A Effect Saving Temperature of Instantaneous Heater Using An Economical Bidet Due to Change Silicon-Tube (실리콘 튜브의 변경으로 인한 절전형 비데용 순간 히터 온도 절감 효과)

  • We have studied that a effect saving temperature of instantaneous heater using an economical bidet due to change Silicon-Tube. The results, we have found that the existing instantaneous heater is reduced 15 [%], 20 [%] better than a new product instantaneous heater as a discharge water [${\ell}$/min] with temperature and ${\nabla}$ value, respectively. Therefore, we have showed that the innovative effect of a working process and the cost reduction because an economical bidet due to change Silicon-Tube.

  • 본 논문에서는, 극저온($-32^{\circ}C$)에서 항공기의 초기 시동 및 이의 효율성을 높이기 위한 배터리관리시스템(BMS)의 사전 전기적 특성실험 및 이의 체계적 분석을 실시하였다. 항공기 초기 시동에 사용되는 리튬계열 배터리로서 원통형(cylindrical) 셀을 선택하되, 초기 시동을 위한 순간의 고출력이 가능한 6개의 셀을 수집하였다. 각 셀의 배터리팩(2S2P 및 4S4P) 형태로 구축하고 $-32^{\circ}C$)에서의 저온 방전 실험을 통해 항공기의 초기 시동용 배터리팩에 사용되는 원통형 셀의 선택 및 이의 강인함을 확인할 수 있다. 추가적으로 배터리팩의 설계 및 이의 배터리관리시스템을 위한 초기 정보로서 중요하리라 판단된다.

  • To design and develop a turbocharged engine, it needs that many studies must be preceded about the characteristics of engine performance and thermal flow. To accomplish this purpose, turbocharger was equipped to 1.3 liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine. The temperature probe of plate type was designed and it was installed into the combustion chamber wall to measure unsteady temperature. The unsteady heat flux at combustion chamber wall was evaluated using one dimensional unsteady conduction equation with the wall temperature and temperature gradient.

  • In this study the behavior of engine cooling loss and overall heat transfer coefficient were studied experimentally using naturally aspirated engine and turbo charged engine. Using turbo charging, heat dissipation was increased because of the density of the mixture was increased with increment of inlet air flow rate. Therefore, cooling loss of turbo charged engine is larger than naturally aspirated engine. As taking the measurement of surface temperature of combustion chamber, gas heat transfer coefficient was calculated and found that it has greatly affected to overall heat transfer coefficient. The empirical formula of overall heat transfer coefficient established in order to predict of engine cooling loss and express only as a function of mean piston velocity.

  • The instantaneous flame temperature and soot formation and oxidation in a D. I. diesel engine are measured by using a two-color method. The proposed method based on the continuous spectral radiation from the soot particles in flames is applicable to industrial diesel engines without major modifications of their main characteristics. Measurements are performed at one location inside the combustion chamber of a D.I. diesel engine. Effects of different engine speeds and loads on flame temperature and KL factor which is an index of soot concentrations were examined. A little temperature change were observed with increasing engine speed, while increased with loads. The higher the flame temperature is, the lower the KL factor is.

  • 본 연구에서는 미세 무광부식 패턴을 갖는 HD Switch Panel 부품을 설계하고 금형을 제작하였다. 이를 위하여 사출성형 Simulation(CAE)을 이용하여 사출성형 공정의 문제점과 부품의 변형량을 예측 하였다. 또한 금형표면의 가열온도와 실제 금형온도의 비교함으로써 공정변수 조절을 통한 사출성형 조건의 최적화를 달성할 수 있었다. 한편, 순간금형표면가열을 이용한 성형기술인 E-MOLD를 적용하여 자동차 내장부품용 HD Switch Panel을 제작하였고, 전자현미경과 원자현미경을 이용한 표면 평가를 통하여 무광부식 패턴의 전사율 향상으로 인한 무광 특성이 향상됨(2.5이상$\rightarrow$1.5~1.7)을 확인하였다.

A measurement of piston surface temperature by using instantaneous temperature measuring probe (순간온도 계측 프로브를 사용한 피스턴 표면 온도측정)

  • In order to measure the piston surface temperature and heat flux, autors have developed the measuring system with an instantaneous temperature probe. Such the instantaneous temperature probes were embodied into the top of piston for measurement and L-link system, designed to fit the test engine, extracts the thermocouple wires from the piston outside of engine employing a mechanical linkage. Then the instantaneous surface temperature was measured to calculate the heat flux flowing into the top surface of piston in a spark ignition engine. As a result, the following phenomena have been obtained through the study. 1) It is found that the time response and durability of temperature probe with a thin film thickness 10um and mechanical linkage with thermocouple wire extraction is sufficient at this experiment. 2) For the quantitative effect of variation in engine speed, the temperature swing and heat flux on the top of piston increase with increasing the engine speed. 3) It is proved that the temperature swing and heat flux decrease with distance from spark plug.

  • 본 연구는 2-Propanol과 O-xylene의 혼합물의 인화점과 자연발화에 관한 연구이다. 인화점의 경우 2-Propanol과 O-xylene의 혼합비를 변화하여 측정하였으며, 2-Propanol은 $12^{\circ}C$를 구하였고, O-xylene는 $32^{\circ}C$를 구하였다. 자연발화의 경우 2-Propanol과 O-xylene의 농도를 변화시켜 혼합한 시료를 만들어 최저발화온도와 순간발화온도를 측정하였다.

  • A problem of outlet salinity from a stratified fluid with a well developed interface thickness consisting of an upper and lower layer differing slightly in density is considered. Three kinds of apparatus were used for the experimental test and salinity differences between inlet layer and outlet discharge were estimated by the functional relationship using the dimensionless values. For the critical incipient condition of withdrawal of upper layer, Densimetric Froude number is correlated by the inlet diameter and depth ratio in the tank.

코발트실리사이드를 이용한 잉크젯 히터의 제작

  • 잉크젯 헤드의 발열체에 적용하기 위해 $poly-Si/SiO_2/Si$ 의 다층기판 위에 결정화된 안정한 $SiO_2$ 코발트 실리사이드 박막을 증착하여 발열체를 제작하고 이들 발열체의 구조적 형상과 온도저항계수 등 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. $SiO_2$ 코발트실리사이드 박막의 형성은 금속 Co 박막을 급속 열처리장치를 이용하여 $800^{\circ}C$에서 20 초 동안 질소 분위기에서 열처리하여 실리사이드 박막을 형성하였다. 발열체의 온도저항계수 값은 약 $^0.0014/{\circ}C$ 값을 얻을 수 있었다. 인가전압 10V, 주파수 10 kHz 및 펄스간격 $1\mu\textrm{s}$ 인가시 발열체의 순간전력은 최대 2 watt를 나타내었다.
