본 논문의 목표는 일체형 디지털 TV에서 디지털 방송 수신과 방송 컨텐츠를 녹화, 저장, 재생이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 조만간 시작될 데이터 방송을 수신할 수 있는 내장형 디지털 방송수신 및 개인 비디오 저장 시스템 Platform 개발이다. 디지털 방송과 데이터방송 수신이 가능한 Set-Top Box 기능, 수신된 방송의 저장 및 재생이 가능한 PVR 기능을 지원할 수 있는 시스템의 구조를 설계하였다. 고품질 디지털 방송 서비스가 본격적으로 시작됨에 따라 디지털 방송 수신기와 PVR 기능이 복합된 제품의 수요가 증가할 것으로 예상되며 이러한 고성능 복합시스템은 필수적일 것이다. 이러한 기능을 수행하기 위하여 시스템 제어를 위한 CPU로는 PMC-Sierra 사의 MIPS Architecture에 기반을 둔 RM5231을 채택하고, Teralogic 사의 TL811 System Controller을 채택하여 시스템을 이루고 있는 각종 디바이스를 구성하고, MPEG-2 Demux/Decoding을 위해 Teralogic TL851 Graphics & Display Processor을 채택하였다. 개발된 시스템을 테스트하기 위하여 현재 각 방송사들의 시험 방송을 수신하고 PVR 기능을 테스트하였다.

This paper discusses the late nineteenth-century Korean intellectuals' understanding of Japanese customs on the basis of Ki-Su Kim(金綺秀)'s records. Ki-Su Kim was conservative on his inspection and observation trip to Japan Even though he was loyal to Chinese philosophy, he expressed his great interest when he was reluctant to see the Western technology flowered in Japan because it is not mentioned in Confucianism(朱子學). However, he, like mordern scholars in the later period of the Chosun dynasty, took an objective view of the military matters, such as the military training of soldiers, weapons, and others. On the one hand, he appreciated the western garment in that it, fitting the human body perfectly, makes people comfortable. In the later period of the Chosun dynasty, the Koreans had a sense of their superiority to the Japanese and held them in contempt, which had been rooted in the Japanese invasion of Chosun in the year of Imjin(AD 1592). Even around AD 1870, the Koreans regarded the Japanese as a barbarian or a savage, even though the Japanese had attempted to modernize their country with the introduction of the Western civilization since the renovation of Meizi(明治).

In the maritime mobile radiocommunication service, AIS(Automatic Identification System) devices are most widely using for the exchange of ship's navigational information. The AIS time slot usage increases due to increasing number of ships installed with AIS, and thus the reception rate of AIS data decrease. In order to mitigate this problem, international organizations recommend a sectorised receiving technique using directional antenna. This paper analyzed the sectorised receiving effectiveness of AIS data using Yaga antenna.

본 논문에서는 RLCG 전송선로를 가진 Chua 회로에서의 카오스 동기화 방법 및 암호와 통신 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 두 개의 동일한 Chua 회로에 전송 선로를 두어 RLCG 전송로를 구성한 후 송신부와 전송선로 사이는 구동-결합 동기 이론을, 전송선로와 수신부 사이는 결합 동기 이론을 적용한 동기화 방법을 제시하였으며, 이 동기화된 회로에 암호 통신방법을 적용하여 송신부에서 가산기에 의한 정보 신호와 카오스 신호를 합성하고 수신부에서 정보 신호와 카오스 신호를 분리하는 복조 방법을 제시하였으며, 선로 중간에서 정보 신호를 도청한 것과 수신부에서 복원된 신호를 비교하여 암호화 통신의 성능을 검증하였다.

