오늘날 정보기술은 항만 운영을 위한 필수적인 기술에 해당되며 항만의 경쟁력을 가늠하는 척도로도 항만의 정보화 수준은 매우 중요한 가치를 지닌다. 그러나, 항만의 정보화 수준에 대한 연구는 아직까지 매우 부족하고 최근의 수행된 선행연구의 경우에도 정보화 수준을 평가하는 지수를 개발하는데 주안점을 두고 있어, 컨테이너 터미널들의 실질적인 정보화 수준의 측정과 분석에 관한 연구가 결여되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 첨에 주목하여, 우리나라 주요 터미널의 정보화 수준을 분석하고, 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 지수모텔에서 고려되지 못했던 계층간 상호중복성 등을 고려하여 보다 명확한 지수모델을 수립하여 주요 컨테이너 터미널의 정보화 수준을 분석하였다.

연관성 척도값은 연관성 분석 대상이 고빈도인지 저빈도인지 여부에 따른 영향을 받는데, 연관성 척도마다 주로 높은 연관성으로 판정하는 대상의 빈도수준이 다양하게 나타난다. 이런 연관성 척도의 빈도수준 선호경향을 수치로 나타낼 수 있다면 연관성 척도를 사용하는 실험이나 분석에서 시행착오나 시간낭비를 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해서 연관성 척도의 빈도수준 선호지수(FLPI)를 개발하였다. 개발된 빈도수준 선호지수는 연관성 척도와 출현빈도 사이의 상관성을 이용하는 것으로서 연관성 척도를 적용하는 실험이나 분석의 효율을 높이는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 한국의 항공교통 문화수준을 가늠할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 차원에서 항공교통문화지수를 도입하였으며 연구방법으로는 전문가의 설문을 통한 델파이기법과 AHP기법을 사용하여 항공사, 공항, 이용자의 영역별 항목별 가중치를 산정한 후 합산하여 항공교통문화지수를 산출하였다. 지수에 대한 평가는 위에서 언급한 세 분야의 세부항목을 설정하고 각 항목별 모니터링을 통하여 계량화하였다. 객관적이고 보편타당한 평가를 위해 국제민간 항공관련 기관에서 사용하는 기준을 중심으로 산출된 항공교통문화 지수를 통해 한국의 항공교통문화 수준을 판단하려는 시도가 이루어졌다.

실시간으로 건물의 소방시스템에 대한 관리를 위해서는 어느 부분에서 이상상태가 나타났다고 한다면, 그 부분에서 이상이 발생되었기 때문에 부분적, 그리고 전체적으로 화재안 전성능수준이 얼마나 하락되었는지를 나타 낼 수 있는 성능지수의 계산 체계가 필요하다. 이러한 성능지수의 체계는 정보를 받아보는 사람들이 시스템에서 발생된 이상이 전체적인 안전수준 하락에 얼마나 영향을 주는 것인지를 쉽게 인지할 수 있도록 하는 데에 기여할 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 건물의 화재안전수준을 나타내는 효율지표로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 광대역규모의 소방 관리에서도 활용도 높은 지수로 사용될 것이라 생각된다. 본 지수 산정체계는 U-건물 소방방화시설관리 운용시스템의 성능 효율지수 산정을 위한 시스템으로 개발되었다.

Recently ITs(Information Technologies} have been as essential methods for port operation. However, despite of the importance of ITs, there has not been any research that evaluate and analyze current level of ITs performance and their utilizations. Thus, objective of this study is to develop integrated indicators to evaluate current level of ITs performance and their utilizations in container terminal. To confirm the effectiveness of the suggested indicators, current level of ITs performance in a container terminal was measured, and then some implications based on findings were presented.

