The concepts of static seat allocation model has been used widely in the air transportation industry, and proven as a good concepts for managing perishable assets. The paper analyzed, in realistic environment, the volume of Accept Demand and Reject Demand through several times' simulation experiments at each fare level by using C-Program analyzing process applied to upward and downward models of demand, to analyze the change of fare level when upward and downward shifts of fare levels' demand happen at once. As a consequence, I concluded that the revenue of the case to consider the both shifts of demand at each fare level is bigger than that of the case to consider the single shift of demand at each fare level, except the case to downsize the seat allotment at very low price when supply is bigger than demand, with developing a general model concerned with plural fare levels.

인터넷의 폭발적인 증가와 다양한 무선 서비스에 대한 계속적인 수요 증가에 따라 용량이 크고, 데이터 전송 속도가 빠르며, 멀티미디어를 지원할 수 있는 무선 서비스가 필요하게 되었다. 비동기식 제3세대 이동통신시스템에서 단말과 인터넷망을 연결하는 GPRS network에서 GGSN의 인터넷 패킷 트래픽을 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는 방안이 연구되어져야 한다. GGSN은 기존의 라우터 처럼 하드웨어적으로 구현되는 것이 이상적이지만 GTP(GPRS Tunneling Protocol) 가 추가되므로 좀더 복잡한 형태의 gateway가 초기단계에서는 소프트웨어적으로 구현되어 질것이다. 이러한 GGSN의 성능과 용량을 최적화 시키기 위한 패킷 트래픽 처리방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에는 GGSN의 하향 링크상에 서 입력되는 각 클래스별 크래픽 모델을 정립하고 트래픽에 대한 특성과 버퍼 관리에 대해 살펴본다.

The objective of this study is to examine the trend of real earnings for TANF leavers. Using administrative data in Wisconsin, this study tracks the 1998 TANF leavers over 7 years. Based on the cyclicality of real wage hypothesis, this study finds: First, although the average real quarterly earnings of TANF leavers have remained stable since their exits, there are substantial labor mobility among TANF leavers. Second, the panel data analysis shows that the real earnings of TANF leavers are significantly associated with local labor market conditions, which supports the hypothesis on the cyclicality of real wages. This study has policy implications that labor market conditions matter for the economic well-being of TANF leavers and the labor demand policies are needed for the economic security of TANF leavers after the exit.
