Recently, as the number of smartphone users has been increasing worldwide, various services such as electronic payment, internet use, and financial settlement are being used as a smartphone. In addition, researches for home appliance control and automobile control using smartphone are conducted. As such, smartphone users can enjoy a more convenient life, but by hacking smartphones, tapping texts and conversations on smartphones, tracking location through spy apps, DDoS attacks using smartphones, and malicious apps When a message is received at a specific telephone number when using a micropayment, the corresponding text message is transmitted to a remote server, thereby increasing the risk of leakage of personal information and the like. Therefore, in this paper, we define the risk factors of the smartphone that are caused by the internal and external environmental, physical, contents (apps) of the smartphone through the smartphone that we use in real life, We propose a method to check vulnerability of smartphone security solution such as CC evaluation and the most effective response technique for each risk of smartphone by defining the technique.

In this paper, automatic recognition of an accident and whether service delivery and risk driving through the giving of the driver to correct driving habits before and after the accident to reproduce highly scalable video Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR (SMBD, Smart Mobile Blackbox DVR) Computer of the model was designed. SMBD on embedded systems equipped with wireless capabilities to sleep in the car accident point and the image information by wireless communications, by notification in the control center, 24-hour emergency rescue service and traffic information can be provided. The vehicle ECU (Electronic Control Unit) of the vehicle information and sensor data in conjunction with wireless eCall (Emergency Call) services can be realized.

Sharing economy which is sharing and borrowing goods, space, and services as a social and economic activity based on the Internet and smart phones is a new research topic in convergence area. The most representative areas of shared economy are space sharing and vehicle sharing. This paper aims to explore the factors affecting sharing intention of vehicle. We have identified the independent variables which include economic benefit, social benefit, social influence, psychological benefit and perceived risk. We also have done how these variables affect on sharing intention. Unlike Korea, in China vehicle sharing is legally allowed and has a large scale economy. To prove the hypothesis, we performed questionnaire investigation in China and analyzed with SPSS program. The result of hypothesis is the followings: The economic benefit, psychological benefit, social influence and perceived risk are affects sharing intention, and social benefit is not affect sharing intention and sharing intention is affect sharing behavior.

디지털 운행기록장치는 대한민국의 경우 2011년부터 상용차에 대해 법령으로 장착이 의무화되었다. 이 장치는 자동차의 속도, 주행거리, 브레이크 상태, GPS 위지청보 등을 수집하는 기록 장치로서 이를 통해 수집된 정보로 운전 형태를 파악하고 분석해준다. 그러나 초기 장치 구입비용과 전송 방식에 따른 월별 통신서비스 비용 때문에 일반 운전자의 사용이 제한된다. 따라서 본 연구는 일반 운전자도 위험운전행동을 분석하고 파악하여, 결과를 제공하는 스마트폰 어플리케이션의 설계 및 구현을 목적으로 한다. ECU(Electronic Control Unit)에서 얻을 수 있는 주행 데이터(가속 제동, 속도, 운전 시간 등)를 OBD-II(On-Board Diagnostic version II) Scanner를 통해 수집한다. 이 정보를 바탕으로 위험운전평가 알고리즘을 이용하여 실시간 분석한다. 상기 알고리즘은 대한민국의 교통안전공단에서 제공하는 위험운전(11종)에 대한 정의를 바탕으로 한다. 이를 통해 분석된 결과는 실시간으로 사용자에게 제공되며, SQLite를 이용하여 DB에 저장되고 통신사의 이동통신(3G,4G) 혹은 Wifi의 네트워크를 이용하여 연계 서버에 전송된다. 이 위험 운전 분석 어플리케이션을 통해 운전자들의 안전 운전을 유도하고자하며, 추후 운전습관 연계 보험의 도입에 따라 합리적이고 공정한 데이터를 제공하고자 한다.

This study explores the factors which affect user acceptance for Robo Taxi, an electricity-based Autonomous Vehicles based on a Value based Adoption Model. The three main factors of benefit (usefulness and enjoyment), sacrifice (technicality and perceived fee level), and user experience about mobility services such as car sharing, taxi, and autonomous vehicles, were finally selected as independent variables as a influential factors on perceived values and adoption intention of Robo taxi. The study found that usefulness, enjoyment, and perceived fee had a significant effects on adoption intention, and some user experiences had a significant effect on benefit factors. This study has important implications for incorporating the Value-based Adoption Model results into the service design for the activation of Robo taxi, and furthermore, they can provide a theoretical basis for effective use of the research findings.

