Nine new solubility-increased container hosts having eight undecyl substituents were synthesized and characterized. 1H NMR spectral data showed integral inclusion state of carceplexes and their stability. 1H NMR chemical shifts of guest DMA were correlated to the host's cavity dimensions shrinked by constrictive binding. Carceplex and hemicarcerand showed their distinctive FD mass spectra.

Diacetone-D-glucose was converted into 5-azido-6-O-benzoyl-3-O-benzyl-5-deoxy-1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D-glucofuranose. After removal of isopropylidene and benzoyl protecting groups, hydrogenation performed reduction of azide and subsequent cyclization by reductive amination to give 3-O-benzyl-1-deoxy nojirimycin in high yield. The second azide group was introduced on 2-carbon by selective substitution reaction, and reduction of azide to amino group gave titled compound.

최근 네트워크의 가용성을 침해하는 DDoS공격으로 국내외 주요 사이트가 마비되는 사건이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 TCP와 UDP의 자기유사성을 이용하여 유효 대역폭을 측정하고 네트워크의 가용성을 보장하기 위한 한계 대응 시점을 예측하였다. 그리고 실험을 통해 한계 대응 시점의 예측이 정확함을 확인 할 수 있었다.

컴퓨터 부품의 고성능화로 점점 게임이 요구하는 사양이 높아지는 추세이다. 따라서 게임 개발에 있어 최적화가 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 '오브젝트 풀링'이라는 메모리 최적화 기법을 소개한다. 따라서 '오브젝트 풀링'을 적용한 탄막 게임을 만들어 메모리 최적화를 직접 구현해보고 연구한다.

최근 온라인 매체에서 무분별한 비속어나 욕설 사용이 늘어남에 따라 유해한 텍스트를 자동으로 필터링하는 시스템의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 유해 텍스트 필터링 관련 기존의 접근방법은 채팅 프로그램 등 특정 프로그램에 한하여 적용이 되거나 특정 포탈의 웹페이지에 국한되어 적용이 되는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 AI를 활용하여 모든 웹 페이지의 유해 텍스트를 필터링할 수 있는 Chrome Extension을 구현하고 그 유효성을 검증한다.

Derivatives of ethylthio α-D-mannopyranoside as glycosyl donors are compared in coupling efficiency and stercoselectivity with varying thiophilic promoters from methyl triflate (MeOTf), dimethyl(methylthio)sulfonium triflate (DMTST) to iodonium dicollidine perchlorate (IDCP), solvents and glycosyl acceptors. IDCP was the most efficient promoter in coupling of perbenzylated ethylthio-α-D-mannopyranosides (1 and 2), giving α-Dmannosyl disaccharides preferentially, whereas inactive in coupling of 4,6-O-benzylidene derivatives 3 and 4. MeOTf and DMTST promoted coupling of 4,6-O-benzylidene derivatives 3 and 4, but P-D-mannopyranosyl disaccharides were formed preferentially. Coupling reaction was retarded as solvent polarity decreased.

오늘날 스마트폰의 보급으로 SNS는 급속도로 성장하였고, 매일 엄청난 분량의 텍스트 데이터가 생성되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다른 매체에 비해 개인의 의견이 좀 더 거침없이 올라오는 SNS의 특징에 주목해 SNS의 텍스트 데이터를 대상으로 하는 평판 분석 기법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 분석하고자 하는 대상에 대한 SNS 데이터를 수집하여 DB에 저장한 다음, 광고 제거 과정과 자동 띄어쓰기 과정 및 형태소 분석을 거친 후 감성 포함 여부 확인 과정과 극성 분류 과정으로 구성된다. 평판 분석을 위해 본 연구에서는 감성 단어 사전의 쾌-불쾌 수치와 활성화 수치를 사용한다. 분석 결과 모든 문서에 대한 극성 분류 정확도는 55%였고, 감성 포함 여부 확인 과정이 올바르게 수행된 문서에 대한 극성 분류 정확도는 82%였다.

IoT(Internet-of-Things)는 사람과 물리적 사물이 언제, 어디서나 소통할 수 있는 컴퓨팅 패러다임으로, IoT 디바이스의 역량이 높아짐에 따라, IoT 디바이스를 이용한 IoT 애플리케이션 개발에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 IoT 디바이스가 가지는 통신 프로토콜 이질성, API 이질성, 데이터 형식 이질성, 프로그래밍 언어 이질성이 IoT 애플리케이션 개발의 어려움으로 작용하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 이질성들을 분석하고 각 이질성을 해결하기 위한 설계 기법을 제안하고 실제로 이를 적용하여 IoT 애플리케이션을 설계 및 구현 함으로써 도출한 이질성 해결의 중요성과 제안한 설계 기법의 실효성을 검증한다.
