The conventional assistive tool for visually impaired people provide Simple service using a ultrasound, or an RFID tag to identify the obstacles. It is impossible to clear guide and has a vulnerability to unforeseen circumstances because of short recognition distance, The ARM Cortex-A9 Platform based implementation of the Portable Navigation System and Service Center will help the visually impaired gait. The Service Center will also provide solution for the lack of jobs due to the increase of the aging population. Navigation System that the visually impaired can carry possessing devices such as a camera, GPS, Audio, Ethernet transmit Image shown at the location of the visually impaired, GPS information and Sound Via TCP / IP. The staff of the service center receives information and can provide directions by communicating with them. So, the system can provide effective guidance to the visually impaired.

시각 장애인들은 식품의 영양 정보 표시 부재로 인해 식품 섭취에 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황이며, 전국 등록 장애인 수는 고령화와 함께 지속적으로 증가하는 추세이다. 이에 따른 돌봄 인력 부족 및 돌봄 예산 증가가 예상되고 있다. 이러한 배경을 고려하여, 본 논문에서는 시각 장애인들에게 영양을 고려한 식자재를 제공하기 위한 과채류 수확 로봇을 개발하고 제공함으로써, 과채류 섭취 부족 문제와 돌봄 인력 부족 문제를 해결하는 것을 목표로 한다. 특히, 본 제품은 사용자의 편의성을 고려하여 음성 인식 기능을 도입하고, 사용자의 요구사항에 따른 권장 섭취량을 기반으로 수확 및 자율주행 배달 서비스를 제공한다.

Recently, a digital divide has gotten worse in the information age. So LG Sangnam library developed the ubiquitous library for the improvement of information accessability of the blind. It utilizes a mobile phone applied with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology and automates a user's identification process and serve library services at anytime from anywhere. Users can use three access points of a web service, a mobile service and a telephone library service. As a conclusion of this paper. Several recommendations were proposed. For the development of ubiquitous library, various instruments should be considered to diversify user's access points and a usability test and analysis about user's environmental context should be done simultaneously.

Alternative materials for the visually disabled are very important factors for accessing and using information, dissolving the knowledge information gap, social participation and integration. Nevertheless, since alternative materials have been produced, until recently, even under the voluntary efforts of the braille library and the financial support of local governments, the scope of the materials is restricted to literary materials and hobby books, duplicated in title, and limited in format. In this study, we investigated and analyzed the cases of domestic and international library and related organizations' alternative material production and the current state and perception of alternative materials by applying the survey method to special libraries for the visually disabled and the visually disabled. Based on these results, we added suggestions for the improvement for alternative material production and utilization.

Recently, as voluntary activity has become more widespread, there have been some voluntary activity movements in the provision of library services for people with disabilities. This study aimed to develop a model on voluntary activity in library services for disabled people in public libraries. Survey data collected through three data collection methods showed that volunteer activities in public library services for the disabled were very poor, and recommended the training of library staff and volunteers serving disabled people, the management of educational programs for librarians about the disabled and the dissemination of standardized manuals. From the results of the survey, a voluntary activity model, based on three factors, the aims of library services, the types of the disabilities, and volunteer services including specific sub areas of services, was developed. Over the past decade, the environment around libraries for the disabled has been greatly improved. Related legislation was established, facilities and facilities expanded, and the number of related collections and programs increased. In order to solve this problem, a survey of users' needs in accordance with the changing environment needs to be completed. In this study, we studied the existing research and analyzed the core needs of each type of disability employing user interviews and expert Delphi research. Users demanded quantitative and qualitative expansion of resources as well. Users needed personalized services and programs, convenience in using facility, accessibility of web and applications, and professional staff.

This study aims to serve as the basis for the librarian training curriculum model for the disability services. To achieve this, a theoretical study was carried out through literature and investigated and analyzed on the disability services of Public Libraries in Seoul and on the status of Library and Information Science curriculum for the disability services in Korea. The research results are summarized as follows: First, only one university and one graduate school in Korea offers a curriculum for training librarians for the disability services. Second, since 2010 a continuing education program for librarians in charge of the disability service has been offered every year by the National Library of Korea, Librarians who completed this course have been surveyed for their opinions and the results have been reflected in the following course. Third, currently among the disabled users in public library the users with mental retardation, emotional and behavioral disorders, and autism are more than the visually impaired users. Most of the disability service has been a lending for general materials. According to telephone interviews, librarians who actively carry out the disability service need to understand the disability and, more information about operations and planning of cultural program for the disabled users.

