Calculating Data and Artificial Neural Network Capability (데이터와 인공신경망 능력 계산)

  • Recently, various uses of artificial intelligence have been made possible through the deep artificial neural network structure of machine learning, demonstrating human-like capabilities. Unfortunately, the deep structure of the artificial neural network has not yet been accurately interpreted. This part is acting as anxiety and rejection of artificial intelligence. Among these problems, we solve the capability part of artificial neural networks. Calculate the size of the artificial neural network structure and calculate the size of data that the artificial neural network can process. The calculation method uses the group method used in mathematics to calculate the size of data and artificial neural networks using an order that can know the structure and size of the group. Through this, it is possible to know the capabilities of artificial neural networks, and to relieve anxiety about artificial intelligence. The size of the data and the deep artificial neural network are calculated and verified through numerical experiments.

Interpretation of Simultaneous Nitrification & Denitrification Reaction by Modifying Activated Sludge Models(ASMs) (활성슬러지 모델 수정을 통한 동시 질산화.탈질 반응 해석)

  • Simultaneous nitrification and denitrification means that nitrification and denitrification occur concurrently in the same reaction vessel under low DO concentration. Some mathematical models developed to simulate simultaneous nitrification and denitrification reaction, but they have the complex model structures or have limitations of model application. To solve these problems, if possible that predict the behavior of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification reaction by activated sludge model, structures of the model is less complex than previous models and applies the various operation conditions. But original activated sludge models have difficulties in representing the denitrification reaction under aerobic condition. So the aim of this study is to interpret simultaneous nitrification and denitrification reaction by modifying activated sludge model. Original activated sludge model No.1(ASM1) was selected and modified. The simulation result in modified ASM1 predicted appropriately for the measured data. This indicates the structures of ASM1 are properly improved for interpretation of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification reaction.

Consideration on industry department test of vocational education area in college scholastic ability test (대학수학능력시험 직업탐구영역 공업계열 출제 문항에 관한 고찰)

  • The purpose of this study was to present improvement directions of college scholastic ability test on industry department. Industry department test were classify and abstracted sampling test on contents and movement domain, analyzed example items of college scholastic ability test on industry department. Research methods used in this study were review of related literature, the item analysis and item pattern analysis between college scholastic ability test on introduction to industry and curriculum, contents of textbook. After finding a problem of developing items, trying to find a solution to the problem and developing an up-to-date method of items was to present improvement. Based on the result of the study, some recommendations for future researches were made as follows: First, a phenomenon of making same contents items over again and no making items not on made the items ever have to cut. Second, Time to read and make sense of items have to reduce because depend on the degree of difficulty related on time to understand of items. Third, the depth of textbook contents has to develop on curriculum this year. Fourth, the succeeding study on linkage between college scholastic ability test and simulation of college scholastic ability test. Fifth, verification validity on contents of new movement domain is developed new and striking test items.

An Analysis of Elementary School Teacher's Knowledge of Concept of Equality (초등학교 교사의 등호 개념에 관한 지식분석 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate teacher's knowledge of concept of equality and derive implications about proper teaching methods. To solve these study problems, three elementary school teachers are chosen for this study, and a pencil-and paper tests for comprehension of the equality concept targeting 72 students for elementary school that the teachers are in charge of the students was carried out. Also, The semi-structured interview(using a questionnaire) was conducted for analyzing of the teachers' knowledge of the equality concept. The findings are as follows. First, during the lesson, the teachers' reading of equal sign has a decisive effect on the students' the way of reading. Second, teachers tend to interpret the concept of equality as a systematic analysis rather than a relational analysis, and use a equal sign focusing on meaning of 'same result'. So, Students also can't interpret the concept of equality as a relational analysis. Third, under the influence of teacher's feedback or reaction, making the mistake of the using equal sign of students reoccurred continually. Fourth, teachers misjudged some of examples of the nonstandard context equation for teaching elementary school students. Furthermore, during the lesson, they usually used a limited equality context. So, students can't have a chance to learn equality in a plenty of context. Thus, the knowledge of teachers and their lesson has decisive influence on the comprehension of students about the equality concept. So, Teacher has to focus on the meaning of the equality as a relational analysis and teach them in a plenty of context. With this, lots of study and in-service training are needed to enhance knowledge of teachers. And more of lesson programs and materials have to provided on the instruction manual for teaching the meaning of the equality.

  • Smart Grid is the next-generation intelligent power grid that maximizes energy efficiency with the convergence of IT technologies and the existing power grid. Smart Grid is created solution for standardization and interoperability. Smart Grid industry enables consumers to check power rates in real time for active power consumption. It also enables suppliers to measure their expected power generation load, which stabilizes the operation of the power system. Smart industy was ecolved actively cause Wireless communication is being considered for AMI system and wireless communication using ZigBee sensor has been applied in various industly. In this paper, we proposed efficient addressing scheme for improving the performance of the routing algorithm using ZigBee in Smart Grid environment. A distributed address allocation scheme used an existing algorithm has wasted address space. Therefore proposing x, y coordinate axes from divide address space of 16 bit to solve this problem. Each node was reduced not only bitwise but also multi hop using the coordinate axes while routing than Cskip algorithm. I compared the performance between the standard and the proposed mechanism through the numerical analysis. Simulation verify performance about decrease averaging multi hop count that compare proposing algorithm and another. The numerical analysis results show that proposed algorithm reduce multi hop than ZigBee distributed address assignment and another.

