한국의 수산업은 "200해리 경제수역" 시대에 접어 들면서 연근해어업의 체제정비와 자원의 관리 및 어장 생산성 제고를 위한 노력을 경주해 나가지 않으면 안될 전환기에 있다.이러한 추세에 따라서 우선 기존 연안어장 및 연안 어업의 재편성 문제에 못지 않게 중요한것은 종래 어장의 확대.개발이라는 거의 일방적 자세로 추진된 근해어장및 근해 어업에 대한 재정비라는 문제이며 본 논문은 이러한 문제의 중요성을 인식하여 현재허가어업으로 되어 있는 근해어업과 그 대상어종및 어장에서의 어업간 조정문제를 분석하고자 시작되었다.한국의 거의 대부분의 어업이 다종의 어종을 대상으로 하고 있으며 또한 동일 어종을 동일어장에서 다수의 어업이 경쟁적으로 어획함으로써 나타나는 어업상호간의 마찰과 이로인한 경제적 비효율성은 현 시점에 있어 어업 합리화 및 어장의 합리적 관리를 위해 극복하지 않으면 안 될 중요한 과제라고 생각되어 현재 우리나라의 이업관리 실태와 허가 어업의 어업별 어종별 어획실태. 연근해어업의 문제점을 살펴보고 그중 최근의 선망어업과 대형 기선저인망어업 및 트를이업과의 취지 분쟁과 같이 현실적으로 문제점이 부각되고 있는 동일 어종에 대한 어업간의 겨압관계 심화의 원인을 분석하고 그 대책을 강구해 보고자 하였다.그러나 본 논문에서는 본인의 능력부족과 제한된 시간으로 보다 구체적이고 게얄된 분석을 하지 못하고 그 개관만을 나열하는 정도에 그친다는 점이 유감이나 차후 본 연구를 기초로 부족된 점을 보완할 예정이다 부족된 점을 보완할 예정이다

This study investigated librarians' awareness of and demand for the librarian learning community in order to successfully introduce and operate the librarian learning community. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted targeting current librarians and a total of 474 responses were collected. The main analysis results are as follows. Firstly, librarians showed a very low awareness of the librarian learning community, while they highly evaluated the purpose and significance of such a community. Secondly, the motivations for librarians to participate in the librarian learning community were primarily focused on professional growth, solidarity with colleagues, and satisfaction of intellectual curiosity, in that order. Thirdly, the ultimate values of the librarian learning community were identified as improving library services, enhancing professionalism, fostering collaborative group exploration, sharing values and visions. Fourthly, the success factors of the librarian-learning community were ranked as follows: member voluntarism, a culture of collaboration among members, dedicated time (once a week), and a supportive environment (budget, space, etc.). On the other hand, the failure factors were identified as a lack of time due to heavy workloads, lack of member voluntarism, indifference from superiors, and insufficient support environment (budget, space, etc.). Finally, the willingness to participate is also very high. Furthermore, it was observed that there is a wide range of interests in various topics among librarians. The results of this study are expected to be useful as basic data for determining practical operation methods or selecting topics when operating a librarian learning community in the future.

Though various studies have analyzed the impact of physically being in the forest, consideration of the time factors is omitted in many of them. Since space and time mutually affect each other, the effects that resulted by the space factor can change when the time factor is introduced. In this paper, the focus was made on how the time spent in the forest influences the four resulting factors: live experiences, flow experiences, health perception and inner psychological perception. This research is based on the surveys taken from April to October, 2014. The focus of the questionnaire was to measure 'Live Experience (LE)', 'Flow (FL)', 'Health Perception (HP)' and 'Inner Psychological Perception (IPP)' levels among the participants. The respondents of the survey aged between 40 and 70, participating in Forest or ecological courses, living in the Northern area of Chungchungnam-do province of Korea. Additionally their past experiences ranged from as little as one year to as long as twenty years in forest related fields. It will be shown that the time spent in the forest affects the levels of LE, FL, HP, IPP, increasing them in proportion to the time with statistical significance. This result would be useful not only for those who are in charge of creating forest healing programs but also for people who study forest healing. Because the time spent in the forest influences the levels of LE, FL, HP, IPP, the forest healing programs will benefit by taking this result into consideration.

The purpose of this study was to investigate elementary and middle school teachers' perception and the need for the application of 2015 revised science curriculum. Four hundred and sixty-eight elementary school teachers and four hundred and twenty-two middle school teachers were surveyed. The results of the research are as follows. many elementary and middle school teachers responded that major changes in the 2015 revised curriculum were applicable in school science education. However, they expected that the lack of teaching and learning materials, lack of experiment preparation time, and lack of their understanding about how to improve the scientific core competencies and how to use the content system were major difficulties in applying the major changes in the 2015 revised science curriculum. They also thought that teaching and learning materials were needed in order to apply the 2015 revised science curriculum. Based on these results, this study suggested content for teacher training, the role of teachers, and formation of a teacher community.

