A Study on the Safety Performance Suitable for Eire Fighting of Emergency Elevator (비상용승강기의 소방활동에 적합한 안전성능 향상방안에 관한 연구)

  • When a fire breaks out in a high-rise building, the firefighters must swiftly arrive at fire area with his equipments ready and use the emergency elevator for a more effective operation. In spite of the legal regulations about the emergency elevator, the ones currently installed show various problems and require improvements related to the fire fighting. This research work in to review the regulations on emergency elevator in Korea and other nations, and to conduct a questionnaire survey on the operation of emergency elevators to the fire officer, and finally to provide new standard and operation methods.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 고층주택단지를 대상으로 승강기가 전부하 상태로 상승할 때 실제로 전동기의 인입간선에 흐르는 최대전류, 즉 가속전류와 이로인해 생기는 전압강하를 실제분석했다. 이 결과에서 나타난 승강기의 가속전류 오용범위는 그 전동기의 규격전류에 대해 5.5㎾가 380%이하, 7.5㎾는 350%이하 11㎾는 330%이하이며, 간선의 전압강하는 5% 이내로 유지되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 인버터 승강기의 전원설비, 즉 간선굵기와 변압기 용량의 설계 기준을 정립하기 위하여, 국내 승강기업체에서 고층 아파트와 빌딩에 설치한 인버터 승강기를 대상으로 전원설비 용량산정이 기준이 되는 가속전류와 전부하상승전류를 측정하고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 가속전류는 각 업체에서 제시하는 값에 비해 작아졌으나 전부하상전류는 국내 승강기 업체의 기술수준의 미흡으로 인해 크게 나타났다. 이에 따라, 전선의 길이가 100m이상인 경우에는 허용전압강하에 의한 계산이 유효하게 되어 전선의 단면적을 한단계 줄일 수 있고, 변압기 용량은 각 사의 제시값에 비해 속도 60m/min의 경우에는 1∼4[kVA]정도, 90m/min인 경우에는 3∼5[kVA]정도 커지게 된다.

  • 본 논문은 대단위 아파트를 주 대상으로 서울 7개소, 경기도 7개소, 강원도 10개소, 충청도 6개소, 총 30개소에 대한 승강기설비 전원품질을 측정하고 역률 변화, 고조파, 전압변동, 전압강하 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과 승강기설비 제어반 인입구에서의 실제역률(TPF)과 기본역률(DPF)의 차이가 고조파로 인하여 크게 나타나는 것을 확인하였고, 역률의 변화는 전원측(변압기)에 가까워질수록 작아지는 것을 확인하였다. 전압 종합왜형률(VTHD)은 안정적이지만 전류 종합왜형률(CTHD)은 기준치 이상의 매우 높은 수치가 발생되었고, 전원측(변압기)에 가까워질수록 작아지는 것을 확인하였다. 승강기설비 제어반 인입구에서의 전압강하율은 기준치 5%를 상회하고 있으나, 전압변동률은 최대 5.1%로서 기준치 10% 범위에 포함되었다.

Integrated Framework of Sales and Design Process for the Elevator Small-Medium Industry (중소기업형 승강기 영업-설계 통합 프레임워크)

  • Recently, the elevator industry in Korea has been divided into the high speed elevator market and medium-low speed elevator market, and SMEs are making rapid progress in the medium-low speed fields. Usually, since the elevator manufacturer receives an order for installation after the construction of the building structure, it is necessary to promptly create a optimal elevator model and layout drawing in an earlier stage of sales activity due to the limited time to elevator installation. This study analyzes the sale and design works of the elevator SMEs, examines the areas that can be efficiently improved, and integrates the preceding our studies from the viewpoint of efficiency improvements at sales and design business process in the elevator industry. After that, we proposed an integrated framework of sales and design process for the elevator SMEs industry, and developed a prototype software system for automating the creation of optimal elevator model, layout drawing of elevator and BOM(Bill Of Material) list.

  • Lifts are used as an essential means of transportation within the building in an emergency situation, when used as a means of escape, so expect a lot of research has been conducted high effect. Number of stories in the Seoul-rise building guidelines underground 7th floor, 53 ground floor, floor area $6,800m^2$, floor area $127,050m^2$, use is cultural and convention facilities and sales facilities, business facilities and accommodation (hotel), the construction of public housing (apartments) hagieneun not efficient to install elevators for evacuation mothada was determined separately in designing the lift is designed according to the standards of passenger lifts installed under a judgment as to use for evacuation. However, this does not include detailed design guidelines so far.[1] We propose the Evacuee Guidance of Elevator System that can be used as entering air equipment, sprinkler and smart phone evacuation system.

Passenger's Electrocardiogram Change due to Color Temperature in Case of Elevator Jam (승강기 갇힘 사고 시 색 온도에 의한 이용자의 심전도 변화)

  • This study aims to suggest the most stable color temperature that can relieve the anxiety of passengers in case of an elevator trapped accident. The experiment was conducted on 10 adult men in their 20s. The color temperature of the interior lighting of the elevator was adjusted to four stages (3,000 K; 6,000 K; 9,000 K; and 12,000 K). Electrocardiogram (ECG) was measured and analyzed to observe the reaction of the user's autonomic nervous system decline in 3,000 K; 6,000 K; 9,000 K compared with 12,000 K, where a statistically significant difference was recognized (p < 0.01). Among them, the activity of the sympathetic nervous system was the lowest under the condition of 3,000 K. Through this study, it was found that the color temperature of 3,000 K induced a sense of stability among passengers in the event of an elevator jam. If the results of this study are used, it seems that the stability of passengers will be secured in the event of an elevator jam.

  • The malfunction accidents such as kept within elevator, sudden rise, sudden stop, error of level indication which can bring about uneasiness of elevator passenger and be related with life accident are occurring. However, as there is not field recurrence for this portion and they are accidents that occur and then disappear, it is actually difficult to confirm the reason of accident. Therefore, we made an experiment for tolerance in three models which is being built recently according to EN12016(2004) standard and analyzed the movement characteristics of elevator to study the reason which can bring about confine and malfunction. Furthermore after supplementing measures for malfunction, Finally this paper will be used as reference to suggest methods for malfunction of elevator facility and the analysis for mutual relation between Power Quality and malfunction and fault of elevator.

  • Recently, design automation of installation drawings and design elements has been required in the elevator industry. This is recognized as an important role in securing adaptability on site, reducing design errors, and enhancing export competitiveness. However, in case of a small company doesn't have enough resources to develop the program, and it is difficult to develop a design automation program. Therefore, it is necessary to have an automatic drawing generation program that enables small companies to easily invest and use, while allowing users to concentrate on productive tasks. In this paper, we propose an automatic drawing generation program using parametric coding technique. This program is linked with the web service and automatically creates the drawing when the user enters the site information on the web. This is useful for elevator installation and maintenance due to reduced drawing time for elevator drawings.

  • This paper, discusses about the implementation of the remote control LED Lights in elevator facility Since 1990, the elevator dissemination has greatly increasing. Currently in the elevator most of people they can use smart devices anytime or anywhere to view and retrieve the information by using internet. Therefore, in this paper, efficient management of power LED and LED remote control LED lighting fluid, in order to control features and smart devices can be applied to Web services platform and OS-specific proposals. Additionally based on the configured UI technology and programs offered by the present, and the LED lights are offered through the simulation to efficiently manage technology to demonstrate the usefulness.
