It is natural that firms would like to increase their profits and value through customer satisfaction (CS). It is therefore important for the academic and practical purposes to investigate the relationship between CS and firm's performance. Previous studies about this relationship have examined mainly the current effect of CS on firm's performance. According to the research that many marketing activities have dynamic effects over time, however, the dynamic effect of CS on firm's performance needs to be tested. Failure to assess the dynamic effects might lead to the underestimation of the impact of CS. This study thus attempts to investigate the dynamic effects of CS on firm's profitability and value by panel data analysis. The results show that CS has dynamic effects on firm's profitability and value. There was a significant improvement in model fit compared with the model examining the current effects only. On the other hand, it was difficult to interpret the estimation results of the alternative model incorporating two lagged variables of CS, and there was also a multicollinearity problem.

최근 대재해 발생의 증가 추세에 따라 손실이 증가되고 담보력이 축소되어 보험손실액이 매년 증가하고 있다. 세계 재보험업계가 대형 재해 및 배상책임 보험 클레임 증가로 인해 이중고를 겪고 있기에 대형위험의 요율 인상이 불가피한 실정이다. 이러한 경색화 상황 속에서 국내 보험사 간의 거래 확대와 더불어 수익성을 고려한 적정한 위험도 평가와 기술적 내부 역량 확대가 요구되고 있다.

기술력평가는 기술사업화 주체가 기술을 사용하여 수익을 창출할 수 있는 능력을 평가하기 위한 것으로, 국내 기술성 평가기관들이 각자 독자적인 평가 모형을 활용하여 평가를 수행해오고 있다. 특히 최근에 개발된 해양 및 수산 산업 분야의 기술력 평가모형은 타 산업 대비 열악한 기술개발 환경과 연구개발 성과를 대상으로 평가를 수행해오면서 기존의 평가체계 내에서는 많은 평가대상 기술들이 부적합 판정을 받아오고 있었다. 이러한 것은 기존 평가체계가 타 산업에서 활용되고 있는 공통적인 평가지표와 평가척도를 유사 또는 동일하게 사용하면서 발생되는 문제점으로 인식되었고, 또한 해양 및 수산 산업의 특수성이 반영되지 않은 평가체계에서 비롯된 것으로 파악되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 기존 평가체계를 해양수산 산업의 특수성을 반영할 수 있는 평가체계로 개선하여 해당 산업에 특화될 수 있는 평가체계를 새롭게 제안하고자 하며, 이를 위해서 기존 평가지표의 개선, 시뮬레이션 기반의 평가척도의 재설정 방법과 평가등급 산출방법에 대한 새로운 제안을 하고자 한다. 마지막으로 개선된 기술력평가 체계를 활용하여 시범사례평가를 수행하여 기존 평가체계를 통한 평가결과의 Gap분석을 수행하고자 한다.

Recently, competition to provide specialized services for the information and communications industry has accelerated in terms of future technology and investment strategy of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Technological innovations related to information and communications can be seen as increasing productivity, creating added value for companies, and playing a pivotal role in the development of economic growth. Therefore, efficient management of the information and communications industry is important. This study analyzes management efficiency stones for the top 30% of KOSDAQ-listed information and communications companies using dea, presents projected values of companies for efficient operation, and confirms benchmarking company references. We evaluated CCR efficiency, BCC efficiency, ranking, Scale Efficiency(SE), and Return To Scale (RTS) of KOSDAQ-listed information and communications businesses. The analysis showed CCR efficiency of 1, 14 companies, and 1 BCC efficiency, and Nanatan companies were analyzed as ten companies. Scale yield was analyzed by the IRS as four companies, 13 CRS and 13 DRS companies.

외환위기 이후 우리나라 금융기관은 상대적으로 위험성이 높은 기업대출보다, 높은 수익성을 가지는 가계 대출에 관심을 기울이게 되었다. 가계대출이 증가함에 따라 개인신용평가의 중요성이 부각되고, 이에 많은 신용평가시스템이 개발되어 왔다. 하지만 기존의 신용평가시스템은 대출 신청 당시의 데이터 및 과거의 데이터를 가지고 개인의 신용을 평가하기 때문에, 미래 상황에 대한 예측은 고려하지 못한다. 시스템 다이나믹스는 시간의 흐름에 따른 각 요인의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 미래 상황에 대한 예측이 가능한 분석 방법이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이나믹스 방법론을 활용하여 개인 신용 상태에 대한 미래의 동태적인 변화를 예측하여, 그 결과를 반영한 신용평가모델을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 신용평점 영향을 주는 변수들을 선정하고, 이 변수들 간의 인과관계를 밝혀낸 후, 인과관계를 토대로 분석 모델을 구축한 뒤, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 실행함으로써, 대출 희망자의 미래의 신용상태 변화 모양을 예측해 본다. 이러한 시뮬레이션 결과를 신용평가에 반영하게 되면, 금융기관의 신용 대출의 위험을 줄이는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study validates the trading rules based market anomalies and technical analysis in the Korean stock market. For the analysis, we built decile portfolios on the basis of corporate characteristics factors that clearly demonstrate specific patterns of stock returns including the firm size, book-to-market equity, and accruals. This portfolio was used to develop a portfolio based on the moving average trading strategy which was used for popular technical analysis tools, and then that was evaluated using the Sharpe ratio. We also created a zero-cost portfolio to identify the profitability and success rate of the moving average trading strategy. We lastly sought to ensure a more robust evaluation by calculating the Sortino ratio of the portfolio based on the moving average trading strategy with various lags. Key findings from this validation are as follows. First, a smaller firm size, a higher book-to-market equity, and lower accruals led to larger average returns. Second, the risk-adjusted performance of the moving average trading strategy was the highest in terms of the firm size, followed by book-to-market equity and accruals. Third, the returns of the zero-cost portfolios all had a positive value, with its overall success rate hovering over 68.8%, demonstrating the successfulness of the moving average trading strategy. Fourth, various evaluations revealed the economic usefulness of our trading strategy that used market anomalies and technical analysis.

