  • Mobile phones users are not only able to use smart phone services in real time whenever and wherever they desire, but also they can acquire appropriate information that they need. The features of smart phone services and users are examined in this study because there are not enough studies on such unique features of smart phone services. In accordance with the results of the study the features of smart phone services and users can be categorized as follows: 1) the requisite features of smart phone services are immediate connectivity and. 2) The requisite features for smart phone users are user friendliness and user innovation. 3) The requisite features of smart phone technology are security and linkage.

  • In this study, the smartphone features and service quality to analyze the effects of immersion. Smartphone attribute convenience, entertainment, and a ubiquity. The quality of service is composed of interactivity and personalization. Empirical analyzed. Results of the characteristics entertaining smartphone has a significant impact on both the affective commitment and normative commitment. Ubiquity have had a significant effect on normative commitment. Personalization of service quality has a significant impact on affective commitment and normative commitment. Entertainment and of smartphone features, let's highlight of the personalization of service quality. Emotionally can increase the normative commitment.

  • In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service in China. We include the characteristics of smart-phone, mobile banking service, and users to the research model and also consider user satisfaction as an intervening variable. We try to find and prove the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service by surveying 206 chinese users and using structural equation model. This empirical paper proves that mobility, instance connectivity, use convenience, and intimacy give positive effects to intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service. In addition, this paper indicates some managerial implications that mobility, access speed and the easy user interface can help to increase the degree of user acceptance.

  • 본 논문에서는 루브르박물관, 미국자연사박물관, 대영박물관, 아시아문명박물관, 국립미술관, 빌바오 구겐하임스마트폰 애플리케이션에 대한 사용자 평가를 통해 정보서비스에 대한 만족도를 비교하고, 사용성과 기능적 특성간의 상관관계를 검증했다. 사용자 평가에 대한 종합결과와 정보서비스의 총점을 비교한 결과, 빌바오 구겐하임, 미국자연사박물관, 루브르박물관에 대한 만족도가 높게 평가되었다. 또한 사용성은 개인화적 특성, 비간섭적 특성, 동기부여, UX/UI, 연결완전성이 내재한 관람모형, 정보서비스 등 모든 요인과 유의미한 상관관계에 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 하나의 중요한 시사점은 박물관 스마트 폰 애플리케이션에 대한 만족도는 하드웨어나 기술의 적용보다는 콘텐츠와 관람객 사이에서 발생하는 인터랙션에 따라 좌우된다는 것이다.

  • With the active smartphones user exceeding 500 million by the end of 2014, China has now become the largest smartphone market in the world. Smartphone companies provide variety of information through a range of applications, such as communications, entertainment, games, and so on. There were many studies conducted about the user acceptance and continuous intention of mobile service. However, it is still not quite clear what factors attract people to reuse smartphone in China. This paper examines the continuous intention of smartphone about Chinese customers. This study incorporates perceived enjoyment as a additional construct into a extended TAM model, by integrating a hedonic service of smartphone. We propose a research model that reflects the individual characteristics and usage contexts of smartphone, such as innovativeness, social influence, and service quality, and analyze the structural relationship between the main variables through empirical study. This study empirically investigated a research model and conducted a survey of smartphone service users in China. Our study proved that perceived enjoyment has a positive influence on continuous intention to use smartphone services. This paper provides the managers an insight that smartphone companies should take more consideration on how to provide more enjoyable service and attract customers to reuse their services.

  • This study investigates characteristics of smartphone tourism information service and influence on reliability of tourist information among university students. A total of 251 students attending university in Gwang-ju city and South Jeolla provence participated in this research. Data was collected for 5 days at 5 different university campus, 2 in South Jeolla provence and 5 in Gwang-ju city, from October 23 to October 27, 2017. The result of this study showed that the female-group tends to use mostly every tourism service in the category far more than the male-group. Moreover, the informational quality factor among characteristics of smartphone tourism information influences on reliability of tourist information in the male-group while the ease-of-use factor among characteristics of smartphone tourism information influences on reliability of tourist information the female-group.

