국가간 기술혁신 파급경로에 관한 실증분석

  • 본 연구는 기술혁신파급경로를 결정하는 국가 간 무역역할에 대한 실증적인 분석을 목적으로 한다 이 연구목적을 위하여, 최근 자료인 1980년부터 2003년까지 15개 OECD국가를 대상으로 자국의 기술혁신을 결정하는 중요한 변수로 알려진 자국 R&D축적 및 무역대상국의 R&D축적자료를 구축하였으며, 이를 무역지수인 쌍방간에 수출 및 수입량을 경제규모로 나눈 가중지수를 이용하여 유입된 R&D축적량을 구축하였다. 또한 대상변수들의 기술혁신파급역할에 대하여 최근 논의되고 있는 비정상적 패널기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 최근 제안되고 있는 비정상적 패널기법을 이용하여 국제 간에 기술혁신파급경로를 분석한 결과를 간단하게 요약하면, 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석대상변수들은 비정상성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 그러나 장기적으로 분석대상변수들이 서로 균형상태를 나타내는 공적분관계에 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 국가 간에 기술혁신파급경로의 방향과 정도를 파악하기 위하여 패널 공적분계수를 추정하였으나, 설정함수형태에 따라서 여러 가지 상반된 실증결과가 나타났다. 따라서 기존 연구Coe et al., 1995, Keller, 1998, Kao, et al., 1999 그리고 Funk, 2001]의 분석결과 및 그 시사점들이 서로 다른 이유는 분석대상변수들의 선택차이뿐만 아니라, 기술혁신경로에 대한 설정함수형태에 따라서 서로 다른 분석결과가 나타날 수 있는 가능성을 보여준다. 본 연구에서 나타난 분석결과의 시사점을 보면, 국가 간에 기술혁신파급경로분석은 기술혁신파급을 결정하는 매개변수선정도 중요하지만, 결정된 설명변수들 사이에 어떤 기술혁신파급에 관한 연관관계가 존재하는지에 대한 실증분석 즉 파급경로분석도 매우 중요함을 보여준다. 이러한 파급경로분석에는 기존의 선형가정뿐만 아니라 비선형가정을 이용한 기술파급경로분석을 통한 시사점제안이 요구된다.관적인 시스템을 제공하는 것이다.가 생성된다. $M_{C}$에 CaC $l_2$를 첨가한 경우 $M_{C}$는 완전히 $M_{Cl}$ 로 전이를 하였다. $M_{Cl}$ 에 CaC $l_2$를 첨가하였을 경우에는 아무런 수화물의 변화는 발생하지 않았다. 따라서 CaS $O_4$.2$H_2O$를 CaC $O_3$및 CaC $l_2$와 반응시켰을 때의 AFm상의 안정성 순서는 $M_{S}$ < $M_{C}$< $M_{Cl}$ 로 된다.phy. A Study on the Properties of High-Fluidity Concrete with Low Binders Using Viscosity Agent (증점제를 사용한 저분체 고유동 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The practical applications of ordinary high-fluidity concrete have been limited due to several drawbacks, such as high hydration heat, high amount of shrinkage, and non-economic strength development. On the other hand, due to its advantages, such as improvement of construction quality, reduction of construction cost and period, the development of high-fluidity concrete is a pressing need. This study examined the properties of high-fluidity concrete, which can be manufactured on the low binders using a viscosity agent to prevent the segregation of materials. The optimal viscosity agent was selected by an evaluation of the mechanical properties of high-fluidity concrete among six viscosity agents. The acrylic type and urethane type viscosity agents showed the best performance within the range where no material separation occurred. The mechanical properties were evaluated to examine the optimal amount of AC and UT viscosity agent added by mixing two viscosity agents according to the adding ratio and blending them together with high performance water reducing agent. When the ratio of the AC : UT viscosity agents was 5:5, it was most suited for high-fluidity concrete with low binders by increasing the workability and effect of the reducing viscosity.

