 이론적 실무와 예식업 시장의 변화되는 요인을 제 시하여 예식장관리시스템의 새로운 모델을 정보시스템에 접목시키고자 한다. 예식정보시스 템은 예식서비스 부분을 획기적으로 개선하여 고객 만족도를 향상시킴으로 예식산업의 발전 과 예식장의 고객 대응 부당 요소인 시간, 경비, 서비스 문제를 개선하고 체계적인 소비문 화 정착에 크게 기여할 것이다. 특히 한국의 부산지역에 새로운 대형예식장이 신축 및 영업 중이며, 이들 예식장의 경영은 사전 전문지식과 노하우가 없이 운영되고 있는 현실에서 기 업의 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 올바른 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

정보기술의 발전은 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 학습자와 전문가의 상호작용을 이루어주는 온라인 기반 교육서비스인 이러닝을 대학도서관에서 이용자에게 온라인 서비스로 제공하기 시작했다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관에서 제공하는 이러닝 콘텐츠의 현황을 설립유형, 지역별, 규모별로 구분하여 비교 분석하는 것이다. 이를 통해 오늘날 대학도서관에서 중점적으로 제공하는 이러닝 콘텐츠를 파악하여 향후 이용자의 대학도서관 이러닝 콘텐츠 선호도와 만족도 등의 연구에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

최근의 통신서비스 시장은 경쟁의 도입과 기술의 발전이라는 두 축에 힘입어 양질의 서비스를 보다 저렴한 요금으로 소비자들에게 제공하고자 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 통신서비스의 질적 향상 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 통신서비스의 품질은 소비자들의 기대수준에는 미치지 못하고 있다는 지적이 있다 더욱이 문제가 되는 것은 소비자가 인지하고 있는 통신 서비스 품질의 기대수준은 시간의 흐름에 따라 동태적으로 변화하는 것이어서 한 시점에서의 통신 서비스 품질 수준의 측정으로는 정책적으로 큰 의미를 설명하기 어려운 실정이다. 이와 관련하여 많은 선행 연구들이 다양한 측면에서 시행되어져 왔지만 이제까지의 많은 선행 연구들은 대부분이 통신서비스의 특성을 제대로 고려하지 않고, 고객만족의 향상과 불일치를 가져오고 있는 성능품질만을 측정한다거나, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화해 가는 소비자가 서비스에 대해 인지하고 있는 중요도나 기대수준을 고려하지 않고 있으며, 각 구성요소간의 동태적 인과고리에 대한 고려 없이 연구가 이루어져 전반적인 통신 서비스의 고객만족을 전체적인 시각에서 평가한 연구는 극히 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 통신서비스의 고객만족을 피드백 관점, 동태적 관점, 사실적 관점의 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 적용하여 전반적인 동태적 고객만족 모형을 구현하고 이를 정책적으로 활용할 수 있는가에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 고객만족은 결코 한순간에 머물러 있는 것이 아니며 체감품질 및 기대수준의 영향을 받아 지속적으로 변화해간다 따라서 어떻게 기대수준을 관리하고 고객의 기대에 부응하는 체감품질을 관리하는 것이 지속적인 고객만족을 획득할 수 있는 가를 시뮬레이션 모형을 통해 가시적으로 시스템의 행태를 구현함으로써 그 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 시도하였다.으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites. 정보통신기술의 발전과 정보화의 진전을 통한 PC 및 인터넷의 보급은 시간과 공간적인 제약을 최소화하여 기존 산업 분야에 많은 영향을 끼치고 있다. 특히, 웹을 활용한 전자상거래 운용 및 기업체의 지점 또는 분점과 같이 여러 기관으로 구성되어 있는 환경에서는 많은 기업 운영정보들을 관리하기 위하여 웹사이트나 웹 기반의 어플리케이션을 활용하고 있다. 그러나 자료 접근의 용이성을 강조하는 웹 서비스의 특성상 보안상의 취약성을 내제하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 기존의 방식들은 사용자 인증을 위한 공개키구조(PKI)기반 구조와 안전한 트렌젝션 처리를 위한 SSL을 이용하여 웹 서비스 보안에 사용하고 있다. 그러나 SSL을 이용한 웹 서비스 보안은 사용자 요구 트렌젝션 증가에 비례하여 웹 서버에게 과도한 부하를 초래한다. 이러한 문제점 해결을 위하여 본 연구에서는 웹 서비스에서 PKI의 인증 및 SSL설정 단계와 시간을 단축을 위한 PKI의 RA와 SSL의 SSL 가속기가 통합된 시스템을 제안한다.

