Evaluation of the Less Development Indicator Based on Transportation Connectivity (교통연계성을 고려한 지역낙후도 지수 산정방안 연구)

  • When evaluating the feasibility of construction projects of large-scaled transportation facilities such as roads or railways based solely on the result of the economic analysis, less development indicators are politically reflected on the investment decision-making because regions whose socio-economic indicators are poor may be disadvantaged or underserved for the projects. Existing less development indicators, however, does not consider the transportation connectivity which indicates how effective the transportation networks are established for the transport of people and goods. In this study, travel time contour maps, travel distance and travel time between regions, and a route curvature were utilized to define new indices which reflect transportation connectivity on the less development indicators. When the new indices are applied, the existing rankings of under-developedness were changed, which means that transportation connectivity could effect on the political decision. In this study, we also suggested the necessity of considering the transportation connectivity when evaluating less development indicators, developed measures of inter-regional linkages, and performed the whole procedures of combining existing and new indices to evaluate the less development indicators.

인체친화적 $CuInS_2$-ZnS 코어-쉘 나노입자가를 포함한 Poly(methylmethacrylate) 박막을 사용하여 제작한 비휘발성 메모리 소자에 대한 전기적 안정성

  • 유기물/무기물 하이브리드 나노 복합체를 사용하여 제작한 비휘발성 유기 메모리 소자는 공정의 간편성과 휘어짐이 가능한 장점을 가지고 있어 많은 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나 대부분의 좋은 전기적 성능을 갖는 소자에 포함되는 나노 입자는 독성을 가지거나 가격이 비싸다는 단점을 갖고 있다. 인체진화적이며 가격이 저렴한 나노입자를 이용한 비휘발성 메모리 소자에 대한 전기적 성능의 안정성에 대한 연구는 미미한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인체친화적 $CuInS_2(CIS)$-ZnS 코어-쉘 나노 입자가 분산되어 있는 poly (methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) 박막을 사용하여 비휘발성 메모리 소자를 제작하여 전기적 성능과 안정성에 대한 연구를 하였다. 인체친화적 CIS-ZnS 나노입자를 포함한 PMMA 용액을 Al 하부전극을 가진 p-Si (100) 기판 위에 스핀코팅 방법으로 균일하게 도포 하였다. 남아 있는 용매를 완전히 제거하기 위해 열을 가해 CIS-ZnS 나노입자가 분산되어 있는 PMMA 나노 복합체를 형성하였다. CIS-ZnS 나노입자를 포함한 PMMA 박막 위에 금속 마스크를 사용하여 Al 상부전극을 열 증착 방법으로 형성하여 비휘발성 메모리 소자를 완성하였다. 정전용량-전압 (C-V) 측정을 하여 평탄 전압 이동을 관찰하였고, CIS-ZnS 나노입자의 역할을 알아보기 위해 나노입자가 없는 PMMA 박막을 갖는 소자를 제작하여 동일한 조건에서 C-V 측정을 하였다. 소자의 안정성을 알아보기 위해 평탄 전압-유지 시간 (Vth-t) 측정을 수행하였다. Vth-t 측정은 CIS-ZnS 나노입자가 전하 포획 장소로 사용할 수 있는 것과 전기적 안정성을 갖고 있는 것을 확인하였다. C-V와 Vth-t 측정결과 및 에너지 대역도를 사용하여 CIS-ZnS 나노입자가 분산되어 있는 PMMA 박막을 포함한 나노 복합체를 사용하여 제작한 이용한 비휘발성 메모리 소자에서 전하수송 메커니즘을 설명하였다.

  • A waste container, one of the key compartments in a multi-barrier system for a potential high level radioactive waste (HLW) repository in Korea ensures the mechanical stability against the lithostatic pressure of a deep geologic strata and the swelling pressure of the bentonite buffer. Also, it prohibits potential release of radionuclides for a certain period of time. before it is corroded by impurities. Even though the materials of a waste container is carefully chosen and all manufacturing processes are under heavy quality assurance, there might be a slight chance of intial defects in a waste container. Also, during the deposition of a waste container in a repository, there might be a chance of an incident affecting the integrity of a waste container. In this study, the FEP's and the scenarios over radiological impact of a potential initial waste container defect was developed. Then the total system performance assessment on this initial waste container failure (ICF) scenario was carried out by the MASCOT-K, one of the probabilistic safety assessment tools KAERI has developed. Results show that for the data set studied in this paper, the annual individual dose by the ICF scenario well meets the KINS regulation.