  • 80년대 초반에 등장한 퍼스널 컴퓨터에서부터 90년대에 급격히 확산된 클라이언트/서버 환경에 이르기까지 분산 컴퓨팅은 관리가 어렵다고 증명되었다. IBM의 Tivoli나 HP의 OpenView 등을 포함한 거대한 엔터프라이즈 관리 시스템 산업이 이러한 표면상의 극복하기 힘든 법칙처럼 여겨지는 것이 그 증거라고 하겠다. 이 후 무선의 개념이 등장했다.   • Superabsorbent Polymer (SAP) expands inside concrete by absorbing water and contracts as it discharges water. Through this process, concrete can achieve the internal curing effect, but the space occupied by the expanded SAP remains as a void. In this study, the effects of SAP internal curing and voids were evaluated by evaluating the fundamental properties and chloride penetration resistance of SAP mixed concrete. Also, to evaluate the internal curing effect by SAP, the tests were carried out under water and sealed curing conditions, respectively. From the result, the compressive strength of water curing did not differ significantly according to the mixing ratio of SAP. In the case of sealed curing, however, the compressive strength tended to increase as the mixing ratio of SAP increased. The internal curing effect of sealed curing was considered to have influenced the increase in compressive strength. In the case of the chloride diffusion coefficient, the diffusion coefficient tended to decrease as the mixing ratio of SAP increased. In particular, as the sealed curing is applied, the chloride penetration resistance is further improved due to internal curing effect. If the curing conditions are different, it is considered inappropriate to estimate the chloride penetration resistance by the surface electrical resistivity.

Crack and Time Effect on Chloride Diffusion Coefficient in Nuclear Power Plant Concrete with 1 Year Curing Period (1년 양생된 고강도 원전 콘크리트의 염화물 확산에 대한 균열 및 시간효과)

  • Concrete structure for nuclear power plant is mass concrete structure with large wall depth and easily permits cracking in early age due to hydration heat and drying shrinkage. It always needs cooling water so that usually located near to sea shore. The crack on concrete surface permits rapid chloride intrusion and also causes more rapid corrosion in the steel. In the study, the effect of age and crack width on chloride diffusion is evaluated for the concrete for nuclear power plant with 6000 psi strength. For the work, various crack widths with 0.0~1.4 mm are induced and accelerated diffusion test is performed for concrete with 56 days, 180days, and 365 days. With increasing crack width over 1.0mm, diffusion coefficient is enlarged to 2.7~3.1 times and significant reduction of diffusion is evaluated due to age effect. Furthermore, apparent diffusion coefficient and surface chloride content are evaluated for the concrete with various crack width exposed to atmospheric zone with salt spraying at the age of 180 days. The results are also analyzed with those from accelerated diffusion test.

  • Recycled fine aggregate has low quality because it contains large amount of old mortar. So, its usage is limited to a lower value-add, such as the roadbed material etc. Also, alkaline water occurred from treatment process of the waste concrete is becoming the cause of environmental problem. Accordingly, this study is to develop on the high quality recycled fine aggregate produced by low speed wet abraser using sulphuric. We investigated the properties of compressive strength of the mortar which was manufactured using recycled fine aggregate containing calcined gypsum produced by earlier mentioned process. Test results indicate that mortar using recycled fine aggregate containing calcined gypsum has lowest compressive strength. It seems that low compressive strength is closely associated with the expansion of the specimen by excessive formation of ettringite.

