There are lots of data-driven analytics approaches to realize smart city. In Korea, Smart City Integration Platform has been deployed in more than 108 cities so It is very important to utilize the platform for smart city. This paper introduces interworking PoC(Proof of Concept) case between Smart City Data Hub, one of the data platform technologies for smart city, and Smart City Integration Platform for enhancing interoperability of city platforms; Smart City Integration Platform sends various city events to Smart City Data Hub and receives predicted city events produced by data analytics in Smart City Data Hub.

Recently smart City has become a world-widely hot issue. Many cities have been trying to be smarter in solving urban problems. Different Countries and cities have adopted their own approaches. Accordingly, the concept of smart city is defined in diverse ways. This research emphasizes value creation of smart cities. For that purpose, thoughtful sensitivity, accuracy, and speed are critical components in planning smart cities. Among these, thoughtful sensitivity is the most important. Based on these components, policy should be conceived to develop road maps to replicate successful cases to other cities and regions for long-term innovation of regions. Such experiences will be a firm basis for competitiveness and prosperity of our cities.

최근 기후변화로 인하여 극한 강우사상이 증가하고 있으며, 이에 대한 재해 위험도도 커지고 있는 추세이다. 서낙동강 지역에서는 부산 에코델타 스마트시티 조성사업이 2023년 완공을 목표로 개발을 진행 중이다. 부산 에코델타 스마트시티는 대저수문과 녹산수문이 각각 상/하류에 위치하고 있으며, 스마트시티가 위치한 좌안에는 평강천이 유입하고 우안에는 대감천, 예안천, 주중천, 신어천, 금천천, 조만강 및 지사천이 유입하고 있다. 스마트시티의 대저수문과 녹산수문 구간은 4월-10월 기간 동안 주변지역 농업용수 공급을 위하여 하계의 일시적인 방류를 제외하면 연중 담수가 이루어지는 전형적인 하천형 저수지의 특성을 가지고 있다. 낙동강의 홍수예보는 낙동강의 본류 구간만을 대상으로 수행하고 있으며, 스마트시티 구간은 주로 수질에 관한 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 그러나 스마트시티의 조성과 함께 서낙동강 구간의 홍수 영향 분석의 필요성이 제기되고 있으나 스마트시티 하천구간을 대상으로 한 홍수분석은 거의 수행된 바가 없다. 본 연구에서는 부산에코델타 스마트시티 구간을 대상으로 시나리오 기반의 홍수분석을 수행할 수 있는 웹기반 통합플랫폼을 개발하였다. 홍수분석에 필요한 자료는 에코델타 스마트시티 개발계획을 기반으로 단기유출모의, 하천흐름모의 및 도시유출모의를 연계하여 분석을 실시할 수 있도록 하였다. 홍수분석을 실시함에 있어 대상 하천구간의 농업용수이용, 수문조작 기준을 고려하였다. 단기유출모의는 홍수통제소의 유출분석을 위하여 사용되는 저류함수법을 적용하였으며, 하천흐름 모의는 미국 공병단에서 개발한 HEC-RAS모형을 적용하였으며, 하천흐름모형의 결과를 미국 환경청(EPA) 도시유출모형인 SWMM과 연계할 수 있도록 하였다. 대상 구간의 하천 취수량을 산정하기 위하여 일별 담수심추적법을 활용한 논 농업용수 수요량을 산정하여 반영하고, 농업용수 수요량에 따른 저수량과 수문운영 룰을 고려하였다. 또한 부산에코델타 스마트시티의 개발에 따른 상태 변화를 반영할 수 있도록 웹기반으로 사용자가 시나리오를 설정하고 각 모형의 입력자료와 매개변수를 조정할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 부산에코델타 스마트시티의 개발에 있어 홍수위험을 분석 및 평가하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 이를 활용하여 홍수에 안전한 부산에코델타 스마트시티를 만들 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Interest in smart cities is growing; information and communication technology, urban planning, urban economy development, health, and many other areas are intertwined within smart city research and practice. The definition of smart city is evolving, and its vagueness is sometimes confusing. This review of the smart city literature tries to capture the big picture of this big idea. This review places into context work done since 2016, as earlier work is well reviewed in Albino (2015) and Cochia (2014). First is a review of the various smart city definitions. Second, an inventory of terms related to or subsumed by the smart city label are presented. Third, outcomes of indexes created to measure a city's smartness are presented. Fourth, the taxonomies used to organize the disparate content that falls under the smart city umbrella are discussed. Fifth, the most recent literature associated with six commonly recognized subgenres, namely smart economy, smart governance, smart living, smart people, smart environment, and smart mobility are reviewed. Sixth, important critiques of the smart city idea are presented.

The security of the data dealt by the smart city system is important because they have many privacy and public information. Therefore, it is necessary to study security in the smart city system. In this paper, we define the security factors for the smart city system composed of three tiers and describe the technologies for each. In addition, the design and implementation of the security layer in the Smart City middleware for the security management of the urban component in the Smart City Infrastructure and middleware, which is one of the most important issues in the Smart City system, is introduced.