전통적인 비김분석이 기업의 이익계획이나 의사결정에 간단하면서도 유용한 방법이긴 하지만, 소득함수나 비용함수를 선형함수로 가정함으로써 현실성이 결여된 점과 기업에서 경제성평가의 대상이 되는 투자대안들이 다기간이거나 장기인 사업들이 대부분인데도 단기간의 분석으로 제한된 점이 이 분석의 유용성을 크게 떨어뜨리고 있다. 이 논문은 장기적인 사업에서 일반적인 비용이나 수익의 변동성을 고려하여 전통적인 비김분석을 다기간의 사업에도 적용할 수 있도록 한다.

수자원의 관리적인 측면에서 하천에서 발생하는 재해로부터 자유롭기 위해 치수는 매우 중요하다. 특히 치수사업은 투자를 통해 주어진 제원을 알맞게 분배하고 사업의 타당성과 우선순위를 정하는 객관적인 기준이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 소하천 치수사업을 진행함에 있어 투자효율을 고려하여 치수 경제성 분석을 방법을 제시하고 연구를 수행하였다. 대상지역은 강원도 고성군에 위치한 홍수범람지구 7개 소하천으로 선정하였다. 치수사업에 따른 직접 편익을 계산하기 위해 홍수빈도와 피해액의 관계를 결정하였으며 이를 토대로 유량규모별 피해액을 산정하고 치수시설의 완성 및 유지관리에 필요한 비용을 산정하여 총 사업비를 구체화 시켰다. 경제성 평가기준인 총비용과 그 투자에 대한 총 편익을 비교하기위해 순현가(NPV), 편익/비용비(B/C), 내부수익율(IRR)의 세 가지 기법을 이용하였으며 동일치수사업에 대해서는 B/C비기준에 의한 평가로 경제성 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 연구 구간의 계획 규모를 50년으로 선정하였다.

컴퓨터 게임 산업의 급속한 성장에도 불구하고 소수의 게임 타이틀만이 과도한 생산비를 감당하면서 수익을 내고 있는 실정이다. 기존 마케팅 이론 에 의하면 제품의 성공과 실패는 고객의 선호도, 필요, 기대에 대한 만족도 에 의존한다고 한다. 이와 마찬가지로 게임에서도 사용자의 만족을 극대화 하기 위해서는 사용자들이 무엇을 원하고, 좋아할지를 파악하여 이를 게임에 반영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목표는 MMO 게임 디자인을 위한 사용성 평가 핵심 요인을 고찰하는데 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 게임 관련 HCI / 사용성에 대한 문헌 고찰을 통하여 사용성 평가 핵심 요소를 도출하고 게임 플레이 과 제와 사후 설문결과를 통하여 MMO게임 사용성 평가를 실시하여 18가지 사용 성 문제 점과 그 권장사항을 제시하였다. 그 결과 게임 인터페이스, 게임 플 레이, 게임 서사, 게임 메커니즘으로 구성된 54 개의 사용성 평가 핵심 요 소를 도출 하고 MMO 게임을 위한 새로운 사용성 평가 체계를 개발하였다. 본 연구 결과는 MMO게임 디자인 프로세스의 초기 단계에서 효과적인 디자인 의 사결정을 지원하고 게이머의 행동을 이해하는데 중요한 시사점을 제공 할 것 을 기대 된다.

The development project usually aims to get a certain amount of return for its investment in land and capital. The success of such project is dependent on the accurate analysis of the feasibility and for casting. It is, however, very difficult to predict due to various environmental factors. For this, it is necessary to constitute a systematic and objective method of analysis. However, there is no method of analysis for numerous qualitative factors, such as legal, environmental, marketability. Moreover, conventional methods have some limitations because they are processed without all the scope of analysis items and any evaluation criteria. Therefore, this study will provide computerization model for feasibility study focusing on the apartment development project by a pre-sall method. This research does casestudies to assess the feasibility analysis by the computerization model and compares to the results of the conventional methods. It showed that the evaluation results for the qualitative analysis were proportional to actual sale result. This implies that qualitative subjective factors have high correlation with sale rate and sale prices.