전자도서 입력봉사 시스템이란 시각장애인을 위한 봉사활동의 일환으로써 일반 도서를 컴퓨터 워드작업을 통해 전자도서를 제작하여 시각장애인에게 제공하기위한 자원봉사활동을 의미한다. 하지만 봉사자의 모집이 어렵고, 봉사자들의 중도포기가 많은 등 애로사항이 존재함에 따라 지속적인 전자도서 제작의 어려움이 존재한다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 웹서비스 기술을 이용한 전자도서 입력봉사 시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 입력봉사 시스템을 구현하기 위해서 설계 개요, 계획 단계, 분석 단계, 설계 단계, 개발 단계, 시험 단계를 거쳐 웹서비스를 설계한다. 본 논문의 결과는 시각장애인복지관 또는 시각장애 관련 정책 개선 시 활용될 수 있으리라 본다. 또한 향후 보다 효율적인 입력봉사 시스템 체계의 설계를 위한 고도화 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 첫째, 정보통신기술의 발달이 시각장애인 복지 증진에 미칠 수 있는 가능성에 대한 이론적인 부분을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 우리나라 시각장애인 정보화의 문제점과 해결책을 도출하였고 셋째, 시각장애 사용자를 위한 전자상거래 인터페이스 디자인의 분석 및 설계를 통해 전자상거래에서 시각장애 사용자들이 큰 제약없이 사용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 현재 시각장애인들의 웹 사용을 보면 시각장애 전용 S/W의 보조 하에 사용을 하고 있다. 그러한 보조 도구의 실정에 맞도록 텍스트 버전 및 Non-Frame버전, Alt-Text 옵션, 캡션 등을 넣어 접근성을 확보하고 인터넷을 큰 제약을 받지않고 이용할 수 있도록 웹 페이지의 설계가 필요한 실정이다. 이를 위하여 먼저 시각장애에 대한 개념과 원인 및 종류 그리고 특성을 통해 시각장애인에 대한 이론적 배경을 파악하였다. 그리고 시각장애인의 정보화 환경과 이용 현황과 시각장애인의 정보 접근을 제도적, 기기 및 소프트웨어 개발 측면에서 분석을 하였고, 장애인을 위한 정보통신기술 중 대표적인 사례를 검토해 보았다. 다음으로 국내외의 대표적인 전자상거래 사이트에서의 인터페이스를 화면구성(Layout), 텍스트(Text), 그래픽(Graphic), 멀티미디어(MultiMedia) 측면에서 분석을 하였다. 분석한 내용을 바탕으로 시각장애 사용자의 입력(User Input) 부분을 고려한 인터페이스 방향을 제시하고 프로토타입을 개발하여 시험 대상 사이트와의 만족도를 시각장애 사용자를 통해 비교 ·분석하였다. 결론부분에서는 정보불평등을 해소하고, 정보통신기술이 장애인의 복지향상에 기여하도록 하기 위해 전자상거래 싸이트에서의 시각 장애인들을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.박의 표현, 등록 및 색인방법 (c) 공급 선박의 분류와 표현 방법 (d) 에이전트의 정보 수집을 위한 메시지 표현 방법 (e) 수집된 선박정보의 데이터베이스 저장 표현방법 (f) 요구 선박을 찾아주는 정보제공 서비스가 요구된다.동을 보여 조사대상 5호분, 6호분, 7호분, 중 가장 심한 거동을 보이고 있다. 이는 고분 벽돌의 깨짐이 6호분이 가장 심하다는 사실과 무관하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 봉분내부의 토양층구조에 대한 지오레이다 영상단면을 분석한 결과 무령왕릉 연도상부의 누수지방지층이 심하게 균열되어 있음을 발견하였다. 이 곳은 고분내부로 직접누수가 발생하는 곳이다. 직접누수와 지하수 형태로 유입된 침투수는 고분군 주위의 지반의 함수비를 증가시켜 지반의 지지력을 약화시키고 또한 고분내로 서서히 유입되어 고분내부의 습도를 100%로 유지시키는 주된 원인이다. 이러한 높은 습도는 고분내의 남조류의 번식을 가져왔으며 남조류의 번식은 현재 6호분이 가장 심각하고 7호분이 우려되는 수준이며 5호분은 문제가 없는 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같이 고분군의 발굴후 인위적인 환경변화와 지속적인 강우침투 및 배수 불량의 영향은 고분군의 안정성에 상당한 위험을 초래하였으며, 현 상태는 각 고분에 대한 보강이 불가피한 것으로 판단된다. 고분 벽돌의 깨짐, 고분 벽체의 거동, 조류의 서식등을 포함하여 송산리 고분군에서 발생되고 있는 보존상의 제반 문제점들을 일차적으로 누수 및 침투수에 의한 결과이다. 그러므로 무엇보다도 고분군 내부 및 고분 주변으로의 강우 및 지하수 침투를 막는 차수 대책이 시급한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 이미 발생한 변위가 더 이상 진행되지 않도록 하중을 경감하고 토압의 균형을 이루는 보강대책이 시급한 실정이다. 고분군

This study aims to improve the usability of the white cane, which is walking equipment that most local visually impaired people use and carry when going out, and to contribute to the prevention of safety accidents and the walking rights of visually impaired people by providing improvement and resolution measures for the problems identified. Also, this study is a study on the visually impaired, primarily targeting the 1st to 2nd degree visually impaired people, who cannot go out on their own without walking equipment such as a white cane, corresponding to 20% among approximately 250,000 blind and low vision people in the Korean population. In the study process, the concept has been developed from the user's point of view in order that the white cane becomes a real help in the walking step of the visually impaired and the improvement of usability of the white cane, the main walking equipment for the visually impaired, are done by problem identification through the Double Diamond Model of Design Thinking (Empathize → Define → Ideate → Prototype → Test (verify)). As a result of the investigation in the process of Empathy, a total of five issues was synthesized, including an increase in the proportion of the visually impaired people, an insufficient workforce situation to help all the visually impaired, an improvement and advancement of assistive devices essential for the visually impaired, problems of damage, illegal occupation, demolition, maintenance about braille blocks, making braille block paradigms for the visually impaired and for everyone. In Ideate and Prototype steps, situations derived from brainstorming were grouped and the relationship were made through the KJ method, and specific situations and major causes were organized to establish the direction of the concept. The derived solutions and major functions are defined in four categories, and representative situations requiring solutions and major functions are organized into two user scenarios. Ideas were visualized by arranging the virtual Persona and Customer Journey Map according to the situation and producing a prototype through 3D modeling. Finally, in the evaluation, the final concept derived is a device such a smart cane for guidance for the visually impaired as ① a smart cane emphasizing portability + ② compatibility with other electronic devices + ③ a product with safety and convenience.
