  • FHIR is a protocol that enables easy data exchange from the time the event occurred in health care settings as a standard for next-generation message exchange of HL7. Create a meaningful message from the ECG and medical equipment, and express the messages generated by standardized FHIR message it will be used in various medical institutions to ensure delivery to EMR, such as hospital information systems can query the results via a smartphone. In addition, it thought to be used in the future to expand SMART on FHIR, Cardiology, Cardiovascular Surgery ward in real-time remote monitoring.

  • 최근 의료데이터의 표준화를 기반으로 다양한 임상연구가 국내외에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분 개발기술이 임상현장에 적용되지 못하는 이유는 상이한 인프라로 인한 일관성있는 결가를 도출하지 못하는 문제점과 부족한 진단지표와 기준 그리고 충분하지 못한 기술적·임상적 검증이 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위한 새로운 통합 플랫폼을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 임상데이터는 OHDSI의 OMOP-CDM으로 표준화되어야 하며, 이외에 의료영상 정보를 포함한다. 제안한 플랫폼은 표준화된 데이터를 통해 지속적인 자가 학습을 수행하며, 질환별 진단에 필요한 개발 도구와 분석 소프트웨어 도구를 통해 다양한 타겟 질환연구를 지원한다. 제안한 플랫폼은 질환에 대한 비침습적 진단을 위해 의료영상을 기반으로 데이터표준화을 기반으로하며, 이를통해 인공지능 기술을 개발하고 병원 정보시스템과 연계하여 임상현장에 실증을 통해 검증하고자 한다.

  • 최근 고령화 사회로 인해 전 세계적으로 노년층 인구수가 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 노인들의 신체 능력은 더욱 약화되고 있으며 병원을 찾아가 진료 및 재활을 받는 것은 신체적으로 부담이 갈 것은 자명한 사실이다. 또한, 재활 치료는 본인이 느끼는 것에 따라 진단 결과가 나오며 의사 또한 정확한 수치를 확인할 수 없어 제대로 된 진단 결과를 받을 수 없다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 병원을 직접 찾아가지 않고, 자택에서 측정 및 재활이 가능한 시스템을 제안한다. 재활 치료를 받는 환자의 신체정보를 근전도 센서, 심박 수 센서 등을 활용하여 상시 체크를 하고 의사가 실시간으로 모니터링을 하며 환자의 상태를 확인 및 상담과 조치를 취할 수 있는 시스템을 만들어 최근 증가하고 있는 노년층들이 신체적, 금전적 제약을 받지 않고 진료 받을 수 있게 할 것이다.

Critical Factor on Selection Indoor Air Quality improving alternatives for healthcare projects (병원의 실내 공기 질 솔루션 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인들)

  • Indoor Air Quality is crucial in hospital projects to ensure the health and safety of patients, staff, and visitors. The research methodology comprises an comprehensive literature review, then a comprehensive questionnaire survey conducted among stakeholders involved in Vietnamese hospital projects. 15 variables were identified and categorized into four distinct groups, elucidating their influence on the adoption of advanced IAQ-enhancing technology. This study uses factor analysis, a mean score method and hypothesis test to analyze the factor result from the survey. two-step process, including an in-depth literature review and questionaire survey. The study's findings culminated in the ranking, examination, and categorization of these 15 variables, which were clustered into four essential categories: economic factors, design elements, governance strategies, and technical requirements. Additionally, the research explored viable solutions to improve indoor air quality in Vietnam's unique environmental context, examining the factors that impact the selection of such solutions. The study's outcomes yield practical recommendations for architects, engineers, and hospital administrators in enhancing IAQ within healthcare facilities. Furthermore, it presents a framework attuned to local environmental factors and building materials, contributing significantly to the existing body of knowledge on IAQ within hospital projects, particularly in the Vietnamese context.