SCI(E)논문은 국가연구개발사업으로부터 도출되는 대표적 1차 산출 성과이며, R&D활동의 흐름을 파악할 수 있는 가장 중요한 지표 중 하나이다. 우리나라는 1980년대 50위권에 머물렀던 SCI(E)논문수가 1990년대를 거치면서 비약적으로 확대되었고, 최근 양적 규모 면에서는 세계 12위 수준을 유지할 만큼 괄목한 만한 성장을 이루었다. 최근 이러한 양적 확대 속에서, 논문의 질적 수준이 정체되고 있다는 문제점이 종종 거론되고 있다. 따라서 우리나라의 SCI(E)논문 성과가 가지는 질적 수준을 평가하기 위해 다양한 노력이 있어 왔다. 대표적인 SCI(E)논문의 질적 지표로 논문 피인용횟수와 저널 영향력지수가 있다. 그러나 이러한 지표는 학문 분야간 인용 특성을 반영하지 못하므로, 국내 연구자 사이에서도 다양한 순위보정영향력지수를 개발하고자 하는 시도가 있어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 그간 개발된 순위보정영향력지수를 추가적으로 보완하여, 보다 의미 있는 지표를 도출하고자 하였으며, 해당 지표를 국가연구개발사업 SCI(E)논문 성과에 적용하여 우리나라 SCI(E)논문 성과의 질적 수준을 검토하였다.

A descriptive research is studied to identify the physical factors affecting to cognitive function among elderly residents over 65 years old in a community. The data were collected from 352 participants as part of a health-related survey by home visits in Seoul in 2010-2012. Their cognitive function was measured using the Korean form of Hasegawa Dementia Scale(HDS-K) and the collected data were analyzed by using t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. From the analysis, the prevalence rate of cognitive impairment was 13.6%. Elderly residents in a community showed different cognition levels by the status of age, change of weight, change of BMI, walking and flexibility exercise. Especially, the lowest cognition level was found in the normal BMI group with decreased BMI change by over 3. The factors influencing on cognition level of the elderly with normal BMI were age, change of weight, change of BMI, and walking exercise. The variance indicated 12.2% as their cognition level. Therefore, for preventing the cognitive impairment of the elderly that were rapidly decreased of BMI, we need the program to manage their nutrition and walking exercise.

Forecasting of short-term employment fluctuations provides a useful tool for policy makers in risk managing the labor market. Following the process of producing the composite leading indicator for macro economy, the paper develops the employment leading indicator(ELI) for the purpose of short-term forecasting non-farm payroll employment in private sectors. ELI focuses on early detecting the point of time and the speed in phase change of employment level.

본 논문에서는 UPFC가 포함된 전력계통의 부하수준을 고려하여 각각의 수준에 적합한 계통 운용 목적을 달성하기 위한 UPFC 운전법을 제안하였다. 최적조류계산에 적용이 용이한 분리형 UPFC 수리 모형을 채택하여 부하수준이 낮은 경부하나 평균부하에서는 경제 우선으로 발전비용과 손실을 최소화하였고, 사고시 과부하, 모선 저전압 문제 둥이 발생할 가능성이 높은 중부하에서는 안전도 우선으로 안전도 지수를 최소화하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 UPFC 3기가 설치된 6기 30모선 계통에 적용하여 경부하에서는 발전비용과 손실 최소화를 통하여 비용절감 효과를 정량적으로 나타내었다. 평균부하의 경우, 사고전에는 비용최소화를, 사고후에는 안전도지수를 최소화하였다. 중부하에서는 사고에 대비하여 UPFC 운전으로 안전도지수를 최소화하였다.

Currently, ITs(Information Technologies} performances have been recognized as an essential tool for terminal operations. However, there have been little research that analyze level of ITs performance on port operation. Thus, the aim of this research is to analyze current level of ITs performance of major container terminals in Busan and Gwangyang. To achieve this objective, we developed HFP-based index that improve pervious indicator for evaluation of ITs performance. And then, level of ITs performance of four major container terminals were measured by the collected data through face to face interviews. Finally, through this analysis, some findings including weaknesses of ITs performance and implications were discussed.