이 논문은 기존의 도시가 부동산 중심의 경제 원리로 형성됐다면 스마트시티는 거주자 생활을 중심으로 한 도시계획 서비스라고 말한다. 이런 스마트시티가 되기 위해서는 각 지역의 철도와 도로 등 도시 인프라를 비롯해 유통, 의료, 교육의 혁신도 필요하다.하지만 스마트시티가 도시운영체제를 디지털화하는 것으로 끝나는 건 아니다. 스마트시티기반에 메타버스(Metaverse)를 통한 당면한 각종 도시 문제를 해결을 위한 선행연구를 다뤄보기로 하였다. 도시운영체제를 입히는 도시의 지역적 특성을 살리면 해당 도시에 당면한 문제를 해결하는 미래의 스마트시티는 과연 어떠한 도시일까? 이에 대한 답변을 하기 위하여 스마트시티기반의 메타버스(Metaverse)를 통한 도시문제해결을 모색하였다.

'스마트 기술(smart tech)'과 '도시화(urbanization)'라는 두 메가트렌드(megatrends)를 융합해 탄생한 스마트시티(smart city)가 전 세계적인 화두다. 스마트시티의 성장 가운데서 핵심적인 요소가 바로 '도시의 다양한 요소가 미디어(媒體, media)의 기능을 하는 커뮤니케이션이 중심이 된 도시'라는 점이다. 특히 메타버스 기술이 스마트시티에 접목되고 있음에 주목해야 한다. '초월'이라는 의미의 '메타(meta)'와 우주를 뜻하는 '유니버스(universe)'의 합성어인 메타버스(Metaverse)는 1992년 닐 스티븐슨(Neal Stephenson)의 소설 《스노우 크래쉬》에서 유래한 개념이라고 알려져 있다[1]. 메타버스는 정의하는 연구자에 따라서 크게 다르지만 흔히 '가상의 것(virtual thing)'으로 한정하는 경향이 있다. 하지만 최근에는 메타버스가 정치·경제·사회·문화 전반적 측면에서 오프라인의 현실과 온라인의 비현실 모두 공존할 수 있는 생활형·게임형 가상 융합 세계라는 의미로 보다 광의적으로 사용되고 있다. 최근 스마트시티의 변화를 보면 도시 운영이 고도로 지능화되고 다양한 콘텐츠가 증강되면서 <<도시 공간에서의 온라인과 오프라인의 경계 구분>>을 파괴하고 있음을 발견할 수 있다. 우리는 과거와 다름없이 물리적 도시 공간을 걷고 있지만 이제는 지형지물과 연결된 공간정보를 스마트폰으로 확인하고 또 도심의 디지털 사이니지(digital signage)를 통해 실시간 공공 및 상업 정보에 항시적으로 접하고 있다. 도시의 지향점으로 간주되는 스마트시티는 이제 일종의 '도시민 생활 플랫폼'으로 메타버스 기술과 융합 콘텐츠를 통해 도시민의 생활을 촘촘하게 연결한다. 본고에서는 '스마트시티가 메타버스 미디어 공간으로 기능하는 현상'을 '테코레이션(Tecoration: Technology + Decoration: 디지털 미디어 기술을 통한 도시 공간구축)'이라고 명명하려고 한다. 본고는 '메타버스 미디어 공간으로서 스마트시티 그리고 디지털 사이니지 테코레이션'을 주제로 '디지털 사이니지가 만들어 가는 스마트시티의 소통'과 관련된 주요 이슈를 다루려고 한다.

Recently, it is emphasized that the approach towards the development of smart cities as a driving force of sustainable economic growth of the city. Governments and municipalities are expected to expand the support for the smart city industry promotion, as the needs for smart city technology and service development, and investment for smart city industry increases. In order to promote the smart city policy as the driving force for the growth, it is necessary to understand the tendency of service development and its application. Governments and municipalities need a credible reference for their decision making on which smart city policy should be prioritized for the revitalization of the local economy by deploying certain smart city services according to the local industrial conditions. This study will analyze the trends of smart city services and suggest a reference data for decision making for the promotion of smart city industry.

Smart scope, such as smart equipments, smart homes, and smart phones, has been appeared lately being developed. Such technology developments have been close and practical to our daily lives, not regulated in a science fiction and a movie. It is just the peak of a smart term period. However, with the result from imprudent application of the term 'smart' in the various fields in a short term, the concept of the term 'Smart City' has been nebulous. Therefore, this study is intended to design the obvious concept of Smart City and figure out the political improvement how it will make the direction in the future. That is to study the Smart City which applies the term smart in its city and space, and to examine the improvement directions. After studying the application of the term 'smart', we determine this word has intelligent and high-tech concepts and is used variously in the diverse fields. But we conclude that the term Smart City in these fields is defined differently. From these perspectives, the term is not a simple creature consists of 'smart' and 'city.' It is to be designed as the meanings of making the cities smart.
