IEC 61850 is an international standard for substation communications. It introduces function that provide a substation with autonomous behavior of IEDs. The paper presents the model which is for change and modification of the IED setting values with analyzing IEC 61850.

Based on a job insertion method, we developed a heuristic algorithm for the mean flowtime objective in a permutation flowshop environment. The simulation experiments are implemented to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm against the existing heuristics. The experiments reveal the superiority of the proposed algorithm to other heuristics especially when the ratio of the number of jobs and number of machines is greater than or equal to two.

노화와 흡연에 따른 음성의 변화에 대하여 객관적인 음향 지표들을 측정함으로써, 노화와 흡연에 따른 정상적인 음성의 변화와 질병에 기인한 변화를 감별하는 지표를 제시하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 정상의 발성기관과 청력을 가진 20세 이상의 성인으로, 60세 이상군과 35세 이하군으로 남녀 각각 30명을 대상으로 CSL50-MDVP(Computerized Speech Lab50-Multidimensional voice program)을 이용하여 기본 주파수(Fundamental frequency), jitter, shimmer, NHR(Noise to harmonic ratio)을 측정하였다. Reliable frequency estimation is important for active power control, load shedding and generator protection. Thereby, frequency estimation is researched and some algorithms is proposed. This paper analyzed strength and weakness of each algorithms through comparative analysis of frequency estimation. Used algorithms are Zero Crossing detection, Discrete Fourier Transformation, Least Error Squares.

Most laryngeal carcinomas are squamous cell carcinomas. Adenocarcinoma of the larynx is rare, its incidence has been reported less than 1% of all laryngeal neoplasms. Adenocarcinoma arises from glandular structures of the larynx and usually arises from the supraglottis. Compared to other carcinoma, deep biopsy and aggressive treatment is manditory. We report a case of adenocarcinoma of the larynx with review of current literatures.
