Dioxobis(3-methoxysalicyaldehydato)molybdeum(VI) complex has been synthesized by reactions of 3-methoxysalicylaldehyde and ammonium paramolybdate in methanol solution. With appropriate primary amine, the resulting complex gave schiff-base complexes, MoO$_2$(CH$_3$O-sal-N-R)$_2$ in which C=O oxide ligands had been replaced by nitrogen. The properties and possible molecular structure of these complexes were discussed by elemental analysis, spectroscopic studies and electric conductivities measurements. It was found that the Mo(VI) complexes contain a cis-MoO$_2$ group since their infrared spectra two Mo=O band at about 900cm$^{-1}$ and the combining ratios for MoO$_2$-ligand are 1 : 2. Also, electronic spectra of molybdenyl complexes assigned to ligand-to-metal charge transfer transition. All of these complexes are yellow or orange, depolar compound and slightly soluble in alcohol, dichloromethane, chloroform and N,N-dimethylformamide.

It was confirmed that the fish diversity decreased with increasing index of weir's density (IWD) in the four river systems. The IWD showed difference with watershed, it was high in the Nakdong River (NDR). Both two river systems of Gum River (GUR) and Yeongsan River (YSR) were similar, whereas relatively lower density observed in the Han River (HNR) system. A result of 2-Dimensional Kolmogorov-Smirnov (2-DKS) as a nonparametic test showed different threshold values affecting fish diversity with the river systems. The p-values based on D_max, were significantly different at 0.05 level (except for YSR). The threshold values affecting fish diversity were also different with watershed. The values were 1.6/km of the HNR, 1.3/km of the NDR, and 2.3/km of the GUR, respectively. The fish diversity was decreased when IWD is over threshold values. The IWD of total 404 rivers (about 33%) among 1,217 surveyed in this study showed above threshold value. These rivers should be considered first for evaluating river continuity. The IWD and threshold value suggested in this study would be useful for selecting a stream priority for river connectivity study.

The relationships between river length and weir density versus fish species observed were analyzed for 210 local rivers in the Seomjin River system (SJR). A nonlinear exponential relationship between river length and number of fish species were observed. Model coefficient was 0.03 and coefficient of determinant (R²) was 0.59, meaning that about 59.0% of total variance was explained by river length variable. Predicted value by model and observed number of species showed a difference. About 110 local rivers (about 52.4%) showed lower value than predictive value. The average index of weir's density (IWD) in the SJR was about 2.7/km, which was significantly higher than that of other river basins. As a result of nonparametric 2-Kimensional Kolmogorov-Smirnov (2-DKS) analysis based on the IWD, the threshold value affecting fish diversity was about 2.5/km (D_max=0.048, p<0.05). Above the threshold value, it means that the number of fish species would be decreased. In fact, the ratio of the expected species to the observed species was lowered to less than 70%, when the IWD is higher than the threshold value. To maintain aquatic ecological connectivity in future, it is necessary to manage IWD below the threshold value.

The pilot scale experiments can handle the flue gas up to 1,000 $Nm^3/hr$ for separation of carbon dioxide included in real flue gas at coal-fired power plant. The operational characteristics was analyzed with the main experimental variables such as flue gas flow rate, absorbent circulation rate using chemical absorbents mono-ethanolamine( MEA) and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol(AMP). The more flue gas flow rate decreased in 100 $m^3/hr$ in the MEA 20 wt% experiments, the more carbon dioxide removal efficiency was increased 6.7% on average. Carbon dioxide removal efficiency was increased approximately 2.8% according to raise of the 1,000 kg/hr absorbent circulation rate. It also was more than 90% at $110^{\circ}C$ of re-boiler temperature. Carbon dioxide removal efficiency of the MEA was higher than that of the AMP. In the MEA(20 wt%) experiment, carbon dioxide removal efficiency(85.5%) was 10% higher than result(75.5%) of ASPEN plus simulation.

