In this paper, to solve the imbalance between the skill factors demanded by the industry and the curriculum of the universities, demand-oriented educational contents are developed in the computer-software field. In the field, five tracks are selected: Software Development, System Integration, Embedded System Software, Multimedia and Game Software, and Business Information Technology. In each track, a curriculum with four demand-oriented courses is developed to reflect the demands of the IT industry. Detailed syllabuses and course materials are developed as well. Applying these artifacts, lectures have been performed at universities since 2004.

정보통신부는 지난해 12월, '2004년도 IT/비 IT 학과 교과과정 개편지원 사업'을 발표하면서 컴퓨터-소프트웨어 분야 5개 전공트랙 및 수요지향적 교과목을 제시하고, 이들 5개 전공트랙 중 하나를 선택하여 지원하는 대학들에게 우선 배정된 예산을 지원하겠다고 발표한 바있다. 이에 따라, 지난 2월, 39개 대학이 선정되어 제시된 전공트랙별 교과과정 및 수요지향적 교과목에 따라 2004년도 1학기 강의가 진행되고 있다.

충북지역의 C대학은 국립대 최초로 경영정보학과를 개설하여 20년 동안 관련 분야의 인재를 양성해 왔다. 하지만, 최근 학부제로 통합되어 운영되고, 기술기피 현상에 따른 전공 지원인력이 감소하고, 정보기술의 보편화로 경영정보의 정체성이 모호해지며, 국내외 경영교육 인증 실시로 인해 교과과정 재검토의 필요성이 제기되고, 지역 관련 업체에 진출하는 졸업생 수가 감소하게 되어 중장기적인 관점에서 학부과정 교과과정의 재검토를 실시하게 되었다. 관련 분야 실무종사자들을 대상으로 경영정보 분야의 지식수요를 파악하고, 재학생/졸업생 대상으로 교육서비스의 만족도를 분석하고, 국내외 전문가를 대상으로 자문을 받고, 경영교육 인증 관련 규정을 검토하는 등의 업무를 수행하여 교과과정 개편 기본방향을 설정하고, 교과과정과 교과운영방향을 제작하는 것을 목표로 작업을 수행하고 있다.

Several travel demand management schemes have been used for controlling overloaded traffics on urban area. To maximize efficiency of the travel management, traffic manager has to set target level that we try to arrive in advance, and then to find optimal variable to attain this goal. In this regard, this paper presents two travel demand management models, expressed by mathematical program, and also presents their solution algorithms. The first is to find optimal travel demand for origin-destination (OD) pair, based on average travel time between the OD pair, and the second is based on the ratio of volume over capacity on congested area. An example is given to test the models.

In line with the era of local universities, a total of 402 people, including companies, private businesses, individuals (founders), and companies listed in the 2021 campus innovation park, were surveyed for six days from 02/15/2021 to 02/21. According to the regression analysis, future-oriented (47%) factors influencing the establishment of campus innovation park consumer-centered methods (p<.05), the standardization factor 𝛽 is future-oriented (𝛽=.479), Environmental Analysis and Policy (𝛽=.047), and it was confirmed that there was a greater future-oriented influence on innovative park consumers than environmental analysis and policy. This study is meaningful in identifying the needs of consumers and businesses related to the campus innovation park construction project of S University in the province and suggesting ways to establish an efficient innovation park.

정부는 대학의 강점 분야에 대한 집중 지원을 통해 특성화를 유도하고, 부처별 지원사업의 시너지 창출을 위해서 교육부·산자부·과기부 등 관계부처 지원사업 간 연계.조정 시스템을 강화하고 중장기적으로 각 부처사업을 현재의 개별 단위사업별 지원체제에서 대학별 발전전략에 따른 패키지형 지원이 가능하도록 개편할계획이다.
