Currently mobile game market has expanded rapidly due to the development of smart phone. In addition, mobile web board game has been developed consistently. However, several problems appear in users' usability. That is why the user who plays game do not satisfy in aspect with usability. The objective of this research analyses the factors to investigate the efficiency and the accuracy among usability those in web board game based on smart phone. We conduct to research the efficiency and the accuracy in traditional usability literatures and derive the proper usability factors based on smart phone. We expect to provide the guideline related on usability in mobile board game in the future.

This paper aims to design the leaf spring of high fatigue life which guides the moving part of the horizontal linear vibrating actuator. The vertical linear vibrating actuator has been used as the vibration device for haptic and alarm function on smart phone. However, the vibrating actuator has a major cause on the limitation to make smart phone slim because of its own characteristic of vertical direction vibration. The horizontally linear vibrating actuator for smart phone slimness has been developed in recent years. One of the most significant parts of horizontal vibrating linear actuator is the guide spring which supports moving part of actuator and enables actuator to vibrate elastically. Various types of leaf springs were designed and analyzed to get the required stiffness with high fatigue life through the stress analysis using commercial structural analysis program, ANSYS. The experiments were performed with prototypes to measure vibration acceleration and life time of leaf spring.

Guidelines for protecting personal information are already in progress in USA, UK and other countries and announced many guideline like HIPPA. However In Our national environment, we does not have specialized guideline in national medical industries. This thesis suggest De-indentification method in South Korea by referring 'bigdata De-identification Guideline by Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (2015)', ICO in U. K and IHE, NIST, HIPPA in U. S. A. We suggest also correlation between Guidelines. Corelation means common techniques in three guidelines (IHE, NIST, HIPPA in U. S. A). As Point becomes closer five points, We recommend that technique to national medical institute for De-Identification. We hope this thesis makes the best use of personal information's development in National medical institute.

스마트폰이 본격적으로 도입 활용되면서 서비스가 특정 플랫폼이나 환경에 제한 되지 않도록 하는 서비스 접근성을 만족하는 것이 스마트 서비스 제공의 중요한 목표가 되었다. 또한, 개발자들이 복잡한 앱 기술 보다 HTML5등 기존 웹 개발 기술을 활용하고 네이트브 앱에서 제공하던 단말 기능을 웹 기술로 사용 가능하도록 제공하는 기술이 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 전자정부 모바일 표준프레임워크는 이러한 요구사항을 만족하기 위하여 AJAX 프레임워크와 하이브리드 앱 기반의 실행환경을 도입하였다. 또한, 개발자 편의성을 위한 개발환경, 재사용성 증대를 위한 공통컴포넌트, 가이드 프로그램을 제공한다. 모바일 전자정부 표준프레임워크는 여러 공공서비스에 활용 되어 왔으며, 공공정보화 분야와 민간 기업 환경에서 핵심적인 기반 플랫폼 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 표준프레임워크에서 활용된 기반 기술, 적용 아키텍처 및 주요기능, 활용사례에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

지난해 12월 세계 최대 최첨단 스마트그리드 실증단지 조기 구축을 목표로 제주 스마트그리드 실증단지 사업이 시작되었다. 실증단지 사업은 전력재판매, 전기자동차 운행, 무정전 등의 신전력 서비스로 새로운 생활상을 보여주게 될 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 정보통신기술과 융합된 전력망의 사이버 보안위협이 크게 이슈화되면서, 실증단지 사이버 보안대책에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 실증단지 컨소시엄 추진 현황 및 네트워크 구성을 간략히 살펴보고, 현재 진행되고 있는 보안대책들에 대해서 살펴본다. 실증단지 사업 보안대책은 보안센터 및 보안WG 구성을 통한 총체적인 보안대책 마련 및 지원, 실증단지 보안지침 및 보안가이드라인 제시, 각 운영센터별 보안대책 수립 및 이행 등 다각도로 추진되고 있다.

일반적인 터치스크린을 이용한 입력방법인 스크린을 보고 대응하는 영역을 터치하여 숫자, 한글, 영문, 기호 등을 입력하는 방식은 시각장애인이 사용하기에는 특수한 가이드가 제공되지 않는 한 사용이 거의 불가능하다고 할 수 있다. 특히 음성과 촉감을 이용하여 해당 버튼을 찾아 이용하던 기존의 입력 방식이 아닌 평평한 터치스크린 입력 방식은 눈으로 보지 않고는 정확한 입력영역을 구분 할 수 없다. 본 논문 에서는 기존의 시각장애인을 위한 제품과 기술들의 단점을 보완할 수 있고 시각장애인들도 쉽고 정확하게 스마트 기기를 사용할 수 있는 가상 터치 키패드 입력 방식을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 단순한 기준점과 방향점을 이용한 터치 및 드래그 방식의 가상 키패드 정의 방식으로 터치 스크린 방식의 다양한 스마트 기기에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다.

최근 들어 위치기반 지도 서비스는 급격하게 활성화된 사업 영역으로 지역광고 등 많은 수익원을 창출하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지도 서비스에 핵심기술 중 하나로 사용되고 있는 스트리트뷰, 로드뷰의 파노라마 사진 지원 서비스를 스마트폰에서 지원할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하기 위한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 스마트폰을 기반으로 사용자들이 쉽게 파노라마 사진을 제작할 수 있도록 사진 촬영 가이드를 제공하고 여러 장의 사진에서 불필요한 부분을 제거하고 사진 연결 부분의 자연스러움 등을 처리하는 알고리즘을 적용하여 한 장의 사진으로 제공할 수 있는 방식에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, the nation has been suffering from a variety of problems, such as the rapid aging of the population and the weakening of the family's role due to rapid industrialization, such as the problem of supporting the elderly or the decline in the quality of supporting them. Among them, the issue of supporting the sentiment of the elderly is a major issue in terms of the quality of the stimulus. The best solution would be to resolve this issue of emotional support through various physical and human support. However, due to various limitations, access to efficient utilization of resources is being sought, among which support efforts through the convergence of digital technologies need to be noted. In this study, we took note of the problems of aging population shortage due to aging phenomenon and the problems of the emotional side of the problem of declining quality of the service, and analyzed the types of digital technology applied to support the emotional side through the convergence of digital technology. Among them, the Commission proposed emotional support through smart speakers, confirming the possibility of supporting the elderly through smart speakers. In addition, the Commission proposed guidelines for smart speaker communication systems to support the sentiment of older adults by conducting an in-depth interview with the In-Depth interview with the evaluation of the usability of smart speakers for older people. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that it will be the basic data for designing a communication system when developing smart speakers to support the emotions of the elderly.

Recently, with various smart devices being used, more attention is paid to digital content development for kids. Many parents and teachers are using digital contents both at home and the classroom. However, there are many concerns on the delayed language ability development and lack of social skills due to children's overuse of digital technology. This study reviewed related literature on digital content for kids including storytelling videos, flash, animation, multimedia fairy tales, and app-books. Based on that, digital contents design guidelines were proposed. It was expected that by appropriate digital content design, children would like reading books just as they like watching digital contents.

Although the rate of city gas supply in South Korea has grown significantly, the fields related to gas meters have not yet escaped from the initial method of service (e.g. measurement, safety checks, billing, etc). As smart gas meters are actively developed and researched, the introduction of smart gas meters requires rational performance evaluation methods and standards to verify reliability and safety. The purpose of this paper is to make a prototype of the performance evaluation to test the performance of the smart gas meter and to derive the performance evaluation method by conducting the demonstration operation so that the smart gas meter can be smoothly distributed in South Korea.
