대형 수열원 히트펌프 국내 설치 사례

지열원과 수열원을 이용한 하이브리드 히트펌프 시스템의 에너지 성능 비교 분석 연구 (A Study on Comparative Analysis of Energy Performance of Hybrid Heat Pump Systems Using Ground Heat Source and Water Heat Source)

  • In this study, the performance of the single heat source system and the hybrid system was comparatively analyzed. Case 1 is a ground heat source system, and Case 2 is a water heat source system. Case 3, a hybrid system, reduced the capacity of the ground heat source and applied a water heat source as an auxiliary heat source, and Case 4 was composed of a system that applied a water heat source as an auxiliary heat source to the ground heat source system. As a result of the simulation, in case 3, energy consumption was reduced by up to 2.67% compared to ground sources for cooling. In Case 4, COP was improved by up to 10.02% compared to ground sources during cooling, and EST was calculated to be 2.42℃ lower. During heating, 0.83% was improved compared to the water heat source. At this time, the EST was calculated to be 2.25℃ higher than the water heat source.

건축물 용도별 내부 발열부하에 따른 수열원, 지열원 및 하이브리드 히트펌프 시스템의 에너지 성능 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Energy Performance of Hydrothermal, Geothermal Source and Hybrid Heat Pump System According to Internal Heat Load for Office, School and Smart Farm)

  • In this study, comparative analysis of energy performance in Taebaek city, a test area, by applying hydrothermal, geothermal source and hybrid heat pump system to office, school and smart farms with different internal heat loads. The conclusion is as follows. In the load characteristics by use of buildings, it was found that office had a large cooling load compared to heating load, school had a large heating load compared to cooling load, and smart farm had only cooling load year-round. Performance analysis of the heat pump system in office shows that the cooling COP of the hydrothermal source is 5.12% and the heating COP is 3.22% lower based on the geothermal source, the cooling COP of the hybrid is 0.41% higher, and the heating COP is the difference in performance appeared sparsely. The performance analysis of the heat pump system in school showed that the cooling COP of the hydrothermal source was 10.44% and the heating COP 3.22% lower based on the geothermal source, and the performance difference between the hybrid cooling and heating COP was insignificant. Heat pump system performance analysis in smart farm only occurred with cooling load. Based on geothermal sources, the cooling COP of the hydrothermal source was 46% and the cooling COP of the hybrid was 19.65%, respectively.

  • 본 연구는 연료전지 자동차용 공기조화기의 난방성능평가를 위하여 기존의 전반적인 히트펌프 시스템 중 공기열원 히트펌프 시스템의 증발기를 판형열교환기로 교체하여 시스템에 흐르는 냉매와 연료전지 스택 폐열을 직접 열교환이 가능한 수열원 이용이 가능한 난방시스템의 성능실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과에서 압축기의 회전수가 높을수록 소비동력이 증가하였다. 공기열원 이용방식의 경우 압축기 회전수가 1,200rpm이고 EEV개도가 25%인 경우 $COP_h$가 2.03으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 같은 압축기의 회전수에서 수열원 시스템은 EEV개도가 75% 및 스택 폐열의 온도가 $50^{\circ}C$인 경우 $COP_h$가 9.42로 가장 높게 나타났다.

지열원 및 수열원 비율에 따른 복합열원 히트펌프시스템 성능 평가 연구 (A Study on the Performance Evaluation of Combined Heat Pump System according to the Ratio of Ground Heat Source and Water Heat Source)

  • In this study, combined heat source heat pump system was implemented with 4 single heat source heat pumps each applied with a geothermal source and a water source. Five cases (Case1~Case5) were configured to conduct a performance comparison and analysis of the combined heat source heat pump system. First of all, as a result of analyzing the heat source, the case when 4 ground heat sources were applied (Case1) showed a uniform EST(Entering Source Temperature) distribution throughout the year since it is less affected by outside air compared to the case when 4 water heat sources were applied (Case5). In both winter and summer, the ground heat source maintained higher EST than the water heat source. Therefore, the system with high ratio of geothermal sources is advantageous for heating, and with high ratio of water heat sources is advantageous for cooling.