As the convergence technology is developing rapidly and the portable mobile devices are spreading in ubiquitous smart healthcare, users were able to get medical information easily through the smart health platform. According to such rapid industrialization, wellness care, aging society, information society, changes in disease aspects and life style, user-centered healthcare, and health promotion contents are being offered. In this study, we proposed the mining based mental health and blood pressure management service for the smart health. The proposed method provides the mental health management service and the blood pressure management service for chronic disease patients within the mining based smart health platform. Users receive optimized healthcare services regardless of time and place in the PHR based smart health platform. For the performance evaluation of the proposed mining based mental health and blood pressure management service, F-measure verification are conducted.

최근에 이동객체의 위치정보를 활용한 위치기반서비스(LBS, Location Bases Services)에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 이동객체는 시간에 따라 위치 정보가 계속 변경되는 공간 객체를 의미한다. 전통적으로 고정된 위치정보를 갖는 공간 객체는 GIS 서버에서 저장, 관리되었다. 그러나, 이동객체의 경우, 위치의 변화가 매우 빈번하며, 과거의 위치정보도 관리해야 하므로, 전통적인 GIS 서버로는 관리가 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 위치기반서비스를 위해 위치정보를 저장, 관리하기 위한 위치정보 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 위치정보 관리 시스템는 위치획득 서브시스템, 위치저장 서브시스템, 그리고, 위치질의 서브시스템으로 구성된다. 이 논문의 기여는 이동객체에 대한 위치획득, 저장, 질의 등 각각의 연구 결과를 통합함으로써, 실제 응용에 적용할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하는데 있다.

최근의 정보시스템 업체들은 e비즈니스 분야의 IT프로젝트로 특수를 누리고 있다. 이런 새로운 분야의 IT프로젝트는 급변하는 기술의 추세와 연봉제로 활성화된 인력의 이동이라는 어려운 관리적 요인들을 접하고 있다. 즉, 단지 재무적 관점뿐만 아니라 시간적, 자원적, 품질적, 그리고 새로운 환경에 적웅해야하는 위험적 요인등 그 관리요소가 증가하고 있다. 그래서 프로젝트조직이나 관련기업의 경우 eIT분야의 프로젝트를 관리하기 위한 새로운 개념이나 방법론의 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최근의 정보시스템 업체들이 직면하고 있는 프로젝트관리의 어려운 점을 살펴보고, e비즈니스 환경의 정보기술프로젝트의 환경적 특성을 고려한 프로젝트 관리의 새로운 접근법을 엔트로피 이론에 기반 하여 설명하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 사례에 근거한 예제를 제시하여 엔트로피에 의한 프로젝트관리의 적용가능성을 제시하였다.

최근 들어 삶의 질 향상과 고령사회로의 진입으로 건강 및 운동 관리에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이는 정해진 시간, 정해진 장소에서만 운동을 하는 것이 아니라 일상생활에서도 자연스럽게 운동을 하고 건강을 관리하고자하는 욕구를 발생시켰다. 또한, 모바일 이동통신 서비스와 모바일 콘텐츠 시장의 계속적인 성장으로 모바일 기기에서 쉽게 사용가능한 건강 콘텐츠의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인의 건강정보, 생체정보를 통해 관광, 일상생활 등 언제 어디서든 모바일 폰을 통해 다양한 운동 콘텐츠를 제공받고 맞춤형 건강관리 서비스를 받을 수 있는 모바일 웹 기반의 자가 운동관리 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 이를 위해 건강관리를 위한 생체신호 데이터 모듈, 운동 관리 및 기록 모듈, 운동 결과 분석 및 리포트 제공 모듈, 모바일 웹 표준을 지킨 인터페이스를 설계한다.

In Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), service providers develop and deploy reusable services on the repositories, and service consumers utilize blackbox form of services through their interfaces. Services are also highly evolvable and often heterogeneous. Due to these characteristics of the service, it is hard to manage the faults if faults occur on the services. Autonomic Computing (AC) is a way of designing systems which can manage themselves without direct human intervention. Applying the key disciplines of AC to service management is appealing since key technical issues for service management can be effectively resolved by AC. In this paper, we present a theoretical model, Symptom-Cause-Actuator (SCA), to enable autonomous service fault management in SOA. We derive SCA model from our rigorous observation on how physicians treat patients. In this paper, we first define a five-phase computing model and meta-model of SCA. And, we define a schema of SCA profile, which contains instances of symptoms, causes, actuators and their dependency values in a machine readable form. Then, we present detailed algorithms for the five phases that are used to manage faults the services. To show the applicability of our approach, we demonstrate the result of our case study for the domain of 'Flight Ticket Management Services'.