다양한 정보기기들이 출현함에 따라 UI가 제품성공의 중요한 요인으로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 중요성을 인식하고 Microsoft, Nokia, HP, Motorola 등 해외 선진기업들은 UI 연구에 주력해 오고 있다. 국내 기업들도 2000년대부터 본격적으로 기업 내 UI팀을 구성하기 시작하여 점점 그 규모와 역할을 확대해 나가고 있지만, 개발시간의 촉박함, 체계적인 방법론에 대한 인식 부족, 전문인력부족 등으로 인해 UI업무가 효율적으로 진행되지 못하고 있다. 선진기업과 경쟁하기 위해서는 사용자 경험 측면에 대한 투자가 시급하며, 국내 UI전문가의 역할이 크게 요구되고 있는 시점이다. 따라서 기업 내 UI업무의 현주소를 파악하고 통합적인 고객체험 디자인을 목표로 하는 UI팀의 발전방향을 모색하고, 비전을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 삼는다. 본 연구의 방법으로는 문헌조사와 선행연구를 통해 UI, UX의 개념과 UI관련 조직의 구성과 역할을 살펴보고, 국내 모바일 및 전자제품 제조사, 유무선 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 컨텐츠 서비스 업체의 UI실무자를 대상으로 한 인터뷰와 설문조사를 통해 현재 기업 내 UI팀의 현황(조직구성, 업무의 범위 및 프로세스, 조직 내에서의 위상 등)을 분석하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 문제점들이 도출되었다. 첫째 조직구조상의 문제점, 둘째 업무 프로세스상의 문제점, 셋째 전문인력의 부족 등이다. 본 연구를 통해 기업 내 UI팀의 역할과 위상이 그 중요도에 비해 미약한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 통합적인 UX디자인을 접목한 미래 지향적 UI팀으로써 전체 프로세스 과정에 비전을 제시하기 위해서는 다양한 분야의 전문가들로 구성된 독립적 UI팀 구성이 이루어져야 한다. 또한 기획, 디자인, 개발 등 타 부서와의 보다 적극적인 업무교류를 통해 사용자의 입장을 대변하는 역할을 해야 한다.

Problem-based Learning (PBL) has been known as an effective strategy for dealing with various aspects of education such as the enhancement of students' motivation, interest in subjects, academic achievement, and cooperative abilities. However, PBL has not been widely implemented in secondary schools. The purpose of this study is to investigate secondary school teachers' perception of problem-based learning and their way of applying it. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with nine secondary school teachers. Five of them had experience in implementing PBL, while four of them had interest in using PBL but had not yet had the experience. Different concepts were extracted and categorized. Nvivo 2.0 was used for analysis. The results were as follows: Changes in student attitude toward class, improvement on cooperation with others, self-regulated learning skills, and satisfaction from students' positive comments on PBL enabled teachers to become more enthusiastic and positive toward PBL. The stress of developing proper problems and the enormous amounts of time and efforts required in using PBL were shown as barriers for teachers in implementing PBL. However, some negative perspectives about PBL changed into positive after teachers experience PBL. By examining each teacher's way of implementing PBL, several teaching strategies suitable to their school systems were suggested.

하드웨어와 정보통신기술의 급속한 발달에 힘입어 교수-학습환경은 점차로 멀티미디어화 되어가고 있으며, 시간과 공간을 초월하여 언제, 어디서나, 누구에게나 교수-학습 자료를 제공할 수 있는 방향으로 변화되어가고 있다. 교육용 소프트웨어는 이러한 변화 가운데 교육방법상의 획일성과 전근대성을 해결해 줄 대안으로 인식되면서 많은 관심 속에 개발되어왔다. 1997년 교육정보화계획 이후 정부에서는 정책적으로 소프트웨어 구입비를 학교에 지원하고, 매년 교육용 소프트웨어 개발을 확대하여 보급하고 있다. 하지만 개발되고 보급되는 교육용 소프트웨어의 양에 비해 활용되는 정도는 부족하다. 교육용 소프트웨어의 활용 실태 및 교사들이 수업에서 교육용 소프트웨어를 어떻게 활용하고 있는지 파악하여 많은 예산을 들여 보급한 교육용 소프트웨어가 사장되지 않고 교육 헌장에 올바르게 활용될 수 있게 하는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 측면에서 초등학교 교사들의 수업활동과 가장 밀접히 관련되어 있는 교육용 소프트웨어의 활용에 관련된 일반적인 실태와 수업에서 교육용 소프트웨어를 활용하는데 있어 교사들의 인식 및 그 문제점을 규명, 개선 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

정보통신기술의 발달과 스마트 디바이스의 보급률 증가로 인해 과거 사무실 안으로 한정되어 있던 업무공간이 스마트 디바이스를 활용하여 시간과 공간의 제약 없어졌다. 따라서 효율적으로 업무를 지속할 수 있는 스마트워크 환경에 대한 관심과 연구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 스마트워크 연구는 초기 단계에 머물러 있으며 스마트워크 환경을 구축하기 위한 사용자 인증 기법에 대한 연구도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트워크 환경에서 안전한 사용자 인증을 위한 음성인식 기반 사용자 인증 기법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of a school foodservice menu evaluation and the perception of the school's dietitian on menu evaluation. Questionnaires were distributed to 448 school dietitians with an official letter, and a total of 292 responses were used for analysis. More than 90% of the respondents stated that a menu evaluation for the school foodservice was necessary. The major barriers to menu evaluation were "excessive workload" and a "lack of know-how", and the expected benefits were "increased satisfaction of customers" and "increased foodservice efficiency". The menu evaluation for "student preferences", "health improvement", and "ease of quality management" categories were performed in more than 45% of schools. The proportion of subjects who answered that "customer satisfaction" and "increased efficiency of foodservice" were expected benefits of menu evaluation were significantly higher in the menu evaluation group (p<0.05).