Residual Stresses Analysis due to Volumetric Changes in Long-term Autogenous Expansive Concrete (장기팽창성 콘크리트의 체적변화에 의한 잔류응력 해석)

  • This study is devoted to the problems of thermal and autogenous expansion stresses in order to avoid cracking using chemically prestressing method. The chemical prestress can be induced by autogenous expansion characteristics of MgO concrete made in specific burning temperature. The volume change induced cracking has great influence on the long-term durability and serviceability. To evaluate risk of cracking, the computer programs for analysis of thermal and autogenous expansion stresses were developed. In these 3-D finite element procedures, long-term autogenous expansive deformation is modeled and its resultant stress is calculated and then verified by comparison with manual calculation results. In this study, the stress development is related to thermal and autogenous expansive deformation. Using the developed program, residual stresses of MgO concrete were compared and analysed in the example From the numerical results it is found that long-term, and temperature dependent expansive concrete with light-burnt MgO is most effective in controlling the risk of cracking of mass concrete because it has high temperature for long period. The developed analysis program can be efficiently utilized as a useful tool to evaluate the thermal and autogenous expansion stresses in mass concrete structures with lightly burnt MgO.

  • In this study, the Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM) was investigated to utilize the bottom ash and fly ash generated in the Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustor (CFBC). It was confirmed that the CFBC fly ash (CFBC-F) and CFBC bottom ash (CFBC-B) had an irregular particle shape through SEM measurement. According to the results of the hazard analysis, it was also confirmed that they were environmentally safe. In the case of mixing with CFBC-F, the unit quantity was increased. Regarding the rate of change of length, shrinkage in the range of -0.05~0.50% occurred in the air dry curing condition and expansion in the range of 0.1~0.6% in the sealed curing condition. Compressive strength was increased in the sealed curing condition compared to the air dry curing condition because there was enough moisture for hydration reaction in the long term. Therefore, the results of this study are likely be used as basic research data of mine filler materials.

Durability Characteristics of Ternary Cement Matrix Using Ferronickel Slag According to the Alkali-Activators (알칼리 활성화제 종류별 페로니켈슬래그를 사용한 3성분계 시멘트 경화체의 내구특성)

  • This paper evaluates the mechanical properties and durability of cement matrix blended with mineral admixtures and ferronickel slag(FNS) powder which is an industrial b y-product during ferronickel smelting process. The hydration heat, pore structure, compressive strength, length change, rapid chloride penetration test(RCPT), and freezing and thawing resistance of ternary blended cement matrix were investigated and compared with ordinary portland cement matrix. The result showed that the compressive strength of ternary blended cement matrix using ferronickel slag powder and mineral mixture was low in strength compared to the reference concrete, but recovered to a certain extent by using alkali activator. Length change of cement mortar using FNS powder have shown less shrinkage occurs than the reference specimen. In addition, irrespective of using the alkali-activators, all ternary mix are indicative of the 'very low' range for chloride ion penetrability according to the ASTM C 1202, and the freeze-thaw resistance also showed excellent results.

Elastic Behavior of Zeolite Mesolite under Hydrostatic Pressure (제올라이트 메소라이트의 수압 하 탄성특성)

  • Powder diffraction patterns of the zeolite mesolite ($Na_{5.33}Ca_{5.33}Al_{16}Si_{24}O_{80}{\cdot}21.33H_2O$), with a natrolite framework topology were measured as a function of pressure up to 5.0 GPa using a diamond-anvil cell and a $200{\mu}m$-focused monochromatic synchrotron X-ray. Under the hydrostatic conditions mediated by pore-penetrating alcohol and water mixture, the elastic behavior of mesolite is characterized by continuous volume expansion between ca. 0.5 and 1.5 GPa, which results from expansion in the ab-plane and contraction along the c-axis. Subsequent to this anomalous behavior, changes in the powder diffraction patterns suggest possible reentrant order-disorder transition. The ordered layers of sodium- and calcium-containing channels in a 1:2 ratio along the b-axis attribute to the $3b_{natrolite}$ cell below 1.5 GPa. When the volume expansion is completed above 1.5 GPa, such characteristic ordering reflections disappear and the $b_{natrolite}$ cell persists with marginal volume contraction up to ca. 2.5 GPa. Further increase in pressure leads to progressive volume contraction and appears to generate another set of superlattice reflections in the $3c_{natrolite}$ cell. This suggests that mesolite in the pressure-induced hydration state experiences order-disorder-order transition involving the motions of sodium and calcium cations either through cross-channel diffusion or within the respective channels.