  • Most of the recent AI researches has focused on developing AI models. However, recently, artificial intelligence research has gradually changed from model-centric to data-centric, and the importance of learning data is getting a lot of attention based on this trend. However, it takes a lot of time and effort because the preparation of learning data takes up a significant part of the entire process, and the generation of labeling data also differs depending on the purpose of development. Therefore, it is need to develop a tool with various labeling functions to solve the existing unmetneeds. In this paper, we describe a labeling system for creating precise and fast labeling data of medical images. To implement this, a semi-automatic method using Back Projection, Grabcut techniques and an automatic method predicted through a machine learning model were implemented. We not only showed the advantage of running time for the generation of labeling data of the proposed system, but also showed superiority through comparative evaluation of accuracy. In addition, by analyzing the image data set of about 1,000 patients, meaningful diagnostic indexes were presented for men and women in the diagnosis of sarcopenia.

  • In telemedicaine, people can make their health checked at anywhere from temporal and spatial constraints and It's environment can provide continuous health information regardless of the location of customers through PCs and smart phones. In addition, personal health information collected utilizing the BYOD(bring your own device) is the most important factor data security and guaranteed personal privacy because it's directly connected to the individual's health and life. In this paper, we provide a signature of the private key encryption system and method for providing the security of personal health information data collected utilizing the BYOD. Against replay attacks and man-in-the-middle attacks on security issues that are emerging as a smart environmental health was used as the timestamp and signature methods. Proposed method provides encryption overhead, while a communication was lower compared to the pre-encrypted with a mean 1.499mJ 1.212mJ shown by simulation to respond quickly in an emergency situation to be about 59%.

  • From bar code systems and radio frequency identification (RFID) to beacons utilizing low power bluetooth technology, the fusion of information technology and health and medical treatment is spreading through advances such as automated treatment and examination stages and the use of treatment information connected to smart devices. In this paper, designed and implemented a mobile health care system for the safe management of blood transfusions to prevent accidental problems that can occur during patient blood transfusions. It makes safe and effective blood transfusion possible by using smart devices to read information saved on patient bracelets, blood-collecting containers, blood transfusion bags, and medical personnel identification cards so that they match patient information. By applying the blood transfusion management mobile health care system presented and implemented in this paper to blood transfusion processes in hospitals, it was verified that it allows for safe and effective blood transfusion, preventing accidents which may occur in blood transfusion processes.

  • In this study, a dementia patient care monitoring system is suggested that uses a wearable type bluetooth beacon to prevent them from going missing. This system shows whether the patients stay within the manageable area and sends a warning message to their monitoring managers' or guardians' smart devices when they leave it. The feature of the system is that it provides the service based on indoor location that makes the beacon worn by dementia patients continuously transmit their location information to the managing server through the smart terminal installed indoors or in hospitals and that enables the monitoring managers or the guardians to receive messages sent from the server that tell the patients' whereabouts through their smart devices. The system suggested in this paper is believed to be a system that effectively contributes to the prevention of the dementia patients' going astray from the hospitals and facilities where they are taking care.

  • In emergency situations, first aid workers are the main task of trauma evaluation and care. However, the scope of first-aid treatment is small and they are mainly carried out to the emergency room of the hospital. If a specialist who is in charge of an emergency situation is connected and emergency medical treatment through remote medical direction is performed, accurate diagnosis and appropriate care can be helped. This paper has developed an smart application(app) to support remote medical direction for emergency medical services. The developed smart app allows emergency rescuers to call a doctor at a remote location and transmit real-time status of emergency patients to vital sign and video. This will help to diagnose the patient's condition accurately. In addition, emergency care can be instructed and response in the emergency room can be made quickly.

Image Denoising Methods based on DAECNN for Medication Prescriptions (DAECNN 기반의 병원처방전 이미지잡음제거)

  • We aimed to build a patient-based allergy prevention system using the smartphone and focused on the region of interest (ROI) extraction method for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) in the general environment. However, the current ROI extraction method has shown good performance in the experimental environment, but the performance in the real environment was not good due to the noisy background. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the compared methods of reducing noisy background to solve the ROI extraction problem. There five methods used as a SMF, DIN, Denoising Autoencoder(DAE), DAE with Convolution Neural Network(DAECNN) and median filter(MF) with DAECNN (MF+DAECNN). We have shown that our proposed DAECNN and MF+DAECNN methods are 69%, respectively, which is relatively higher than the conventional DAE method 55%. The verification of performance improvement uses MSE, PSNR and SSIM. The system has implemented OpenCV, C++ and Python, including its performance, is tested on real images.
