승무일정계획이란 특정 기간 동안 운행할 차량들을 대상으로 각 차량마다 필요로 하는 승무원을 배정하는 계획을 말한다. 최적 승무일정계획의 수립은 일반적으로 제약 조건을 만족하는 모든 종류의 개별 다이아를 생성한 다음 이들을 대상으로 모든 차량을 운행할 수 있는 최적조합을 선정하는 방식으로 이루어지고 있다. 승무일정계획 문제의 난이도는 제약 내의 개별 다이아 생성하는 단계에서 생성되는 후보다이아 집합에 많은 영향을 받는다. 본 논문에서는 승무일정계획 문제의 난이도를 줄일 수 있는 후보다이아 집합을 생성하기 위한 방안 2가지를 제시한다. 실제 현장의 승무일정계획 문제를 대상으로 한 실험 결과, 방안들을 적용한 경우에 기존의 방법으로는 수립하기 어려웠던 계획을 빠른 시간 내에 수립할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The train operation institution establishes a transportation plan based on the forecast of transport demand and the ability of train vehicles to transport, and establishes a train operation plan accordingly. The train operation plan adjusts the intervals between trains, creates a timetable (train diagram) for trains, and establishes a plan for the operation of train vehicles used for train operation. The train operation institution shall establish a crew schedule to determine and place the crew members of the trains arranged in the diagram in order to enhance the efficiency of the operation management of the trains. In this study, the authors apply the neighborhood search method that satisfies the constraints at the phase of generating the crew diagram. This suggests a methodology for efficient management of crew schedule plan. The crew diagram generated in this study compared with the existing crew diagram in accordance with the actual operating train timetable, and verified the effectiveness of the suggested method.

Crew rostering in railway operations is usually done by arranging a crew diagram in accordance with working standards every month. This study was done to identify the problems related to the creation of crew rosters in railway operations and to suggest an optimum crew rostering method that can be applied in railway operations planning. To do this, the work standards of a railway company were identified, and a genetic algorithm was used to develop an optimal roster with equal working time while considering actual working patterns. The optimization process is composed of analysis of the input data, creation of work patterns, creation of a solution, and optimization steps. To verify the method, the roster derived from the proposed process was compared with a manually created roster. The results of the study could be used to reduce the deviation of business hours when generating a roster because the standard deviation of working time is the objective function.

This study is to find out the legitimacy and features of Honam Choreography via Lee Mae-bang and Han Jin-ok, two of the masters, and to seek better and more creative ways to pass it down in view of regional particularities. The study looks into the traditional choreography's multi-conceptuality that is derived from various forms of art and lends it its identity with the original notion rooted in Buddhist dancing. Despite the local cultural traits of the Honam area, the fact that Lee Mae-bang is more feminine and Han Jin-ok more masculine shows the two's worlds of dancing have been created from different perspectives, though they are quite common in their roots and locales. The particularities of passing down traditional choreography are given a thought in this study with the distinction and identity taken into account. Also, it will give an opportunity to discuss the importance of localism as aesthetic consciousness and communica tion channel. In any case, there is no doubt that local difference and communica tion make a very important source of culture when we look into the originality of the choreography.

Mansuseongjeol was originally a term that referred to the birthday of Chinese emperors. In October 1897, when Emperor Gojong ascended the throne, his birthday could be called mansuseongjeol. The celebratory events for mansuseongjeol took place throughout various levels of society and regions. Various places and classes including government officials, foreigners, students, religious people, journalists, merchants, civic groups, and nation-wide open ports celebrated the birth of Emperor Gojong, and the classes celebrating the day became stronger and wider. In other words, in the sense that the celebration had the nature of being universal, national, and global in terms of classes, regions, and races, the event was distinguished. Due to such nature, celebrating culture proceeded in various ways and the imperial family provided donation. Celebration on mansuseongjeol extended to respect toward the emperor and patriotism so it contributed to strengthening the emperor's power and solidifying the unity of the people. Also, such an event was reported around the world through diplomats and reporters living in Korea, raising the national status of Korea in the world. However, after the breakout of Russo-Japanese War, Japan controlled the finance of the royal family, reduced the power of the emperor, and the celebration of mansuseongjeol was also reduced. Due to the suspension of royal family's financial support, crackdown from Japan, and the dethronement of Emperor Gojong, events for mansuseongjeol disappeared and only inside the palace, did formal celebrations continue centering on pro-Japan officials and Japanese people. The abdication of Emperor Gojong came with the collapse of Korean Empire and along with that, celebration of mansuseongjeol came to an end. In the circumstances, the culture of court banquet disintegrated, and the best performers of Korean Empire degenerated into mere entertainers. Though mansuseongjeol, the medium of expressing respect toward the emperor and patriotism, lost its status, it is significant that the cultural achievements, which were created during the process established with the support of the financial power of the royal family, serve as internal power that drove Korea's modern and contemporary cultural history.