  • 2009년 11 월 KT의 애플사의 스마트폰인 아이폰(i-phone)의 국내 도입과 함께 촉발된 국내 스마트폰시장의 확산은 2010년 구글을 중심으로 삼성전자, SKT등 기존 대기업들의 갤럭시폰을 비롯한 OS기반의 스마트폰을 선보이면서 스마트폰 가업자가 2010년 말까지 약 600만병에 이를 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 스마트폰의 확대와 함께 2009년말 기업, 하나은행 등 일부 은행들이 처음 스마트폰뱅킹을 시작한 이례 2010년 상반기, 이미 국내 대부분의 시중은행들이 아이폰용 iOS를 비롯한 주요 스마트폰의 OS 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 스마트폰뱅킹 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 금융산업의 특성상, 금융거래의 신뢰성과 안정성 측면에서의 개인정보보호 및 금융정보안과 관련한 법규가 채 정비되지 않은 가운데 국내 은행들은 스마트폰뱅킹 출시경쟁에 치중한 나머지 보안 및 개인정보보호에 대한 대책수립은 미흡하며 정부당국의 정보보호관련 지침에 의존, 고객의 자발적인 주의에 호소하고 있는 설정이다. 이처럼 스마트폰뱅킹의 도입이 활발히 진행되면서 금융 서비스 혁신 등 기술적 편의성외에도 개인정보보호를 위한 보안 및 법적 안정성의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 은행의 스마트폰뱅킹 현황과 고객정보보호 및 관리에 대한 법률적 고찰과 규제환경 변화를 중심으로 국내 은행의 스마트폰뱅킹 도입에 따른 고객정보보호 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • As wide propagation of smartphones, e-commerce with smartphones increases rapidly. Such as transfer or stock trade systems. It has prospect that most of financial companies going to offer e-commerce systems via smartphones. And e-commerce via smartphones will be increased, hence the nature of smartphone that can be used whenever, wherever. However, legislation of e-commerce in Korea does not reflect these characteristics of smartphones, because it has set standards in regular PC. So that this study is security threat and feature of smartphones considering that the current legal system will use Certificate constraints, ensuring the safety of e-commerce and install security programs for protection of users, e-commerce responsible for the accident analysis has focused on the issues presented for this improvement.

  • Since smartphone market got matured, market size and penetration rate are decreased. But smartphone is still one of most important daily commodities today. These days, most important issue about smartphone is the government regulation of subsidies. Therefore how smartphone subsidies marketing and government regulation affect purchasing intention and furthermore advise on government policy is the purpose of this research. In terms of characteristic of smartphone, this research analysed functional characteristic, service characteristic, and economical characteristic studied previously. And also studied about how government regulation affects purchasing intention on the group agrees regulation. As a result, functionality, price and converting cost has significant relationship with purchase intention, but government regulation on subsidies doesn't.

  • 스마트폰의 대중화와 고성능화로 인하여 다양한 센서들이 부착되고 이를 활용한 서비스가 활발히 출시되고 있다. 이들 중 GPS 위치정보를 기반으로 한 상황 인식 서비스는 다양한 분야에서 킬러 서비스로 각광을 받고 있으나, GPS 위치획득방식 특성상 실내에서는 서비스가 제한되는 문제를 안고 있다. 최근에는 GPS를 대신하여 사용자의 실내위치를 파악하기 위해 NFC, iBeacon과 같이 스마트폰 운영체제에서 제공하는 근거리통신기술을 활용하는 사례가 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 근거리통신기술 중 iBeacon을 사용하여 대학교에서 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 스마트 출석관리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 시스템은 iBeacon과 학생의 스마트폰 간에 BLE(Blutooth Low Energy) 통신을 통하여 출석 정보를 자동으로 수집한다. 또한, 출석정보의 효율적인 수집과 실시간 확인을 위하여 발간/구독 기반의 DDS 미들웨어를 프레임워크로 사용한다.
