도선의 안전성 향상을 위한 도선사의 근무 연한에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 도선사의 근무 연한이 도선의 안전성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 도선사의 근무 연한에 영향을 주는 요인에 대해 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 우선, 지난 10년간 도선사의 진입연령 추이를 통해 해마다 약 0.3년씩 신규 도선사의 고령화가 진행되고 근무 연한 또한 줄어들고 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 도선사의 근무 연한이 짧아져서 전문 인력의 활용도가 떨어지고 도선의 안전성에도 악영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 도선사의 근무 연한에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인인 도선사 면허시험 응시요건과 승무경력가산점 그리고 도선사의 정년에 대하여 상세히 분석하였다. 따라서 도선사의 근무 연한에 영향을 미치는 이러한 요인들에 대하여 정책적으로 개선한다면 도선의 안전성을 향상시키고 나아가 아름다운 우리나라의 항만을 깨끗하고 안전하게 지킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

해기사 수급 차질과 추진전략 및 과제

  • 외항상선 해기사 수급차질 현황을 진단하고 현 상황 지속 시 해기단절 상황을 추정한 후 해기전승을 위하여 향후 10년간 외항상선해기사 연평균 7,500명 유지, 1항·기사와 2항·기사 이직률 30% 감소, 선·기장과 3항·기사 이직률 10% 감소 및 승무경력단절 해기사 복귀 인원 연 80명의 목표를 제시한 후 이를 달성하기 위한 추진전략 및 추진과제를 제시하였다.

A Study on Improvement of the Pilot Certification System for stabilizing Supply and Demand of Harbour Pilots (도선사수급안정화를 위한 도선사 자격제도 개선에 관한 연구)

  • An increase in the number of retiring experienced pilots as well as drastic graying of new pilots will raise the problems on deepening imbalance of supply and demand of pilots over the next 7 years, which could entail fatal problems for the safety of harbour pilotage. In this study, the improvement plan of legal system to ease imbalance between supply and demand of pilots and help secure more experienced pilots has been proposed. A current state survey and analysis, statistical analysis, questionnaire survey on foreign countries, in-depth consultation with experts, etc., were all carried out to support this research. The conclusions of this study are, firstly, to propose an amendment that the minimum requirement of 5 years of seagoing service as a master to sit for the pilot exam should be relaxed to 2 years(which must include at least 1 year of master's seagoing service within the most recent 5 years) but the minimum requirement of 1 year of pilotage service should be reinforced to 1 year and 6 months to obtain a higher class of pilot certificate. Secondly, it is proposed that an amendment offering an additional 1 point per year over the minimum period of 2 years of seagoing service as a master should be added, with a maximum of 10 points in order to rationalize the additional incentive point system. In order to secure experienced pilots and resolve the legal conflict between the certificate revalidation system and the retirement system, it is also proposed that an amendment be passed revoking the retirement system and limiting the validity of any new certificates only to 68 years of age when issuing or revalidating a certificate, if an applicant is over a certain age. Promotional work, such as collecting opinions from interested parties and generating positive public awareness, should be carried out in the future. It will also be necessary to conduct a study on the training pilot exam system.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose appropriate requirements to obtain a pilot's license in order to improve the safety of pilotage related to a survey of experts involved with pilotage. The survey has been conducted by experts from stakeholders in various fields. To suggest requirements for the license, a hypothesis test has been conducted. It turns out that onboard experience with higher gross tonnage is eligible for pilot. Secondly, it is required to have onboard experience of more than one year as a captain, within 5 years from the date that the individual takes the pilot's written test, with 5 years onboard experience as a captain. Lastly, if personality and aptitude tests are added to the requirements to obtain a pilot's license, the safety of pilotage will increase rapidly.

The Impact of the Work-Life Balance (WLB) of Flight Attendants on Organizational Commitment, Subjective Career Success, and Turnover Intention (항공사 객실승무원의 일-삶 균형(WLB)이 조직몰입, 주관적 경력성공, 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the study is to identify the structural equation modeling among work-life balance(WLB), organizational commitment, subjective career success, and turnover intentions. The study data came from 199 respondents, as flight attendants working for large domestic airlines. The research tested structural equation modeling by utilizing the SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 statistical program. As the results, the study found that WLB would have a negative impact on organizational immersion, and secondly, the hypothesis that WLB has a positive impact on the subjective career success of the flight attendants. Third, the hypothesis that the organization immersion of the flight attendants would have a positive impact on subjective career success, and fourth, the hypothesis that organizational immersion has a negative impact on the turnover. However, fifth, the hypothesis that subjective career success would have a negative impact on turnover was dismissed. Finally, the hypothesis that WLB would have a positive impact on turnover was adopted. Based on the results of this analysis, the research presents highly significant theoretical and practical implications.

An Exploratory Study on the Recognition of Experience of Passing Down Education of the Korean Traditional Dance -Focusing on the National Intangible Cultural Assets: Seungmu, Salpurichum and Taepyeongmu- (한국 전통춤 전수교육의 경험인식에 대한 탐색적 연구 -국가무형문화재 승무, 살풀이춤, 태평무를 중심으로-)

  • This study aims to conceptualize characteristics of the Korean traditional dance, and to categorize and analyze the recognition of experience of passing down education of Seungmu(Buddhist Dance), Salpurichum(Exorcism Dance) and Taepyeongmu(Dance of Peace). Dividing into groups of two: an experienced person twenty years or more in the Korean dance and a person who completed the traditional dance three years or more, three groups were selected. We connected the characteristics of the traditional dance experienced in passing down education with the recognition experience in the training courses. Categorizing thematically the process and the recognition of experience in the passing down education program, we attempted mutual group discussion and inductive area analysis on the basis of in-depth interview, tutorial discussion and analysis contents. As a result of this study, first, the characteristics of the Korean traditional dance that graduates of the program by repertory empathize were the experience of the sinmyung(the excess of mirth) and improvisation, the supreme self-controlling beauty and the best beauty of expression. Second, the recognition of experience in the passing down education program runs as follows: Interacting in the centre of the process, new education system for transmission, and formation of social discourse for appreciation. Conclusionally, the experience and the new vision for transmission of passing down education of the traditional dance are required to be based on the appreciation of the rationality of mutual communication and recognition of experience.

The Effect of Job Insecurity of Airline Crew Members on Their Psychological Contract Violation and Job Satisfaction (항공사승무원의 고용불안정이 심리적계약 위반과 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was to examine the effect of job insecurity on their psychological contract violation and job satisfaction among airline crew members. Also, this study intended to give meaningful hint in reducing job insecurity crew members feel, and, by examining ways to relieve psychological contract violation, give theoretical and practical suggestions on human resource management of airlines. The findings from empirical analysis are as follows. First, H 1-1 that job insecurity of airline cabin crew members will have positive effect on their transactional psychological contract violation was adopted. Second, H 1-2 that job insecurity of airline cabin crew members will have positive effect on their relational psychological contract violation was adopted. Third, H 2-1 that transactional psychological contract violation of airline cabin crew members will have negative effect on their job satisfaction was adopted. In contrast, H 2-2 that relational psychological contract violation of airline cabin crew members will have negative effect on their job satisfaction was rejected. Finally, H 3 that job insecurity of airline cabin crew members will have negative effect on their job satisfaction was adopted.
