도로 진화의 시작 - 스마트하이웨이

  • 스마트하이웨이는 기존의 도로기술에 차량간 통신 등 첨단 ITS 통신 및 지능형 차량 제어기술을 융 복합하여 교통정체 및 사고를 미연에 방지하여 인적, 물적 손실을 최소화하는 첨단 지능형 고속도로이다. 본고에서는 교통사고 발생률, 사망률 등 교통 안전도 부문에서 OECD 가입국 중 최하위권에 머물고 있는 상황을 개선하기 위하여 지난 2007년 10월부터 약 7년간 수행하고 있는 스마트 하이웨이사업에 대해 살펴보고, 이 사업을 기반으로 향후 국내에서 예정되어 있는 시범사업 및 상용화 계획에 대해 알아본다.

Estimating the Economic Effects of Smart Tourism Mobility in Seoul: Using RAS Method (RAS 기법을 활용한 서울 스마트관광 모빌리티의 경제적 파급효과 분석)

  • One of the key domains within a smart tourism city, smart mobility, encompasses advanced transportation means and services rooted in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This includes shared bicycles, scooters, car-sharing services, smart transportation infrastructure, and more, aiming to surpass limitations of conventional transport and improve the movement of people and goods. It also serves tourists as an affordable and convenient mode of transport between attractions while also enhancing the overall travel experience. This study has defined 'smart tourism mobility' as a form of mobility grounded in ICT, exhibiting exceptional connectivity, serving public interest, and serving as a mode of transport for both residents and tourists in a smart tourism city. The research aimed to outline the scope of smart tourism mobility-related industries through expert Delphi surveys and estimate their economic effects within a smart tourism city. Specifically, this study updated 2015 input-output table and made 2020 regional input-output table of Seoul adopting RAS method and location quotient method. The results showed that the about 2.8 billion KRW investment of Seoul in smart tourism mobility may create more than 4.1 billion KRW in production inducement effect which is expected to create more than 1.6 billion KRW of income-inducing effect, 3.6 billion KRW of value-added-inducing effect, and 54 employment across all industries in Seoul in 2022.

  • 본 논문에서는 미세먼지 센서와 가스 센서를 이용한 효율적인 스마트 홈 기반 다중 센서 알림 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템은 여러 유형의 홈 센서를 이용하여 효율적으로 미세먼지와 실내의 가스를 탐지 후 실시간으로 애플리케이션을 통해서 사용자에게 탐지 결과를 알려주는 시스템이다. 본 시스템의 경우 기존에 존재하는 미세먼지 센서와 가스 센서를 적용한 측정 시스템에 비해 소액으로 최적의 시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 시스템은 기존의 가스 센서와 다르게 한 번에 다양한 종류의 가스를 탐지해 사용자에게 여러 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 개발하였다.

A Study on Measures to Reduce Traffic Accidents caused by Using Smartphones While Driving (운전 중 스마트폰 사용으로 인한 교통사고 저감대책 연구)

  • The purpose of the study focuses on increasing dangers of using smartphones while driving recently, and then is to come up with measures to reduce traffic accidents caused by using devices like a smartphone. This study conducted a survey of drivers using their smartphones while driving to understand risks caused by using a smartphones while operating vehicles. Results showed that a lot of activities may lead to distracted driving, such as texting, making phone calls, using GPS or road maps, game, etc. In this paper, we presented that functions of smartphone should be controlled partially while driving for safe driving performance. These results suggest that using IoT-based smart devices like a beacon and a smartphone application implemented, tentatively called "Safe driving solution", while driving can reduce traffic accidents. Thus, in order to effectively prevent dangerous driving due to the use of smartphones, a "Safe driving solution" which restricts all functions except for calls and driver assistance functions is suggested.

  • Recently, there has been active research on smart street lamps that can collect real-time traffic data and provide traffic information by attaching images and radars to road lighting facilities. Smart street light technology can detect, identify, and provide dense information compared to existing technologies. In order to effectively utilize the smart streetlight as a high-resolution information delivery medium, a branch-type operation strategy that is different from the existing centralized operation strategy is required. This study presents dynamic information delivery strategies, release strategies, and their criteria for various purposes in a spatial range, separated by the context before and after the occurrence of smart street lights-based accidents. Through this, it is expected that smart road lighting facilities can be used more effectively.

A Study on Design Requirements for Smart Parking Services Considering User'S Stated Preferences (사용자 잠재선호특성을 고려한 스마트 주차서비스 설계요건 연구)

  • This study suggests the user's needs for a smart parking service that enables parking lot search and advance reservation service, and is a study on the user's preference selection model related to fees (reservation fee, penalty fee), etc. Two types of user preference models in the form of logit models were constructed by composing a response questionnaire for smart parking service. The first is a model for selecting a smart parking lot, which suggests a situation in which the probability of selection is higher than that of a general parking lot in the relationship between usage fee and cost. The second is a parking ticket reservation discount selection model, and the smart parking service selection probability was analyzed through the relationship model between the reservation amount and the penalty. It can be used as a design requirement that enables sophisticated and various types of smart parking service considering users' preferences.

  • The need for smart city is emerging all over the world to solve these urban problems such as urban resource and infrastructure shortage, traffic congestion, energy problems and to preemptively respond to the fourth industrial revolution. The analysis that the security of smart city technology is dangerous is dominant all over the world. In this paper, we analyze the technology, security threats and responses of smart city, which are the main security issues of smart city, limited to smart grid, smart building, and smart traffic. In the future, the analysis of various technologies of smart city construction and the research on cyber security are actively progressing, and this paper is expected to be the beginning of the solution plan.

  • 본 고에서는 최근 휴대용 보안장치로 이슈화되고 있는 스마트카드에 대하여 기술한다. 요즘 우리주변에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 스마트카드는 교통카드이다. 1997년 스마트카드를 이용한 버스카드 시범 프로젝트가 성공적으로 이루어지면서 1999년부터는 지하철 패스와 버스카드를 통합하여 지금은 일반인들이 소유하고 있는 가장 보편화된 교통 지불수단으로서 그 활용도가 높다고 볼수 있다. 최근 스마트 카드에 대한 인식이 제고되고 있는 이유는 스마트카드가 일반 사용자들의 실생활을 사이버세계를 연결해 줄 수 있는 다리역할을 할 수 있기 때문이다. 하지만 일반인들은 스마트카드가 보안 장치로서의 역할을 수행한다는 사실은 인지하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 앞으로 실생활에 밀접하게 활용되게 될 스마트카드에 대한 보안 구조를 살펴보고 스마트카드에 저장되어 있는 사용자 데이터를 보호하기 위하여 스마트 카드에 구현되는 접근통제 메커니즘을 분석한다.

  • In the modern society, people can easily reach destination by using the rapidly developed public transportation services. Recently, location information is provided through the network, but this is useless to the weak people on transportation like the handicapped. This paper proposes a bus alert terminal system equipped with the arrival information of public buses based on location information and distance measurement sensor. By using this system, we look forward to providing more convenient and accessible services for the weak people on transportation.
