관계형 데이터베이스를 사용하는 응용시스템들은 어플리케이션 소스 코드에 내재된 SQL을 통하여 데이터를 액세스하게 되며, SQL을 통한 데이터베이스 액세스 성능은 응용시스템의 성능에 결정적인 영향을 미치기 때문에, 관계형 데이터베이스시스템의 튜닝에 대해서는 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 데이터베이스시스템 튜닝을 통해 얻은 성능 수준은 응용시스템의 변경이나 데이터 저장량 증가 등 여러 요인에 의해 다시 저하될 수 있으며, 이와 같은 성능 수준의 변화를 정량적으로 관리하면서 최소 비용으로 성능 수준을 유지할 수 있도록 튜닝 시점을 결정하는 방법에 대한 연구는 현재까지 연구된 바가 없다. 이 논문에서 제시하는 DB 성능지수와 이를 이용한 데이터베이스시스템의 성능관리 모델은 특정 벤더에 종속되지 않고 성능수준을 정량화함으로써 이해관계자들에게 성능 수준의 변화를 가시적으로 보이고 데이터베이스 관리자의 성능관리 및 튜닝 시점 판단을 지원하여 일정 수준의 성능을 유지할 수 있는 방법으로 활용될 수 있다.

This paper estimated the technical specialization of UAV system by analyzing related patents. For that, variable indicators such as patent numbers regarding country, subsystem technic, periods and revealed number of patents are used in this paper. RPA and PII index are also used to estimate technical specialization of the coutry. Positive RPA value means superior competitiveness, and vice versa. PII means the quality of the patent. PII value more than 1 means that the quality of the patent is better than others, Otherwise the quality of the patent is worse. This paper estimated the specialization of technologies among countries using above two index.

Information Culture Index (ICI) is the quantitative value that represents people's information literacy levels. Also, it diagnoses the people's knowledge, ethics, emotion, and practice synthetically. As the Internet and cell phone addiction have been increasing when people access information on the web recently, it is necessary to analyze the meaning of the ICI from the Internet and cell phone addiction perspectives and to confirm if it goes well in the right direction. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of the people who have high ICIs. At the same time, we perform the statistical analysis combining ICIs with the Internet and the cell-phone addiction levels. In particular, the meaning of the Information Practicing factor, which is one of the ICI factors, is examined. By doing these, we confirm if the current ICI works correctly or not, and propose a better way for measuring ICIs. In order to do these, we survey and analyze data with basic statistical methods and structural equation model.

Higher quality level is generally perceived by customers as improved performance by assigning a correspondingly higher satisfaction score. Usually, the quality level is measured by process capability indices. The index is used to determine whether a production process is capable of producing items within a specified tolerance. Some useful process capability indices $C_p$, $C_{pk}$ and $C_{pm}$ have been widely used in six sigma industries to assess process performance. Most evaluations on process capability indices focus on point estimates, which may result in unreliable assessments of process performance. It is necessary to investigate their asymptotic correlationship among process capability indices $\hat{C}_p$, $\hat{C}_{pk}$ and $\hat{C}_{pm}$. In this paper, we study their asymptotic correlationship for some process capability indices $\hat{C}_p$, $\hat{C}_{pk}$ and $\hat{C}_{pm}$ under the normal process.

다양해진 응용서비스들만큼이나 다양해진 사용자 인증 메커니즘들이 등장하였다. 이들은 강한 인증 기능을 제공하기 위해 종종 여러 메커니즘들이 혼합되어 사용되기도 한다. 각기 다른 인증메커니즘들은 각각의 특성에 따라 다른 신뢰수준을 갖기 때문에 여러 인증방식들 간의 신뢰수준을 비교할 수 있는 지표가 필요하다. 본 논문은 사용자인증 수단의 신뢰도를 가늠하기 위해 인증신뢰지수를 적용하는 방안과 다중사용자인증시스템에서 인증신뢰지수를 계산하는 알고리즘에 대해 제안한다.

우리나라의 수자원 정책은 1960~80년대까지 성장 중심으로 추진되어 왔으나 환경오염, 소득 양극화 등의 여러 한계(the Limit to Growth)에 부딪히면서 성장과 함께 환경과 복지를 고려한 정책이 대두되기 시작하였다. 물분야는 수량과 수질 인프라에 지속적 투자를 통해 상수도 보급률은 97%, 하수도 보급률은 94%까지 향상되었으나, 물 서비스에 대한 계층·지역·세대 간 격차와 불평 등은 여전히 존재하고 있다. 따라서 증거기반에 입각한 전국민의 보편적 물복지 정책 실현을 위해서는 정량적 평가에 의한 물복지 수준 진단이 필요하다. 본 연구는 우리나라의 물복지 수준진단을 위한 지표와 지수체계의 개발 및 분석을 통하여 지자체의 물복지 상황을 진단하고, 이에 따른 물복지 정책을 진단하고자 한다.

The Residential Building Cost Index which presents price variation of construction resources required in a residential building project in single value, has been compiled to evaluate appropriate level of the price variation. This research reviewed the compilation methodology for Residential Building Cost Index based on comparative analysis on domestic statistics and proposed the Residential Building Cost Index through a variety of case studies. It would facilitate monitoring the price variation of a residential building cost and contributes to enhancing the applicability of construction cost data.

본 논문에서는 전력시스템의 정적 안전도수준(Steady-state Security Level)을 평가할 수 있는 안전도 지수를 전력시스템의 영향을 반영하는 가중치를 고려하여 보다 개선된 안전도 지수를 제안한다. 먼저, N-1선로사고를 가정하여 각 선로가 계통에 미치는 영향과 각 선로의 사고로 인해 모선 전압의 변동량을 분석하여 각각 안전도 지수들의 가중치를 산정한다. 이때, 가중치의 표준화를 위해 분포도(Distribution Chart)를 활용한다. 가중치가 적용된 안전도 지수는 이를 고려하지 않은 안전도 지수보다 더욱 계통상황을 잘 반영할 것이며, 전력계통 운영 상태를 나타내는 중요한 지표로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study proposes a new classification system and analysis methodology for time delay risk of apartment projects. And this study proposes the classification of major trades and risk level and risk index by performing expert-oriented interview and survey report on a national scale. The purpose of this study is to present basic data for time delay risk management system through the analysis of risk level, risk index and rank of major 5 trades(earth work, structure work, masonry work, window and door/glass work, and interior finish work) in apartment projects.

As interest in advanced countries regarding the convergence technology development increases, a methodology for identifying the core convergence technology that has a large spill-over effect on the technology and industry is required for the nation's competitiveness enhancement in the convergence technology field. Based on patent citation network analysis using 1,124 USPTO patents in the ICT convergence technology field of the smart factory, this study examined the proposed heterogeneous technology convergence index as a tool for measuring the convergence characteristics of the spillovers compared to other indexes (i.e. other sector ratio index and homogeneous technology convergence index). The proposed heterogeneous technology convergence index was used to investigate core technology sectors among ICT technology sectors of smart factory identified by government ministries. Results found 6 core ICT convergence technology sectors including the manufacturing execution analysis application sector. Also, this study conducted blockmodeling analysis using the IPC codes of patents in the manufacturing execution analysis application sector, and identified that the blocks representing the electronic communication and electric digital data processing technology sectors (Block 3 & 4) are related technology sectors which can be converged with core technology. Based on the findings, the implications for the convergence technology development planning of the smart factory field are discussed.
