Human Resource Planning and Management(HRPM) is to make organization efficiently and effectively. Based on Promotion and Aging Chain Model, a revised personnel management prediction simulation is established in terms of mid- and long-term organizational changes, annual budget and personnel strategy including a promotion, aging and laying off for the best personnel architecture in organization. Also, the model is possible to find a solution for increasing the organizational capacity. An empirical application to quasi-governmental organization proceeded to testing and validating the model.

본 연구는 핸드헬드 디바이스와 레고 블럭을 이용하여 공장의 무인화와 실시간문제 탐지, 실시간 원격제어를 위한 무선기반의 자동화 공장을 위한 시뮬레이터 구현을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해, PDA와 무선랜 기술을 이용하여 무선 공장 자동화모델을 시뮬레이션 하였으며, 원거리에서도 탐지 및 제어를 할 수 있으며 또한 발생되는 문제점을 미리 파악하고, 보다 정확한 공정관리 및 제어를 위해 시뮬레이션 모델을 설계 및 구현하였다. 향후, 이는 임베디드 리눅스뿐 아니라 WinCE 를 탑재한 휴대폰에서도 공정제어, 모니터링 등의 제어가 가능할 것으로 예측된다.

This study conducted meta-analysis of librarians' job satisfaction using the Hedges & Olkin's Effect Size Model. Sex and Marrage as group variables, and Total Satisfaction and 7 sub-variables(Work Itself, Salary, Promotion, Supervision, Working Conditions, Social Recognition, Self-actualization) as dependent variables were selected from 27 studies. The effect sizes between men and women were significantly different on Supervision, Working conditions, Promotion, and Social Recognition, of which first two were homogeneous. But the difference of Social Recognition was not significant in Random Effect Model. The effect sizes difference between married and unmarried were significant on Self Recognition, Salary, and Work Itself. However the difference of Work Itself was not significant in Random Effect Model. Study Year could not be a moderator.

Nonnegative tensor factorization(NTF) is a recent multiway(multilineal) extension of nonnegative matrix factorization(NMF), where nonnegativity constraints are imposed on the CANDECOMP/PARAFAC model. In this paper we consider the Tucker model with nonnegativity constraints and develop a new tensor factorization method, referred to as nonnegative Tucker decomposition (NTD). We derive multiplicative updating algorithms for various discrepancy measures: least square error function, I-divergence, and $\alpha$-divergence.

ADD (Agency for Defense Development) has developed the naval warfare simulation environment (QUEST), this paper describes the model library of naval weapon systems for the application of underwater warfare simulation included in the QUEST. Models are basically developed in order to measure the effectiveness and tactical development of underwater engagement between ships and weapons. Analyzing the mission space of underwater engagement and the functionality of the legacy models, we define standards of the model structure and developed the model components. Each components are the well-defined environment, system, subsystem, algorithm models, and the interfaces are defined between them. Users can construct a model in an efficient way to various warfare scenarios using the re-usable model components and co-work with the common model library.

우리나라의 우편 집배국에서는 우편배달업무의 효율성 제고를 위해서 자동 순로구분기를 개발하여 도입 운영하려는 프로젝트를 진행 중이다. 그러나 새롭게 도입하는 자동화시스템이므로 순로구분 업무프로세스의 표준모델의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시범적으로 순로구분기를 도입 운영하고 있는 집배국을 대상으로 순로구분업무를 분석하고 그를 바탕으로 자동순로구분 업무프로세스의 표준모델을 제시한다.
