Recently, since the importance of the information communication ethics education for primary and secondary schools has being highlighted, researches and new instructional materials have been published actively. On the other hand, with the advance of e-learning, the various kinds of educational methods which consider the characteristics and the requirement of students are being developed. The educational method for Information Communication Ethics education is no exception. If the practical method for Information Communication Ethics education which considers students' requirements is developed, then a better educational effect can be acquired. In this paper, we decompose instructional design features into 4 components such as goal, model, contents, and media in order to design a better instruction for Information Communication Ethics education. And then, we analyze the relative importance of the instructional design components by using Conjoint method based on our questionnaire result. Finally, we propose an instructional design method for Information Communication Ethics as well as examine the differences among the instructional design components.

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the teaching/learning process plan of 'housing culture and practical space use' for home economics in middle school according to the problem based learning(PBL) model. The plan consisting of 4-lessons has been developed and implemented following the steps of ADDIE model. Various activity materials (4 scenarios, 6 individual activity sheets, 10 reading texts, and 5 working resources) and visual materials (4 sets of ppt and 4 moving pictures) as well as questionnaire were developed for the 4-session lessons. The plans were implemented to a single class of 21 junior students at H middle school in rural area, Kyeongnam, from 1^st to 12^th of April, 2019. Students highly enjoyed and were satisfied with the whole 4-lessons in aspects such as understanding of the contents, adequacy of materials and activities, and usefulness in one's own daily life. Additionally, they have more actively participated in the lessons than usual and even interested in learning more of such lessons. Students also reported that they highly accomplished the goal of each lesson as well as overall objectives. They showed interest in the major part of PBL lesson such as scenario and group activities. And they engaged themselves in drawing the share housing space plan with '5D planner' web program which they described as the best part of the lessons. The teaching/learning process plan developed in this study may be used as a theme of maker education, which is emerging these days. It can be concluded that the PBL teaching/learning process plans for 'housing values and practical space use' would contribute to improving students' attitude on living with others and ability to manage one's individual life.

컴퓨터 사고를 이해하고 컴퓨터와 소통하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 컴퓨터 비전공자 대상으로 하는 강의의 목적성과 실효성을 규명하고, 나아가 학생과 강의자가 수업의 목표점의 접점을 찾아 나가는데 있다. 강의 대상은 컴퓨터 비전공자 학생 중 인문, 미술, 음악, 자연 계열의 학생들로서 그들이 현시점에서 이수한 교과과목 중 수학의 비중이 상대적으로 낮은 군에 속한다. 따라서 그들이 현실적으로 컴퓨터와 소통하기 위해 어떤 교육의 패러다임을 적용해야 하는가가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 텍스트 코딩이 가능한 파이썬을 컴퓨터 비전공생에게 학습시키는 이유와 목적에 대해 밝히고 학습의 실효성에 대해 논의한다.

방송통신고등학교는 국가수준 교육과정의 개정 시기를 맞아 방송고 학습자 특성을 반영한 온라인 콘텐츠 설계를 위해서 콘텐츠 질 분석, 수업 구조 분석, 화면 로그인 경로 분석 등을 통해서 시행하고 방송고 온라인 콘텐츠 교수설계 모형을 도출하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서 도출한 온라인 콘텐츠 교수설계 모형은 먼저 크게 수업 설계, 수업 실행, 수업 평가로 구성되어 있다. 수업 설계는 학습자 분석, 교수환경분석, 교수 분석, 교수 전략개발의 단계를 가지고 있다. 수업 실행은 수업에 대한 동기 유발, 선수학습 회상, 수업 목표 제시, 수업 내용 제시 및 학습 안내 제공, 수행 행동 유도 및 피드백 제공, 목표 수행 평가, 파지 및 전이 단계를 가지고 있다. 수업 평가는 최종 수업 평가 및 최종 피드백 제공 단계를 가지고 있다.

학생들이 스스로 문제를 해결하는데 필요한 과정과 기술을 강조하는 STS 교육의 특징에 비추어 볼 때, 인터넷을 이용하여 의사소통과 정보 수집을 하고 자료를 의미 있게 종합할 수 있는 웹기반 교육을 적용하면 효과적일 것이다. 또한 학생의 창의성이나 문제해결력 등 고등사고 기능을 파악하고 신장시키기 위한 수행평가 또한 STS의 수업 목표를 달성하는데 효과적일 것이다. 이에 일반적인 STS 수업을 적용한 학급과 웹기반 교육의 장점과 수행평가를 가미한 STS수업을 적용한 학급의 학업성취도를 비교 분석하여 STS학습에서 웹기반 수행평가의 효과를 검증하고자 STS 학습을 지원하는 수행평가 시스템을 설계하였다.