Die vorliegende Untersuchung zielt darauf ab, erstens die Entstehung der $Fr{\ddot{u}}hromantik$ in Bezug auf damalige Kantkritik zu betrachten, zweites Jacobis Gedanke, der die Bewegung der $Fr{\ddot{u}}hromantik$ $ansto{\ss}t$, mittels seines Zentralbegriffs "Unbedingtes" und "$Gef{\ddot{u}}hls$" zu rekonstruieren und drittens den Kerngedanke der $Fr{\ddot{u}}hromantik$, der die unendliche $Ann{\ddot{a}}herung$ betont, durch Novalis zu $erl{\ddot{a}}utern$. $F{\ddot{u}}r$ Jacobi wird das Unbedingte als "Glaube" angesehen, weil es nicht nur der $M{\ddot{o}}glichkeitsgrund$ des Wissens ist, sondern die Vermittlung des Wissens ${\ddot{u}}berschreitet$. $W{\ddot{a}}hrend$ es die Bedingung des Wissens ist, ist es das "Sein", das den Bereich des $Bewu{\ss}tseins$ transzendiert. Somit Jacobis "Unbedingte" bzw. "Ur-Sein" ist nicht nur die Grundlage des metaphysischen Monismus, sondern die realistische Substrat, die auf den Bereich des Wissens nie reduziert wird. $F{\ddot{u}}r$ Novalis wird das Unbeclingte dem $Bewu{\ss}tsein$ nicht gegeben, vielmehr ist es der Gegenstand der Sehnsucht und des Strebens. Hier wird die Philosophie als unendliche $Ann{\ddot{a}}herung$ zum Unbedingten bestimmt. Philosophie ist sowohl die $urspr{\ddot{u}}ngliche$ $T{\ddot{a}}tigkeit$ des mit dem Transzendeten $ber{\ddot{u}}hrenden$ $Gef{\ddot{u}}hls$ als der unendliche Trieb, der den Grund zu erkennen versucht.

Israel craves peace and freedom. Israel has won many wars and conflicts militarily. They have developed strategic thinking based on the data, unique culture, and peacetime preparation system accumulated so far, and the strategic culture based on it contributes to fostering elite strong forces by presenting directions to security strategies.The strategic culture formed by Israeli beliefs, behavioral patterns, and identity influenced strategic thinking and the usefulness of security strategies. The purpose of this study is to redefine the concept of strategic culture by referring to the methodological discussion of strategic culture theory and to examine how useful strategic culture has provided strategic thinking and security strategies. In addition, based on the impact of Israel's strategic culture on security strategy, I would like to present implications for Korea's security strategy.

The present study examined the possibility of NOx reduction in the high temperature industrial furnaces, duct burner of gas turbine cogeneration and two-stage gas turbine combustor. The experimental study was carried out for the non-premixed flame of second stage combustor with the variations of oxygen concentration in the hot exhaust gas of first stage combustor. It also examined the flammability range, temperature and NOx, $CO_2$, $O_2$formation in the combustor with respect to oxygen concentration in which the fuel(natural gas) is supplying into the hot exhaust gas. The results show that the inner temperature of flame reaches 1,20$0^{\circ}C$ at EGR $O_2$23% and that 15ppm of NOx at EGR $O_2$15.5% increases up to 60ppm at EGR $O_2$23%. It is believed that Fenimore＇s prompt NOx mechanism is more influential on the NOx formation than Zeldovich＇s thermal NOx mechanism does.

Doris Lessing, who considers science and technology as instruments of capitalism, deals with the theme of 'biological evolution' in The Sirian Experiments, the third book in the Canopus in Argos: Archives series. One of her themes that repeats throughout is that of 'spiritual evolution,' and in The Four-Gated City she even used 'biological evolution' as its metaphor. This paper analyzes The Sirian Experiments using scientific knowledge such as the concept of 'biological evolution' from Charles Darwin's evolution theory and Edward O. Wilson's sociobiology. Lessing concludes that while 'biological evolution' not accompanied with 'spiritual evolution' puts humans in existential problems and mental breakdown, the one in equilibrium with the other can bring social and political revolution. Lessing's concept of 'spiritual evolution' is basically a product of her holistic view and her own philosophical view that human evolution is a necessary process following the Universal Order, which shows that she is influenced by Sufism. The basic tenet in Sufi philosophy is to achieve equilibrium between the rational and non-rational modes of consciousness. Lessing incorporates her rational and irrational ideas into The Sirian Experiments to make a field for confluence where the biological, the sociological, and the spiritual thinking converge.

