This research proposes design and construction of Korean type SWC based on user oriented smart work system. To achieve this proposal, the research suggested improvements of related law, changes to working environment, and strengthening information security for users, stronger Korean ICT based; the study investigated for an efficient and suitable Korean type SWC by analyzing Korean government plans and foreign developed countries' cases. The user-oriented smart work service platform suggested in this study aims to offer a solution to national crisis and establish infrastructure to knowledge-industry and creative-industry by collaborative smart work environment of 'Context Awareness' and 'Tangible User Interface'. As a result, smart work suggests methods to produce creative work by IT workers and efficient work environment for better standing in world competition. In conclusion, Korean SWC system is proved to be superior in satisfaction rate at 75.41%, 20.18% higher than average score shown in 5 categories in 5 countries from USA, Japan, and EU's which was 55.23%.

최근 태블릿PC, 스마트폰, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 등 유비쿼터스 기기 등의 스마트 디바이스가 급속하게 보급되고 이에 따른 서비스 이용이 일반화 되면서 기업과 공공부분에서 스마트워크의 운영과 구축에 관심이 많아졌다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워크 환경을 구축 운영하는데 있어 외부 근무에서 발생되는 보안과 관련한 정보와, 기업의 내부정보를 저장하고 이용함에 있어 발생하는 정보유출의 위험 등 보안에 대한 다양한 이슈를 알아보았다. 그리고 이슈 중 보안의 취약점을 최소화하기 위한 방안으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 활용한 스마트워크 환경 구축에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The advent of ubiquitous connectivity from smart devices and network is changing the lifestyles of workers and work patterns. However, the smart work for the knowledge workers and mobile workers is not yet popular due to not enough services in supporting smart work and difficulties in employing smart work. For these reasons, it is necessary to study the current smart work industry to provide the bases for incubating smart work industry and increasing the smart work adoption. In this study, first, we reviewed and analyzed the smart work services. And then, we classified the smart work industry based on their services. Second, we conducted a survey study to identify the factors that affect on the adoption of smart work. Finally, we provided the current adoption rate of smart work services and discussed the Willing-To-Use, cost, and barriers from the smart work adoption.

스마트워크는 다양한 IT기술을 업무환경에 접목시켜 좀 더 편리한 근무환경을 제공해주는 유연한 업무환경으로 관련연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 사람들의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 스마트워크에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 보안 위협에 대한 대응방안의 중요성 또한 증가하게 되었다. 특히 인가되지 않은 사용자들이 불법적으로 기업 내부 자원에 접근하여 악성코드 유포, 사용자 개인정보 유출, 기업 기밀정보를 유출할 가능성이 있기 때문에 이러한 위협을 해결하기 위한 대응방안의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트워크 환경에서 얼굴인식을 이용한 사용자 인증 기법을 제안한다.

실시간 방송과 웹 어플리케이션, 양방향 서비스 등 방송과 통신의 융합인 스마트 TV의 보급률이 점차 증가하고 있다. 하지만 발전하고 있는 스마트 TV 서비스에서 기존의 IPTV와는 다르게 악성 어플리케이션 등 다양한 보안 취약점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트워크환경에서 활용가능한 스마트 TV의 기술 동향과 보안 취약점에 대해 분석하고자 한다.

Present many organizations are introduced to smartwork for reducing the operational cost and getting the labor's flexibility. The smartwork is the future-oriented worker's environment in which they can engage in their task, anytime and anywhere conveniently and efficiently. In spite of many smartwork advantages, the security problems are major issues and prevent to introducing and spreading of smartwork for organizations. Therefore, the success of the organization for smartwork environment is put in place appropriate security control model. This study is about security threats for smartwork security control model. We apply the exploratory method for this research, which are reviewing, analyzing of literature for extracting the security threats and clustering of the extracted security threats. Finally we define the 16's security threats according to the aspect of smartwork service layers.

스마트워크란 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 업무를 수행하는 유연한 근무형태를 말한다. 스마트워크 근무 유형에는 가정에서 본사 통신망을 접속해 업무를 수행하는 재택근무와 주거지 인근 원격사무실에 출근하는 스마트워크 센터 근무, 그리고 스마트폰 등을 이용해 현장에서 업무를 수행하는 이동근무가 있다. 스마트워크를 통하여 기업들은 업무 효율과 생산성 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 대도시 교통 혼잡을 줄이고 여성의 육아부담을 줄일 수 있어 정부에서 확대 지원하는 사업이다. 하지만 스마트워크의 특성상 원격으로 접속하여 업무를 처리하므로 공격자가 로그인 정보를 취득 시에는 위협이 존재한다. 또한 스마트워크 센터에서 사원 관리 취약성과 비인가자에 대한 접근이 용이하기 때문에 문제가 될 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 QR코드를 이용한 승인 인증 시스템을 제안하게 되었다.

예전 기업 그룹웨어 환경은 기업 소유의 기기을 활용하는 사내에 출근한 직원들 대상으로만 서비스 하였다. 그러나, 스마트폰 보급이 확대되면서 사외에서 기업내부로 접근하여 그룹웨어 등을 활용할 수 있는 스마트워크 서비스가 발전하였다. 또한 사내로 반입된 개인 소유 단말 기기가 그룹웨어 서비스를 접속할 수 있는 BYOD 도입 기업들이 증가하고 있다. BYOD, 스마트워크 환경에서 기기 접속 위치, 시간 등 다양한 접속 상황을 활용한 보안정책 관리 구조를 연구하였다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 접속 이후 보안에 취약한 서비스 접근 상황정보 중심 보안정책의 한계를 개선하기 위하여 서비스 웹/DB 서비스 이용 상황정보 기반 보안정책 구조를 제안한다.

스마트 더스트 IoT 환경은 먼지처럼 작은 크기, 대량 살포, 낮은 연산 능력을 특징으로 가지는 기기들이 서로 통신하는 IoT 시스템 중 하나이다. 이러한 스마트 더스트 IoT 환경은 상기의 특성으로 인해 데이터 위·변조와 같은 데이터 신뢰성을 위해 일반적인(순수한) 블록체인을 사용하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구팀은 이전 연구를 통해 스마트 더스트 IoT 환경에 적합한 경량화된 블록체인을 연구·개발했다. 하지만 이전 연구는 스마트 더스트 IoT 환경의 동적인 물리적 연결을 배제한 체 스마트 더스트 IoT 의 기기적 특성만이 고려되었다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 더스트 IoT 환경의 동적인 물리적 연결을 고려하여 스마트 더스트 IoT 환경에의 물리적 네트워크와 논리적 네트워크를 통합하는 설계를 제안한다.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a smart work implementation strategy of Korean companies. Recently in Korea, the interest in smart work is growing and actively promoting but the introduction of private enterprise strategy is absent. However the smart work has been highlighted several issues. In this paper, among the issues, we studied the strategy for introducing smart work system with respect to the related research and literature on strategies and guidelines that may be introduced to the system. With reference to the actual introduction of the basic directions for the procedure proposed by the Korea Communications Commission, we try to review the operating guides and to propose smart work 2.0 implementation strategy, framework and some procedure.
