Responses of a roll-pitch coupled nonlinear system to the primary resonance of the roll mode (횡동요 모드와 주공진 된 횡-종동요연성 비선형계의 응답)

  • 비성형 동력학계로 모델링된 부유수송체의 동적응답을 조사하고 그 운동의 안정성을 해석하였다. 종동요 모우드의 고유주파수가 횡동요 모우드의 고유주파수의 두배가 되는, 즉, 2:1 내부공진 혹은 자기계수공진인 조건하에서, 이부유수송체는 한 운동 모우드의 직접가진에 의해 간접가진된 다른 모우드가 대진폭 응답을 보일 수 있음을 밝혔다. 또항, 종동요 모우드의 감쇠력은 비교적 넓은 범위의 운동에 대해 선형적임에 반해, 횡동요 모우드의 감쇠력은 점성의 영향이 대단히 커서 비선형성이 대단히 강한 것으로 알려져 왔다. 이 문제를 수학적으로 모델링하기 위하여, 종동요 모우드의 운동방정식에는 선형및 제곱형의 합의 형태인 감쇠력 모형을 사용하였다. 다중척도법을 사용하여 이 두가지 운동 모우드의 주기적 응답및 그의 안정성에 미치는 제곱형 비선형 횡동요 감쇠력의 영향을 밝혔다. 조우주기가 횡동요 모우드의 고유주기와 근사한 경우에 대하여 이 비선형계의 응답을 구하고 주파수-응답 곡선으로 나타내었다.

  • 컴퓨터 생성 홀로그램(CGH: computer generated hologram) 기법은 기존의 광학계 장치와 변수들을 수학적으로 모델링하여 일반 범용 컴퓨터(PC: personal computer)로도 디지털 홀로그램을 생성할 수 있는 기술이다. 이 기술은 디지털 홀로그램의 해상도와 3D 물체의 광원 수에 따라 알고리즘의 연산량이 좌우되기 때문에, 실용적인 사용을 위해서 알고리즘의 연산량을 낮추거나 하드웨어의 연산 속도를 높이는 연구가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 초다광원 3D 물체의 디지털 홀로그램을 고속으로 생성할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 한 개의 서버 PC와 다수의 클라이언트 PC들로 구성되어 있으며, 이들은 일반적으로 사용되는 범용 GPU (graphic processing unit)가 장착되어 있다. 서버에서 3D 물체의 광원을 스캔하여 데이터화 하고, 클라이언트 PC들의 연산 능력에 따라 광원 데이터를 분할하여 클라이언트들에게 각각 전송한다. 각각의 클라이언트들은 전송받은 데이터를 이용해 다중 GPU 기반의 CGH 연산을 수행하여 간섭 패턴들을 생성하고, 생성된 패턴들은 다시 서버 PC로 재전송된다. 서버 PC로 재전송 된 패턴들이 하나로 누적되면 디지털 홀로그램이 생성된다. 본 실험에서, 기존의 방법으로는 139,655개의 광원에 대해 $1,024{\times}1,024$ 해상도의 홀로그램을 생성하는데 약 2,250 ms가 걸린 반면, 제안하는 방법은 약 478 ms의 속도로 생성할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, these setting can be useful in the microprocessor and sensor that designed to improve the efficiency of the photovoltaic system the photovoltaic position tracker device, and compared the normal photovoltaic system of fixed form with the photovoltaic system of solar position tracked form. Moreover, this is compared the catalogue of solar cell module and the simulation through a mathematics modelling with the solar cell's characteristic interpreting and that is composed an power conversion system with boost converter and voltage source inverter. This device can be used to the constant voltage control method for maximum power point tracking in boost converter control. Experiment Results is shown that using a SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) control method in inverter control.

  • There are two ways to connect an LCL filter in a grid-connected VSI. A wye connected LCL filter is general way, and the other is a delta connected LCL filter. While a model of a system with a wye connected LCL filter is calculated, a model of a system with a delta connected LCL filter is not formulated. Thus, we propose a mathematical model of a system with a delta connected LCL filter. Also, a comparative study of capacitor current harmonics of a delta connected LCL filter and a wye connected LCL filter is included. Experimental results exhibit that it is advantageous to control grid currents for a system with a delta connected LCL filter.