Modified dip-coating method 8.3 times shorten in solution volume-coated and 83.3 times in coating time than existing dip-coating method. Coating weight increased nearly 2~3 times. So modified dip-coating method is evaluated that it is economic and has a efficiency. When we make an experiment in coated $LaCoO_3$ on ceramic monolith in modified dip-coating method which use 2 coating applications with relative viscosity $0.006202kg{\cdot}m/sec$, it showed a superior reaction at 88.56mg per ceramic unit gram in NO-CO reaction(optimum coating amount). When we make an experiment in the same size of ceramic filter cell with different conditions 100, 200cell per square inch, the result in low temperature($200^{\circ}C{\sim}350^{\circ}C$), 200cell3 per square inch is 6~23% higher in NO reduction and 11% in CO oxidation than 100cell per square inch. It is because the more the number of cells in the ceramic filter increase, the more catalytic surface area is expanded.

In diesem Aufsatz geht es um die Frage. womit Leo Weisgerber seine Sprachtheorie entwickelt hat. Er wurde von mehreren Theoretikern und Wissenschaftlern $beeinflu{\ss}t$, wie z. B. Wilhelm von Humboldt, Ernst Cassirer, Wilhelm Wundt, Ferdinand de Saussure usw. Aber in einigen besonderen Bereichen seiner Sprachtheorie wurde or besonders von F. de Saussure stark $beeinflu{\ss}t$. Leo Weisgerber hat sehr viele $Aufs\"{a}tze$ und $B\"{u}cher$ geschrieben. Aber darunter gibt es einige Werke, die seine Sprachtheorie zusarnmenfassend darstellen. Sie sind die folgenden: seine Habillitationsschrift(1925), Muttersprache und Geistesbildung(1929), Grundzuge der inhaltbezogenen Grammatik(1962). Wir haben daher versucht, zu erfurschen, welchen Einfluss Saussure auf diese Werke Weisgerbers ausgeubt hat. In der Habilitationsschrift konnten wir herausfinden, $da{\ss}$ Weisgerber die $Ans\"{a}tze$ Sausssures kritisierend aufgenommen hat. Wahrend Saussure Sprache nicht als einen Organismus betrachtet $h\"{a}lt$ Weisgerber Sprache $f\"{u}r$ einen lebendigen Organismus. $Dar\"{u}her$ hinaus ist nach Weisgerber die Unterscheidung, zwischen langue und parole $unn\"{o}tig$. Leo Weisgerber hat in dem Buch 'Muttersprache und Geistesbildung' seine Zeichen-Theorie zusammenfasst. Da war or damit einverstanden, $da{\ss}$ ein Zeichen aus signifiant und signifie besteht. $Au{\ss}erdem$unterscheidet or Sprache, $\"{a}hnlich$ wie Saussure, wie folgt : das Sprechen, der Sprachbesitz des einzelnen, Sprache als Kulturbesitz einer Gemeinschaft, das allgemein menschliche Prinzip Sprache im Sinne der fuel die Menscheit kennzeichnenden Sprachtaetigkeit. In 'Grundzugo der inhaltbezogenen Grammatik' stellt or dar, wie die Untersuchung der Sprachinhalte $durchgef\"{u}hrt$ werden soll. Nach ihm ist ein Wortinhalt immer $erkl\"{a}rbar$, durch ein Wert in einem Wortfeld. Dieser Begriff 'Wert' entstammt vom 'valour', den Saussure gemacht hat. Aber die Zeichentheorie Weisgerbers ist ein $bi{\ss}chen$ anders geworden. $W\"{a}hrend$ Saussure ein zweidimensionales Zeichenmodel (signifiant und signifie) aufstellt, stellt Weisgerber ein dreidimensionales Zeichenmodell dar, das aus drei Elemente (Lautform - geistige Zwischenwelt - $Au{\ss}enwelt$) besteht. Aus diesen Ergebnissen der Untersuchung konnen wir $schlie{\ss}en$, $da{\ss}$ Weisgerber mehr oder weniger von F. do Saussure beeinflusst wurde.