정보통신기술의 발달은 개인용 PC나 노트북과 같은 컴퓨터를 중심으로 이루어진 네트워킹 및 인터넷 환경을 PC와 노트북을 포함한 스마트폰, PDA, 휴대용 멀티미디어 기기와 같이 이동이 가능한 소형의 기기를 중심으로 변화시키고 있다. 통신기능이 가능한 이러한 소형의 장치들은 정보화기기뿐만 아니라 자동차나 시계와 같은 일반적인 사물에도 부착될 수가 있다. 사물에 부착된 통신 장치들은 사물의 정보를 자동으로 획득하게 해주거나 사물간의 통신 네트워크를 통해 정보의 상호 공유가 가능해 진다. 이와 같이 사물에 부착된 통신 장치를 이용하여 사물이 네트워크에 연결되거나 사물간에 통신 네트워크를 구성하는 환경을 사물 통신 혹은 사물 통신 네트워크라 부르며, 사물 통신 네트워크 환경에서는 사람 대 사람, 사람 대 사물뿐만 아니라 사물 대 사물간의 통신 네트워크가 가능해져 모든 객체간의 정보 공유가 가능해 진다. 사물간 통신 네트워크는 유비쿼터스 정보 서비스 사회로 진화하기 위한 필수적인 기술 요소라 할 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we present design and developing method for EMS(environment monitoring system) of micro data center. This developing EMS monitors operating environment of micro data center and analyze sensing data through IoT(Internet of things) sensors in real time. Firstly we present configuration method of IoT sensing package and design method EMS hardware platform. Secondly we design data collector software for data collection of IoT sensor with different protocol and develop monitoring software of EMS. The data collector software consists of sensor collector module and collector manager module. Also we design EMS software which has micro service architecture structural style and component based business logic.

The inclusion of software and wireless communication devices in vehicles has raised concerns regarding automobile security. In its response, UNECE WP.29 implemented the first-ever international standard for automotive cyber security in June 2020. Yet, the existing disparity between national standards for automotive certification systems and 「UN Regulation No. 155」 has caused confusion among auto makers. This discrepancy not only jeopardizes the security of domestic vehicles but also poses challenges to the seamless import and export of automobiles. Hence, there is a need to enhance the automotive cyber security certification system; however, there is a dearth of scholarly discourse on this topic. Consequently, this study presents a proposal for enhancing the domestic automotive cyber security certification system. In view of this, existing legal frameworks such as the 「Motor Vehicle Management Act」 and the 「Self-Driving Vehicle Act」 were reviewed, along with domestic and international automotive certification systems. The recommendations for improvement, derived from the findings, encompass institutional, legal, and operational aspects. This study is highly significant as it examines both domestic and international automotive certification systems in an area where there is a lack of academic discussion.

Digital contents market has been drastically increasing under Clouding Computing and Smart Phone environment. The Contents industry is going to be more essential portion than manufacture or service industry in the near future. One good example of high value-added contents is the Harry Potter series which exceeds 10 years' net profit of Hundai automobile company. This one example shows us very well that digital contents market as a core-engine for culture industry development is economically influential and attractive as well. This study focuses on activation of Digital Copyright Exchange in knowledge service convergence era. First, it examines other services like stock exchange, electronic documents and authentication certificate etc. which are similar to DCE service. Then it analyzes what factors make copyright industry have interested in the DCE the through technology acceptance model. Based on the results of the analysis, finally, this study evaluates how the DCE contributes to copyright industry overall including fair utilization of works.

Recently, Due to the rapid growth of broadcasting communication and video coding technologies, the demands for immersive media contents based on 3D stereoscopic video will increase steadily. And the demands must ultimately provide the contents for users which are in wireless channel such as vehicle, train, and ship. Thus, in this paper, we transmit the 3D stereoscopic video over the maritime Rician channel that direct wave is more dominant than reflective wave. Besides, we present unequel error protection (UEP) by applying hierarchical 4/16-QAM to V+D(Video plus Depth) format which can represent 3D stereoscopic video. We expect our system to provide seamless broadcasting service for users with poor reception condition.