  • 본 논문에서는 수학적 모델링과 성능 분석을 통해 LVDC 용 3상 Dual Active Bridge (DAB) 컨버터의 효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 다양한 방법에 대해서 제안하고자 한다. 3상 DAB 컨버터의 경우 양방향 전력 변환을 필요로 하는 고전력 응용에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 이는 3상 DAB 컨버터가 영전압 스위칭이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 단상 DAB 컨버터 대비 낮은 도통 손실을 가질 수 있기 때문이다. 고전압/고전류 응용의 경우 대부분 능동 소자로 IGBT가 사용되는데, 따라서 대전력 응용에서 3상 DAB 컨버터의 영전압 스위칭이 가능한 장점을 퇴색시키고, 높은 스위칭 손실을 야기한다. 뿐만 아니라 3상 DAB 컨버터의 경우 고부하 상태에서 높은 순환 전류로 인해 도통 손실이 증가한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상기의 단점을 극복하기 위하여 IGBT의 턴-오프 전류를 최소화 시키고, RMS 전류를 낮출 수 있는 설계 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 모의시험과 5 kW급 시작품을 이용한 실험결과를 통해 제안하고자 하는 설계 방법의 타당성을 검증하고자 한다.

Computer Simulation of an Automotive Engine Cooling System (자동차 엔진 냉각시스템의 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션)

  • An automotive engine cooling system is closely related with overall engine performances, such as reduction of fuel consumption, decrease of air pollution, and increase of engine life. Because of complex reaction between each component, the direct experiment, using a vehicle, takes high cost, long time, and slow response to the system change. Therefore, a computer simulation would provide the designer with an inexpensive and effective tool for design, development, and optimization of the engine cooling system over a wide range of operating conditions. In this work, it has been predicted the thermal performance of the engine cooling system in cases of stationary mode, constant speed mode, and city-drive mode by mathematical modelling of each component and numerical analysis. The components are engine, radiator, heater, thermostat, water pump, and cooling fans. Since the engine model is the most important, that is divided into eight sub-sections. The volume mean temperature of eight sub-sections are simultaneously calculated at a time. For detail calculation, the radiator and heater are also divided into many sub-sections like control volumes in finite difference method. Each sub-section is assumed to consist of three parts, coolant, tube with fin, and air. Hence it has been developed the simulation program that can be used in case of design and system configuration changes. The overall performance results obtained by the program were desirable and the time-traced tendencies of the results agreed fairly well with those of actual situations.

  • This paper was proposed drive strategy Induction Motor using the fuzzy algorithm of auto-tuning PID control. In fuzzy control, the 1M driving system is controlled in trial and error without the mathematical modeling and using fuzzy lookup table the real time control is possible. Also, ,dividing the fuzzy rules in several zone, the stability and response of the 1M driving system is improved. The parameters of 1M are varying according to the environmental conditions, the variance of the parameters is affected with the driving characteristics of 1M. Using the fuzzy algorithm of the driving system which has the auto tuning control function for high performance, high accuracy of the driving system, a designed and proposed through the comparision with the PID control method and the driving characteristics is reviewed and analyzed.

Study on the Maneuverability of Barge by Captive Model Test (구속모형실험을 통한 부선의 조종성능 추정)

  • For the tug-barge simulation, captive model test(Horizontal Planar Motion Mechanism) of the barge model is carried out. From the result of HPMM test, a resistance coefficient, maneuvering coefficients of the barge are obtained. A mathmatical model of the barge is validated by turning simulations with different angle of towing line applied a simple towing line model and the tactical diameter compared to sea trial data. As a result, the tactical diameter of the barge is smaller as the angle of towing line is bigger. The tactical diameter from simulations is smaller than that from sea trial data, may be caused by increased displacement of the barge.

  • In this study, simulation of an underwater platform system which is able to perform the underwater test is implemented to predict its dynamic characteristics. Accordingly, its governing equations are derived to construct the mathematical model. From the proposed model, the time in flooding and the pressure of ballast tank in blowing air to come up are predicted. In addition, simulation of the stability of the system for repulsive force of the tube by compressed air is carried out. Their results will be used to select valves, air tanks as well as design the system including ballast tanks. And they will help users operate it efficiently.

  • Despite the well-known mathematical model of fixed-wing aircraft, there are various studies to meet desired performances by considering the modeling errors in the extended flight envelope. This paper proposes a new adaptation mechanism of model-reference adaptive control, which applies the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm to the pitch attitude control of fixed-wing UAV. In addition, reference model in the adaptation law is set by referring to the dynamic properties of the plant model. The performance of the proposed adaptive control law is verified through simulations and flight tests.