The reform of dress regulation in Kapshin(甲申衣制改革; 1884) was the first dress renovation in 8 years after Chosun's port opening in 1876, and the key contents of that reform was the simplification of the formal dress and private dress. The reform in the culture of the traditional costume should require some kind of special experience because that culture had been regarded as the precious symbol of the Confucianism. The purpose of this study is to investigate the background of "the reform" and who proposed "that reform", by contemplating the costume and the thought of costume of the ambassador extraordinary(修信使) and the Inspectors detached to Japan(朝士視察團) who experienced new costume system of Japan sent by Chosun Dynasty. For this study, historical documents such as 'Sillok(實錄)', a sort of report("修信使記錄", "聞見事件") were reviewed and the evidential photos in Japan were analyzed. It can be summarized as follows. First, Kim Kisu(金綺秀, Susinsa) in 1876 and Kim Hongjip(金弘集, Susinsa) in 1880 wore the traditional costume of Chosun in Japan, and described the westernized Japanese costume in view of traditional costume culture. Second, the inspectors detached to Japan in 1881 showed the same attitude to the Japanese costume as the previous Susinsas had done. Third, Park Younghyo(朴泳孝), who was an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary(特命全權大使) in 1882, experienced western style in Japan and played an positive diplomatic activities with western nations. It could be guessed that those changes in the attitudes of the diplomats might have the relationship with the change of Chosun, which began a treaty of amity between western nations after 1882. Afterwards, Chosun seems to have decided to reform the system of traditional costume into the simplified one in 1884, proposed by the diplomats who experienced foreign culture abroad including Park Younghyo(朴泳孝) and the mutual agreement in Chosun Government.

본 논문에서는 Xilinx 사(社)의 Spartan-6 FPGA 와 Analog Devices 社의 Transceiver 칩인 AD9361 을 이용한 소프트웨어 정의 라디오 장비인 Universal Software Radio Peripheral(USRP) B210 를 이용하여 디지털 방송 표준인 ATSC 의 실시간 영상 송수신 시스템을 신호 처리 소프트웨어인 그누 라디오로 구현하였다. ATSC 에서 사용하는 MPEG 트랜스포트 스트림 영상 신호가 송신부에서 소프트웨어로 디지털 신호 처리되고 Digital-to-Analog Conversion(DAC) 과정을 거쳐 영상 신호가 송출된다. 본 논문은 디지털 방송 수신부에서 핵심 기능을 하는 등화기 알고리즘을 소프트웨어를 통해 구현하여 신호의 왜곡을 보상하는 방법을 제안한다. 수신부에서는 신호를 수신하여 튜너, 매치 필터, 위상 고정루프, 등화기, 비터비 복호 알고리즘 등의 과정을 거쳐 수신한 후 영상을 확인하였다.

In this paper, a transmitter and a receiver using two identical Chua's circuits are proposed and wire secure communications are investigated. A secure communication method in which the desired information signal is synthesized with the chaos signal created by the Chua's circuit is proposed and an information signal is demodulated also using the Chua's circuit. The proposed method is synthesizing the desired information with the chaos circuit by adding the information signal to the chaos signal in the wire transmission system. After transmitting the synthesized signal through the wire transmission system, it is confirmed the feasibility of the secure communication from the result of the demodulated signals and the recovered wire tapped signals.

Chua's circuit is a simple electronic network which exhibits a variety of bifurcation and attractors. The circuit consists of two capacitors, an inductor, a linear resistor, and a nonlinear resistor. In this paper, a transmitter and a receiver using two identical Chua's circuits are proposed and synchronizations and secure communication of a lossy equivalent transmission are investigated. Since the synchronization of the lossy equivalent transmission system is impossible by coupled synchronization, theory having both the drive-response and the coupled synchronization is proposed. The proposed method is synthesizing the desired information with the chaos circuit by adding the information signal to the chaos signal in the lossy equivalent transmission system.

이 논문에서는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 신용카드 및 온-라인 금융거래에 관한 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 먼저, 신용카드 회원이 신용카드사 거래승인시스템으로부터 보안코드를 이동통신단말기로 수신 받는 보안코드수신단계, 보안코드를 가맹점의 인증 단말기에 입력하는 단계, 입력된 보안코드의 일치여부를 비교하는 단계 및 최종 승인단계의 과정으로 구성된다.