  • In the beginning run, urban railway had been required as transportation. But now days urban railway have stayed in the platform for long time, the platform is faced the problem that is improvement of environment as one of the living space. Thus, sliding automatic door on the basis of screen door have used in huge distribution market, hospital, restaurant and public office because it is comfortable that customer's convenience and entrance are controled. So screen door not only requires customer's convenience and safe, clean area and energy conservation but demands optimal design technology development of screen door system that is confirmed by element parts of design and confidence. In this paper, For secure confidence of screen door, after as modeling roller and frame's system, confirming the result for qualification of driving stiffness. And then it suggests that it is possible to increase performance and declines fraction defective of element's part.

A Study on the Influence of the Saemangeum Sluice-Gates Effluent Discharge using the Particle Tracking Model (입자추적 실험을 이용한 새만금 배수갑문 유출수의 영향 범위 연구)

  • This study suggested a method calculating the influence of effluent discharge from Saemangeum sluice-gates using the particle tracking model. For 2017, we presented the seasonal effects of effluent discharge as probability spatial distributions and compared with the results of the water age, one of the indicators of transport time scale. The influence of sluice-gates effluent discharge increases radially around Sinshi or Gaseok gates, which are expected to be biased toward the south in winter and north in summer due to the effect of seasonal winds. Although the results of the prediction are limited to the 2017 situation, the method of calculating the influence of sluice-gates effluent discharge using the Lagrangian particle tracking model can be used to predict the future of the around Saemangeum.

Construction of a Network Model to Reveal Genes Related to Salt Tolerance in Chinese Cabbage (배추 염 저항성 관련 유전자의 네트워크 모델 구축)

  • Abiotic stress conditions such as cold, drought, and salinity trigger physiological and morphological changes and yield loss in plants. Hence, plants adapt to adverse environments by developing tolerance through complex regulation of genes related to various metabolic processes. This study was conducted to construct a coexpression network for multidirectional analysis of salt-stress response genes in Brassica rapa (Chinese cabbage). To construct the coexpression network, we collected KBGP-24K microarray data from the B. rapa EST and microarray database (BrEMD) and performed time-based expression analyses of B. rapa plants. The constructed coexpression network model showed 1,853 nodes, 5,740 edges, and 142 connected components (correlation coefficient > 0.85). On the basis of the significantly expressed genes in the network, we concluded that the development of salt tolerance is closely related to the activation of $Na^+$ transport by reactive oxygen species signaling and the accumulation of proline in Chinese cabbage.

  • ADevelopment of various geographic observations, GPS, and Wireless Communication technologies make it easy to control many moving objects and to build an intelligent transport system and transport vehicle management system. However it is difficult to make a suitable system in the real world with a variety of tests to evaluate the performance fairly because real vehicle data are not enough as evaluating and testing the transport plan in the system. Therefore some moving object data generator would be used in most researches. However they can not generate vehicle trajectory according to a user scenario defined to be applied to transport plan, because the existing data generators consider only a gauss distribution, road network. In this paper we design and implement a vehicle data generator for creating vehicle trajectory data based on the user-defined scenario. The designed data generator could make the vehicle location depending on user's transport plan. Besides we store the scenario as patterns and reutilize the used scenario.

  • The average probability of a lightning strike to transport aircraft operating in airline service has been estimated to be approximately one strike in every year (or one strike per 1,000 through 20,000 flight hours). The important thing is not the probability of a lightning strike to aircraft, but the fact that aircraft is struck by lightning. Therefore, lightning protection design for aircraft should be qualified and compliance with airworthiness standards related to lightning protection must be substantiated in the process of certification. In this paper, I studied means of compliance for lightning protection through analysis of some test cases, including the KC-100 airplane that firstly obtained civil type certificate in Korea. Based on this paper, it will be also necessary to study on the effect of lightning for space launch vehicles.