본 시스템은 기존의 영상 매체의 발달과 함께 생산되고 활용되어온 고급의 영상 정보를 활용하는데 있어서 보다 편리한 도구가 요구에 따라 개발하고자 하였다. 또한 인터넷의 발전은 교육 분야에도 많은 영향을 끼치게 되었으며, 이로 인하여 교육 소프트웨어 역시 여러 가지 형태로 개발되어졌다. 이러한 환경적 변화는 기 개발된 정보를 폐기하는 것이 아니라 재가공하거나 재활용의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 또한 이러한 사용자들에게 편리하고 목적에 맞는 교육시스템이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 지금까지 대부분의 동영상을 이용한 강의용 저작도구는 교육적 특성을 살리지 못하고 프레젠테이션을 이용하여 수업 목표 제시 정도로 수업에 사용되고 이를 극복하기 위해서는 고가의 비용이 투자되어야만 하는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 동영상 기반의 다양한 목적으로 생산된 동영상을 이용하여 강의가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하는 드로잉 보드 시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate beginner and experienced Korean science teachers' perceptions about the science teacher preparation courses from which they graduated, and to compare them. The study was conducted as a qualitative study using in-depth interviews. For the study, interview questions were developed by the authors based on the questionnaire of 'The IMPPACT project' that was being conducted in America. The interview tool includes questions about their experience of science subject matter content knowledge, science pedagogical content knowledge, and general pedagogical content knowledge in their preparation courses. For the interview, seven beginning science teachers, less than five years of teaching experience, and five experienced science teachers, more than five years of teaching experience, were sampled from secondary schools in Korea. The research results are as follows: First, most of the beginner and experienced science teachers perceived that the teaching methods in the classes of science subject matter were not good model for teaching science in their secondary school, because they were not diverse enough and entailed mostly knowledge transfer just through lecture without teacher-student interaction. Second, most of the beginner science teachers perceived that they were affected positively by the teaching strategies and evaluation methods in the classes for science pedagogical subject matter and they could apply those strategies and methods in their current science teaching. Lastly, most of the beginner and experienced science teachers perceived that general pedagogical subject matter is important and prerequisite for science teaching in their schools, but the courses that they experienced at their university were not appropriate for their current teaching.

A syllabus can be considered to be a masterplan for good educational results. This study tries to diagnose the current status of landscape architectural design education and suggest improvement strategies for better landscape design courses through the analysis of the syllabi of mid-level landscape design studio classes collected from the four-year undergraduate programs. The findings and suggestions are as follows. First, it is necessary to take advantage of a syllabus as a contract as well as a plan and a learning tool. Second, it is crucial to make more detailed statement from the perspectives of learners. Third, more customized components for design courses should be developed; the syllabus should give the structure of a design class as an integration and synthesis of other courses. Fourth, it is necessary to increase the interrelationship and relevance among the components, especially between course objectives and evaluation criteria, and course activities and references. Fifth, a syllabus needs to function as a communication tool in a flexible manner. Sixth, a syllabus needs to give a comprehensive information about the site and the design project. Finally, instructors need to introduce a set of detailed evaluation rubrics or criteria acceptable to students in order to increase the fairness and transparency of the evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether Achievement Tests are fully performing their role as an objective standard that measures student's educational achievement level by analysing the content validity of Achievement Tests developed by KICE and teachers at elementary school. In the study, the content validity of achievement tests were analyzed in the behavioral content objective dimensions. 60 instructional objectives from the Unit one to the Unit six contained in the teachers' guidebook for the elementary third-grade Math subject were analyzed into dimensions of behavior and content. And the Achievement Test developed by KICE and teachers in five elementary schools randomly chosen were collected and analyzed. Then, differences of the proportion between instructional objectives and evaluative objectives in each dimension statistically were verified. The results of the study are as follows : 1. In the dimension of behavior, as analysing and comparing the content validity of achievement tests, there was no significant difference in all domains(knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation). (p<.05) Therefore, it could be concluded that content validity of the Achievement Test is very high. 2. In the dimension of content, similarly there is no significant difference in all domains between achievement tests by both KICE and teachers. (p<.05) Therefore, the content validity of all tests are very high. In conclusion, it could be concluded that content validity of achievement tests is considerably high in content and behavior dimension. The study suggest the followings : 1. By expanding to the other subjects, there are needs to analyze and verify the content validity of achievement tests. 2. Even the content validity of achievement tests is considerably high however, achievement items are focused on evaluation 3 domains(knowledge, comprehension, application). Therefore evaluation evenly among 6 cognitive domains is required. And further to reduce the deviation of schools, there are needs to active interchange between teachers.

This study explored the effectiveness of science teaching practice and science teaching efficacy beliefs by development of elementary school teachers' pedagogical content knowledge. Three research questions are formulated: 1) Is there any relationship between the development of teachers' pedagogical content knowledge and the science teaching efficacy beliefs? 2) How does the development of teachers' pedagogical content knowledge affect the science teaching practice? 3) How do the science teaching efficacy beliefs affect the science teaching practice? 120 subjects were chosen in 53 public elementary schools. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected and analyzed to triangulate the results. Results indicate that the development of teachers' pedagogical content knowledge and science teaching efficacy beliefs are more developed in accordance with teachers' teaching career and academic career are increased. There are significant relationships between teachers' science pedagogical content knowledge and science teaching efficacy beliefs. The more the teachers' pedagogical content knowledge, the more confident in science teaching practice. The more the science teaching efficacy beliefs, the more confident in science teaching practice. Also these teachers tried to present teaching objectives and learning problems in the beginning stages of science lessons, and they tried to review each learning stage.
