The Effectiveness of the Figure Learning using 3D Graphics Software (3D 그래픽 소프트웨어를 활용한 도형 학습 효과)

  • The development of hardware, popularization of 3D graphics software could get to easily use 3d graphics tool in the school. And learning difficulties of a shape section increased through more being enforced a shape section of an elementary school. Thus we try to improve learning effectiveness in a shape section using Sketech Up software. To do this, we analyzed existing studies, classified 3D graphics software, provided the selection criteria of vector graphics software. And we explained how to select 3D graphics software. We selected and reorganized the shape contents to use Sketch Up, which make and rotate 3D figures, understand aspects of a shape. And we inserted the content about piling 3D figures in the beginning state of the curriculum. we composed 10 periods and practiced our reorganized curriculum to the teaching and learning using Sketch Up. And we conducted before & after survey to check out t-verified. And we acquired meaningful results statistically. Thus applying Sketch Up to the shape learning can be analyzed effectively.

  • The construction cost is estimated based on the drawings at the design stage and constructor will find efficient construction methods for budgeting and budgeting appropriate to the budget. Accurate quantity estimation and budgeting are critical to determining whether the project is profitable or not. However, since this process is mostly performed depending on manpower or 2D drawings, errors are likely to occur and The BIM(Build Information Modeling) program, which can be automated, is very expensive and difficult to apply in the field. In this study, 3D architectural modeling was performed using SketchUp which is a 3D modeling software and suggest a methodology for Quantity Estimation. As a result, 3D modeling was performed effectively using 2D drawings of buildings. Based on the modeling results, it was possible to calculate the difference of the quantity estimation by 2D drawing and 3D modeling. The research suggests that the 3D modeling using the SketchUp and the calculation of the quantity can prevent the error of the conventional 2D calculation method. If the applicability of the research method is verified through continuous research, it will contribute to increase the efficiency of architectural modeling and quantity Estimation work.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the visual landscape modelling on Josun royal tombs and surrounding. The visual landscape of traditional heritage is illustrated by the main view points of analysis. This analysis examines limited view points and cannot reflect a reality of environments. Nowadays various equipments and methodologies are developed for the visual landscape research. This study used new tools for analysis which are Sketch up (3D simulation) and mini helicopter (UAV). With those tools, this research examines not only view points of the analysis but also axis views and disincentive environments as a complex analysis. First of all, the research examined 3D modelling for the virtual simulation and drew coordinates and routes for the UAV operating. Secondly, UAV followed this routes and took linear and continuous views that are real scenes. As a result, it drew 3D simulation could illustrate and control the changing of environments such as the forest density and seasonal variations. Thus, comparing both of them shows efficiently landscape analysis. Thirdly, the study compared virtual and real landscape. Using this 3D modelling, this paper able to elaborate heritage environment and surrounding which omitted by view point analysis. Although this study has limitation practice and exercise on the field, the results and suggestions contribute to the various historic heritage managements and conservations. Moreover, it helps to explain the complex and dimensional landscape analysis.

  • 바람직한 도시의 건설계획을 위해 2차원 적인 도면의 활용은 한계가 있다. 지방자치단체의 도시계획심의와 민원의 처리에도 3차원 도시모델을 활용하는 추세에 있다. 현장에 가지 않고 사무실에서 업무를 처리하기 위해서는 정밀한 3차원 지형모델이 구축되어야 한다. 또한 건물의 3차원모델링도 신속하고 편리한 방법을 이용해야만 실무에 활용이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 고해상 고정밀 3차원 지형모델링은 물론 스케치업을 이용한 효율적인 건물모델링방법 강구하여 실무에 적용가능성을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문은 3D 가상공간에서 사용자와의 상호작용적인 사용자 인터페이스를 기반으로 실내 인테리어 시뮬레이션 시스템의 구현을 목적으로 한다. 시스템에서 시각적으로 보여줄 실내 모델링을 위해서는 구글 스케치업을 사용하였으며, 사용자 인터페이스의 실행을 위해서는 스크립트를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 기존 시스템들의 기본적인 시뮬레이션 기능보다 계층적인 사용자 인터페이스를 가시적이고 현실적으로 추가하여 보다 개선된 시뮬레이션이 될 수 있도록 하였다.

  • The most of the IR focus on the method for searching the document, so the keyword-based IR system is not able to reflect the feature information of the image. In order to overcome these limitations, we have developed a system that can search similar images based on the vector information of images, and it can search for similar images based on sketches. The proposed system uses the GAN to up sample the sketch to the image level, convert the image to the vector through the CNN, and then retrieve the similar image using the vector space model. The model was learned using fashion image and the image retrieval system was developed. As a result, the result is showed meaningful performance.

  • The objective of the study is to establish a BIM modeling of precast concrete(PC) shear wall with various wall-to-base connections. The family library of PC shear wall was established in BIM program using component function in a IFC(Industry foundation classes) file format and SketchUp program. From the BIM program, the amounts of concrete, reinforcing bars and steel materials as well as the interference of arranged reinforcing bars can be accurately evaluated in the PC shear walls with spliced sleeves, bolt, or welding plate connection methods. Although the additional metallic materials such as steel plates, bolts, and nuts were used in the PC shear walls with welding plate connection method, their amounts of materials, economic efficiency, and environmental impact were similar to those with spliced sleeve connection. Consequently, the bolt or welding connection is a highly applicable method as wall-to-base connection of PC shear walls, and it was a more useful method than spliced sleeve method, particularly considering the constructability.