  • 국내·외 사회 전 분야의 급속한 전자상거래 발전에 따라 해운·항만 분야에도 인터넷 사업의 진출기회가 확대되고 전략적 활동이 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서도 인터넷을 기반으로 세계가 하나의 시장으로 통합되는 경향을 보이고 있어 기업의 활동 범위가 광역화되고 있으며, 시간과 장소의 통합이 기업간 거래에서 중요시 되고 있다. 지금 세계 각 국은 해상연계 물류, 무역 등 물품의 중개 관련 사이트 및 선박 운송에 따른 각종 해운관련 서비스를 가상 공간에서 제공하는 사이버 해운 시장의 선점 및 구축에 모든 힘을 쏟고 있다. 해상 운송에 따른 각종 수송서비스를 생산, 공급하는 경제활동을 해운 활동이라 한다. 해운 시장의 불확실성, 다변성, 국제성, 개방성을 특성으로 하는 해운 거래는 전자상거래를 통해 효율적으로 처리될 수 있다. 즉, 해운 거래의 비용 감소와 양질의 서비스로 선주, 화주 등 거래 당사자들의 만족도를 높일 수가 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서도 오프라인상의 해운 거래소가 사이버 해운거래소로 옮겨질 예정이다. 가상 공간을 통한 해운 거래의 구체적인 장점은 다음과 같다. 구매업체는 기존 공급업체에 대한 접근 및 새로운 공급업체의 확보가 용이하며, 경쟁 입찰 등을 통해 저렴한 비용으로 물품을 구입할 수 있다. 판매 업체의 경우 채널 확장이 가능하며 판매비를 절감할 수 있다. 또한 e-Marketplace의 입장에서 보면 해운 산업 전체를 위한 새로운 시장을 형성할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 지속적인 수익 창출도 가능하다. 이러한 해운 거래의 B2B e-Marketplace의 출현은 향후 해운 거래의 새로운 패러다임으로 자리 잡을 것이다. 사이버 해운 거래소는 선박 매매와 용선, 화물 거래를 위한 선·화주의 연결, 표준화된 카탈로그 구축, 각종 전자문서 생성, 전자 결제, 온라인 보험 가입, 해운 선용품 판매 및 관련 정보 제공 등 해운 거래를 위한 종합적인 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 이를 위해, 본문에서는 e-Marketplace의 효율적인 연계 방안에 대해 해운 관련 업종별로 제시하고 있다. 리스트 제공형, 중개형, 협력형, 보완형, 정보 연계형 등이 있는데, 이는 해운 분야에서 사이버 해운 거래가 가지는 문제점들을 보완하고 업종간 협업체제를 이루어 원활한 거래를 유도할 것이다. 그리하여 우리나라가 동북아 지역뿐만 아니라 세계적인 해운 국가 및 물류 ·정보 중심지로 성장할 수 있는 여건을 구축하는데 기여할 것이다.

Effects of Maltose on the Stability of Freeze-Dried Liposomes (동결 건조된 리포솜의 안정화에 있어서 말토스의 영향)

  • Liposome powders were prepared by a freeze-drying method for the application to the field of drug carrier. The effect of maltose as a liposome stabilizer was studied on the stability and the drug-loading efficiency of the freeze-dried liposome powders. The particle size of liposomes before and after freeze-drying was determined to evaluate the liposome stability. The drug-loading efficiency was measured by Fluorescence spectrophotometer using calcein as a model drug. When maltose was added after the preparation of the liposomes, the liposomes was stable, compared to the case of maltose addition at the hydration procedure. By the addition of maltose, the liposome was stable for 30 days at $4{\sim}37^{\circ}C$, while the particle size of the liposome without maltose increased with time. The liposome showed relatively high stability when the maltose/lipids molar ratio was 3 and 6.