  • In the field of number and operation of mathematics, a learner's learning deficit in one year can disturb or obstruct his or her learning in the following year, which is an obvious characteristic in math education. But the problem doesn't stop here. It may increase poor learning in the related math field or, in a serious case, cause mathematical learning incompetence. In the other hand, a teacher must guide a class of about 40 students and take charge of overburdensome routine; it's really impossible for him or her to secure individual teaching time for poor learners and to give lessons considering their individual poor learning elements. In order to solve these problems, this study has found out some poor learning elements from poor learners in teaching mathematical number and operation, offered learning fit for them, and allowed them to approach a learning system regardless of time and space. And it has embodied a web-based learning system for operation field underachiever in elementary school, applied it to the scene of education, and analyzed the results so that a teacher may manage their learning results by DB and guide poor learners systematically. As a consequence, the study could reduce a teacher's teaching overburden and at the same time, raise the learning accomplishments of poor learners.

Ion Compositional Existence Forms of PM10 in Seoul Area (서울지역 미세먼지(PM10) 중 이온성분의 존재형태 추정)

  • Particulate matter (PM) has emitted in many regions of the world and is causing many health-related problems. Thus reasonable politics and solutions are needed to reduce PM in Seoul. Further it is required to clearly explain the major portions of chemical components contained in $PM_{10}$ to figure out the characteristics of $PM_{10}$, and to develop effective reduction measures in order to decrease the adverse effects of $PM_{10}$. $PM_{10}$ samples were collected in Seoul and analyzed their ions to examine the physical and chemical characteristics of ionic species. Since hydrogen ion ($H^+$) and carbonate ion (${CO_3}^{2-}$)) cannot be analyzed by Ion chromatography (IC), concentrations of $H^+$ and ${CO_3}^{2-}$ were initially estimated by pH and equivalent differences between anions and cations in this study. Starting from the study findings, good combination results for compositional patterns between anions and cations were obtained by applying a mathematical modelling technique that was based on the mass balance principle. The ions in $PM_{10}$ were combined with $H^+$, ${CO_3}^{2-}$, and supplement for $NO_3{^-}$, $Cl^-$ formed such compounds $NH_4Cl$, $NH_4NO_3$, $CaSO_4$, $(NH_4)_2SO_4$, $NaNO_3$, NaCl, $Na_2CO_3$, and $(NH_4)_2CO_3$ in the study area.

  • In this paper, we investigate the part dealing with algebra in Hong Gil Ju's GiHaSinSul to analyze his algebraic structure. The book consists of three parts. In the first part SangChuEokSan, he just renames Die jie hu zheng(疊借互徵) in Shu li jing yun to SangChuEokSan and adds a few examples. In the second part GaeBangMongGu, he obtains the following identities: $$n^2=n(n-1)+n=2S_{n-1}^1+S_n^0;\;n^3=n(n-1)(n+1)+n=6S_{n-1}^2+S_n^0$$; $$n^4=(n-1)n^2(n+1)+n(n-1)+n=12T_{n-1}^2+2S_{n-1}^1+S_n^0$$; $$n^5=2\sum_{k=1}^{n-1}5S_k^1(1+S_k^1)+S_n^0$$ where $S_n^0=n,\;S_n^{m+1}={\sum}_{k=1}^nS_k^m,\;T_n^1={\sum}_{k=1}^nk^2,\;and\;T_n^2={\sum}_{k=1}^nT_k^1$, and then applies these identities to find the nth roots $(2{\leq}n{\leq}5)$. Finally in JabSwoeSuCho, he introduces the quotient ring Z/(9) of the ring Z of integers to solve a system of congruence equations and also establishes a geometric procedure to obtain golden sections from a given one.

Relationship between Music Cognitive Skills and Academic Skills (음악의 인지기술과 학습 기술과의 관계)

  • Melody is defined as adding spatial dimension to the rhythm which is temporal concept. Being able to understand melodic pattern and to reproduce the pattern also requires cognitive skills. Since 1980, there has been much research on the relationship between academic skills and music cognitive skills, and how to transfer the skills learned in music work to the academic learning. The study purported to examine various research outcomes dealing with the correlational and causal relationships between musical and academic skills. The two dominating theories explaining the connection between two skills ares are "neural theory" and "near transfer theory." The theories focus mainly on the transference of spatial and temporal reasoning which are reinforced in the musical learning. The study reviewed the existing meta-analysis studies, which provided evidence for positive correlation between academic and musical skills, and significance of musical learning in academic skills. The study further examined specific skills area that musical learning is correlated, such as mathematics and reading. The research stated that among many mathematical concepts, proportional topics have the strongest correlation with musical skills. Also with reading, temporal processing also has strong relationship with auditory skills and motor skills, and further affect language and literacy ability. The study suggest that skills learned in the musical work can be transferred to other areas of learning and structured music activities may be every efficient for children for facilitating academic concepts.

A Distributed address allocation scheme based on three-dimensional coordinate for efficient routing in WBAN (WBAN 환경에서 효율적인 라우팅을 위한 3차원 좌표 주소할당 기법의 적용)

  • The WBAN technology means a short distance wireless network which provides each device interactive communication by connecting devices inside and outside of body. Standardization on the physical layer, data link layer, network layer and application layer is in progress by IEEE 802.15.6 TG BAN. Wireless body area network is usually configured in energy efficient using sensor and zigbee device due to the power limitation and the characteristics of human body. Wireless sensor network consist of sensor field and sink node. Sensor field are composed a lot of sensor node and sink node collect sensing data. Wireless sensor network has capacity of the self constitution by protocol where placed in large area without fixed position.
